Description
Claims (13)
- 回転可能な調量ロッド(2)を保持するために軸方向に連続的な溝(3)を有するプロフィルストリップとして形成されたドクタベッド(1)であって、該ドクタベッドが、運動面に対して押圧されることができ、かつ前記運動面に塗布された液体状から糊状の媒質を調量及び/又は均等にし、前記媒質を直接塗布する場合の前記運動面が、紙、厚紙又は他の繊維ウェブの一方の側面であり、間接塗布する場合、前記媒質を前記繊維ウェブに移送する移送要素の表面であるドクタベッドにおいて、
前記ドクタベッドが、ある部分で軸方向に少なくとも1つの挿入部(4)によって形成され、
該挿入部が、残りの材料に対する耐摩耗性および耐熱性のうち、少なくとも前記耐摩耗性がより大きいことを特徴とするドクタベッド。 - 1つの挿入部(4)が中心に配置されるか、あるいは複数の挿入部(4)が、軸方向に外側領域に及び/又は中心に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドクタベッド。
- 前記それぞれの挿入部(4)の構成要素形状が、挿入部のために使用される材料と、前記残りのプロフィルストリップとの間に面一の連続面が存在するように選択されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のドクタベッド。
- 前記それぞれの挿入部(4)と前記周囲材料との共通接触面が、軸方向に対し、45°〜90°の角度で配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のドクタベッド。
- 前記それぞれの挿入部(4)が熱可塑性プラスチックから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のドクタベッド。
- 前記それぞれの挿入部(4)が、ポリエチレン又は高強度のポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)から構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のドクタベッド。
- 前記それぞれの挿入部(4)がポリウレタン又はポリアミドから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のドクタベッド。
- 前記それぞれの挿入部(4)が材料複合体から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のドクタベッド。
- 挿入部(4)の前記材料複合体が、ゴム及び黒鉛から形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のドクタベッド。
- 前記それぞれの挿入部(4)がセラミックから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のドクタベッド。
- 前記それぞれの挿入部(4)が金属から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のドクタベッド。
- 前記それぞれの挿入部(4)が、銅合金から構成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のドクタベッド。
- 前記それぞれの挿入部(4)が、形状結合、接着結合、ねじ留め、リベット留め、押入、鋳込み又は溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のドクタベッド。
