Claims (4)
- 磁界の電磁誘導により発熱し、加熱設定温度以上で耐熱温度以下の温度領域にある透磁率変化開始温度から透磁率が連続的に低下し始める感温層としての回転体と、フッ素樹脂、シリコン樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂のいずれか1つで形成され前記回転体の外側に積層された離型層と、前記回転体の全幅にずらした千鳥配置で形成され、前記電磁誘導により生じる渦電流の一部を遮断する切込みと、を有する加熱回転体と、
前記加熱回転体と対向配置され磁界を発生する磁界発生手段と、
前記加熱回転体と離間配置された張架回転体と、
前記加熱回転体及び前記張架回転体に巻き掛けられた定着部材と、
前記定着部材の外周面に接触し、前記定着部材を前記張架回転体に向けて加圧して、前記定着部材との間を通過する記録媒体上の現像剤像を該記録媒体へ定着させる加圧回転体と、
を有する定着装置。 - 前記定着部材は、少なくとも表皮深さより薄い厚さの発熱層を有し、前記発熱層より前記加熱回転体の感温層の発熱量が小さくなるように前記切込みが形成されている請求項1に記載の定着装置。
- 前記発熱層は、厚さ2〜20μm、固有抵抗2.7×10 −8 Ωcm以下の非磁性金属材料を含む請求項2に記載の定着装置。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の定着装置と、
露光光を出射する露光部と、
前記露光光で形成された潜像を現像剤で顕在化して現像剤像を形成する現像部と、
前記現像部で顕在化された前記現像剤像を記録媒体上に転写する転写部と、
前記転写部で前記現像剤像が転写された記録媒体を前記定着装置に搬送する搬送部と、
を備えた画像形成装置。
