Description
本発明の複合成形体は、ポリアミド系樹脂で構成された樹脂部材(Ia)と、このポリアミド系樹脂部材に直接接合し、かつ熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂で構成された樹脂部材(IIa)とで構成されている。
本発明で使用されるポリアミド系樹脂は、ポリアミドブロック共重合体で構成されており、このポリアミドブロック共重合体は、少なくとも末端(例えば、両末端、少なくとも2以上の末端、以下まとめて両末端ということがある)にイミノ基を有するポリエーテルセグメント(A)を含むポリアミドブロック共重合体(以下、単にポリアミドブロック共重合体、イミノ基を有するポリアミドブロック共重合体などということがある)で構成されている。ポリアミドブロック共重合体(イミノ基を有するポリアミドブロック共重合体を含む)は、通常、ポリアミドエラストマーであってもよい。具体的には、前記ポリアミド共重合体は、ポリアミド鎖(B)をハードセグメントとし、ポリエーテル鎖(前記ポリエーテルセグメント(A))をソフトセグメントとするポリアミドエラストマーで構成してもよい。

なお、到達結晶化度の点だけを考慮すると、ホモポリマーよりコポリマーが有利である。さらに、コポリマーは、一般にホモポリマーより柔軟性に優れる点においても、有利である。
熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂は、ジイソシアネート類とジオール類と必要により鎖伸長剤との反応により得ることができる。
本発明の複合成形体は、加熱下、前記ポリアミド系樹脂又は樹脂部材(Ia)と、前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂又は樹脂部材(IIa)とを接合することにより製造できる。通常、ポリアミド系樹脂又は樹脂部材(Ia)、及び熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂又は樹脂部材(IIa)のうち少なくとも一方を加熱して、他方と接合させる場合が多い。好ましい態様では、ポリアミド系樹脂又は樹脂部材(Ia)、及び熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂又は樹脂部材(IIa)のうち少なくとも一方を加熱、溶融し、両樹脂(又は樹脂部材)を接触させることにより接合できる。このような複合成形体は、例えば、熱成形(熱プレス成形、インジェクションプレス成形など)、真空成形、射出成形(インサート射出成形、二色射出成形、コアバック射出成形、サンドイッチ射出成形など)、押出成形(共押出成形、Tダイラミネート成形など)、ブロー成形などの慣用の成形法により硬質樹脂(例えば、前記ポリアミド系樹脂)と軟質樹脂(例えば、前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂)とを成形過程で接合させる(例えば、熱融着する)ことにより製造できる。

攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸15kg、両末端にアミノ基を有するポリエチレングリコール(サン・テクノケミカルズ(株)製、商品名「XTJ−504」)0.8kg及びアジピン酸0.637kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま7時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約13kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=31mmol/kg、Tm=168℃であった。
攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸15kg、両末端にアミノ基を有するポリグリコール(サン・テクノケミカルズ(株)製、商品名「XTJ−542」)4.363kg及びアジピン酸0.637kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま7時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約13kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=37mmol/kg、Tm=165℃であった。
攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸11.2kg、両末端にアミノ基を有するポリエチレングリコール(サン・テクノケミカルズ(株)製、商品名「XTJ−504」)1.15kg及びアジピン酸1.12kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま7時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約11kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=23mmol/kg、Tm=168℃であった。
攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸17kg、両末端にアミノ基を有するポリグリコール(サン・テクノケミカルズ(株)製、商品名「XTJ−542」)2.6kg及びアジピン酸0.38kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま7時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約13kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=33.5mmol/kg、Tm=174℃であった。
攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸15kg、両末端にアミノ基を有するポリグリコール(サン・テクノケミカルズ(株)製、商品名「XTJ−542」)4.363kg及びアジピン酸0.637kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま6時間重合を行った。その後、ヘキサメチレンジアミンを5.0g加え、更に2時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約13kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=71mmol/kg、Tm=168℃であった。

攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸15kg、両末端にアミノ基を有するポリエチレングリコール(サン・テクノケミカルズ(株)製、商品名「XTJ−504」)0.8kg及びアジピン酸0.637kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま6時間重合を行った。その後、無水マレイン酸を3.0g加え、更に2時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約13kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=1mmol/kg、Tm=168℃であった。
攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸8kg、両末端にアミノ基を有するポリグリコール(サン・テクノケミカルズ(株)製、商品名「XTJ−542」)10.47kg及びアジピン酸1.53kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま8時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約11kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=18.6mmol/kg、Tm=134℃であった。
攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸15kg、両末端にアミノ基を有するポリプロピレングリコール(サン・テクノケミカルズ(株)製、商品名「D−2000」)8kg及びアジピン酸0.6kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま7時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約21kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=31mmol/kg、Tm=161℃であった。
攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸15kg、両末端に水酸基を有する数平均分子量約150のポリエチレングリコール0.8kg及びアジピン酸0.637kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま7時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約13kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=3mmol/kg、Tm=168℃であった。
攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸15kg、両末端に水酸基を有する数平均分子量約200のポリプロピレングリコール1.5kg、両末端に水酸基を有する数平均分子量約650のポリテトラメチレングリコール2.8kg、及びアジピン酸0.637kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま7時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約13kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=2mmol/kg、Tm=165℃であった。

攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸17kg、両末端に水酸基を有する数平均分子量約200のポリプロピレングリコール1.1kg、両末端に水酸基を有する数平均分子量約650のポリテトラメチレングリコール1.67kg及びアジピン酸0.38kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま7時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約13kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=2mmol/kg、Tm=174℃であった。

攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸15kg、両末端に水酸基を有する数平均分子量約150のポリエチレングリコール0.8kg及びアジピン酸0.637kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま6時間重合を行った。後、ヘキサメチレンジアミンを7.0g加え、更に2時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約13kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=58mmol/kg、Tm=168℃であった。
攪拌機、温度計、トルクメーター、圧力計、窒素ガス導入口、圧力調整装置及びポリマー取り出し口を備えた70リットルの圧力容器に12−アミノドデカン酸8kg、両末端に水酸基を有する数平均分子量約200のポリプロピレングリコール4.1kg、両末端に水酸基を有する数平均分子量約650のポリテトラメチレングリコール6.7kg及びアジピン酸1.53kgを仕込んだ。容器内を充分窒素置換した後、窒素ガスを流速300リットル/分で供給しながら徐々に加熱を行った。3時間かけて室温から235℃まで昇温し、そのまま8時間重合を行った。加熱を始めてから容器内の圧力は0.05MPaに調整した。次に、攪拌を停止し、ポリマーの取り出し口から溶融状態のポリマーを抜き出し、水冷した後、ペレタイズして、約11kgのペレットを得た。得られたポリマーについて、[NH2]=1mmol/kg、Tm=134℃であった。
Claims (20)
- ポリアミド系樹脂で構成された樹脂部材(Ia)と、熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂で構成された樹脂部材(IIa)とが直接接合した複合成形体であって、前記ポリアミド系樹脂が少なくとも末端にイミノ基を有するポリエーテルセグメント(A)を含むポリアミドブロック共重合体で構成され、かつ10mmol/kg以上の遊離のアミノ基を有する複合成形体。
- ポリアミドブロック共重合体が、ポリアミドエラストマーである請求項1記載の複合成形体。
- ポリエーテルセグメント(A)が、炭素数2〜8の多価アルコールを構成成分とする縮合物の少なくとも末端にイミノ基を有するポリエーテルセグメントである請求項1記載の複合成形体。
- 多価アルコールが、炭素数2〜4の直鎖状又は分岐鎖状脂肪族多価アルコールである請求項3記載の複合成形体。
- 多価アルコールが、炭素数2〜3の直鎖状又は分岐鎖状脂肪族多価アルコールである請求項3記載の複合成形体。
- ポリエーテルセグメント(A)が、分岐鎖を有し、かつ、その分岐鎖が遊離のアミノ基を有するポリエーテルセグメントで構成されている請求項1記載の複合成形体。
- ポリエーテルセグメント(A)の割合が、ポリアミドブロック共重合体全体に対して、10〜90重量%である請求項1記載の複合成形体。
- ポリアミド系樹脂が、ポリエーテルセグメント(A)で構成されたポリアミドブロック共重合体を含むポリアミド系樹脂組成物である請求項1記載の複合成形体。
- ポリアミド系樹脂が、ポリエーテルセグメント(A)で構成されたポリアミドブロック共重合体と、遊離のアミノ基を有する化合物(C)とを含有するポリアミド系樹脂組成物である請求項1記載の複合成形体。
- 遊離のアミノ基を有する化合物(C)が、モノアミン、ポリアミン、ポリアミドオリゴマー及びポリアミド系樹脂から選択された少なくとも一種である請求項9記載の複合成形体。
- 遊離のアミノ基を有する化合物(C)の割合が、ポリアミド系樹脂組成物全体に対して、0.01〜20重量%である請求項9記載の複合成形体。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂が、熱可塑性ポリウレタンエラストマーで構成されている請求項1記載の複合成形体。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂が、ポリエステルジオールを用いて得られるポリエステルポリウレタンで構成されている請求項1記載の複合成形体。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂が、ポリエーテルウレタンエラストマー、ポリエステルエーテルウレタンエラストマー、及びポリカーボネートウレタンエラストマーから選択された少なくとも一種で構成されている請求項1記載の複合成形体。
- 複合成形体が、靴又はロールの構成部材である請求項1記載の複合成形体。
- 請求項1記載のポリアミド系樹脂又は樹脂部材(Ia)、及び熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂又は樹脂部材(IIa)のうち少なくとも一方を加熱して、他方と接合させ、請求項1記載の複合成形体を製造する方法。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂を加熱溶融し、溶融状態の熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂と、ポリアミド系樹脂で構成された樹脂部材の少なくとも一部とを接触させて接合させる請求項16記載の製造方法。
- ポリアミド系樹脂を加熱溶融し、溶融状態のポリアミド系樹脂と、熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂で構成された樹脂部材の少なくとも一部とを接触させて接合させる請求項16記載の製造方法。
- ポリアミド系樹脂及び熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂をそれぞれ加熱溶融し、溶融状態のポリアミド系樹脂と溶融状態の熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂とを接触させて接合させる請求項16記載の製造方法。
- 熱プレス成形、真空成形、射出成形、押出成形及びブロー成形から選択された成形方法によりポリアミド系樹脂と熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂とを成形過程で接合させる請求項16記載の製造方法。
