Claims (10)
- 励起光を照射されると蛍光を発する試料に励起光を照射し前記試料が発する蛍光を測定する蛍光測定装置において、
励起光を反射し蛍光を透過する選択手段を備え、
一方の面に励起光を反射し蛍光を透過する誘電多層膜を形成した天板と前記選択手段とによって試料を覆い、前記選択手段と前記誘電多層膜とで励起光を多重反射させ、前記選択手段を透過した蛍光を測定する、ことを特徴とする蛍光測定装置。 - 前記選択手段が基板に形成した複数層を有するコーティング層からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の蛍光測定装置。
- 前記選択手段が基板に形成した誘電多層膜からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の蛍光測定装置。
- 前記選択手段が基板に形成した二酸化チタンの層と二酸化ケイ素の層とからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の蛍光測定装置。
- 前記蛍光によって前記基板から発生する自家蛍光を遮断する遮断手段を備えた、ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の蛍光測定装置。
- 前記基板が高分子材料からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の蛍光測定装置。
- 前記選択手段が前記基板に形成した平板からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の蛍光測定装置。
- 前記選択手段が前記基板に形成した窪みからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の蛍光測定装置。
- 前記選択手段が前記基板に形成した溝からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の蛍光測定装置。
- 前記基板を透過した蛍光を測定する、ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の蛍光測定装置。
