Claims (4)
- タンク本体(11)および車体(24)間にクッションラバー(23)を介在させた車両用燃料タンクの防振支持構造であって、
クッションラバー(23)の車体(24)に接する面に、突出高さが異なる複数の突起(30,31,32)を形成し、
前記クッションラバー(23)は突出高さが最も高い第1突起(30)と、前記第1突起(30)よりも突出高さが低い第2突起(31)と、前記第2突起(31)よりも突出高さが低い第3突起(32)とを有し、
一対の前記第1突起(30)を前記クッションラバー(23)の車両前後方向の両端部にそれぞれ形成するとともに、前記第2突起(31)を一対の前記第1突起(30)の車両前後方向の間に、また一対の前記第3突起(32)を前記第2突起(31)と一対の前記第1突起(30)との車両前後方向の間にそれぞれ形成し、
前記第2突起(31)の頂部に溝(31a)を形成するとともに、該溝(31a)の両端を、前記第3突起(32)の頂部よりも下がった位置まで下方に延ばしたことを特徴とする車両用燃料タンクの防振支持構造。 - クッションラバー(23)は、車体(24)に接する面の材質がタンク本体(11)に接する面の材質よりも硬質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用燃料タンクの防振支持構造。
- 前記第1突起(30)の外側面(30a)を内向きに傾斜させたことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用燃料タンクの防振支持構造。
- 前記タンク本体(11)を前記車体(24)に固定するバンド(28)を有し、
前記バンド(28)で前記タンク本体(11)を固定する際に、前記バンド(28)によって前記クッションラバー(23)の前記複数の突起(30,31,32)のうちの全ての突起(30,31,33)が前記車体(24)に接するように圧縮荷重を加えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両用燃料タンクの防振支持構造。
