Description
上記(請求項1)の脆性樹脂フィルムの製造方法において、前記の脆性樹脂Aと前記の靱性樹脂Bをそれぞれ別個の押出機で加熱溶融し、それぞれの押出機に連設された溶融樹脂供給用の管に供給し、前記の脆性樹脂Aを供給する管の下部の両側に孔を穿設し、これらの両側に穿設された孔に前記の靱性樹脂Bを供給する管の端部を連設してなるフィードブロックに加熱溶融した前記の脆性樹脂Aと前記の靱性樹脂Bを供給し、次いで前記のフィードブロックに連設されたマニフォルドで拡幅し、前記の脆性樹脂Aの両側に前記の靱性樹脂Bが並存する状態で前記押出用Tダイのダイリップからキャスティングロール上に押し出すこと(請求項2)を特徴とする。
本発明の樹脂フィルムにおいては、前記脆性樹脂Aが、可塑剤を含まないポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリスチレンとポリエチレンのアロイ樹脂、環状ポリオレフィン樹脂、アクリル樹脂から成る群から選択された樹脂であり、前記靱性樹脂Bがポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリカーボネートから成る群から選択された樹脂であることが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- 無延伸フィルムとして製膜することを目的とする製膜後のフィルムの伸び率が10%以下である脆性樹脂Aと該脆性樹脂Aよりも靭性の靱性樹脂Bを別個に加熱溶融して押出用Tダイの両端部に導き、加熱溶融した前記の脆性樹脂Aの両側に前記の靱性樹脂Bが並存するように吐出してキャスティングロール上に押し出し、前記の脆性樹脂Aの両側に前記の靱性樹脂Bが並存してなる無延伸フィルムとして製膜することを特徴とする脆性樹脂フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記の脆性樹脂Aと前記の靱性樹脂Bをそれぞれ別個の押出機で加熱溶融し、それぞれの押出機に連設された溶融樹脂供給用の管に供給し、前記の脆性樹脂Aを供給する管の下部の両側に孔を穿設し、これらの両側に穿設された孔に前記の靱性樹脂Bを供給する管の端部を連設してなるフィードブロックに加熱溶融した前記の脆性樹脂Aと前記の靱性樹脂Bを供給し、次いで前記のフィードブロックに連設されたマニフォルドで拡幅し、前記の脆性樹脂Aの両側に前記の靱性樹脂Bが並存する状態で前記押出用Tダイのダイリップからキャスティングロール上に押し出すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脆性樹脂フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記脆性樹脂Aが、可塑剤を含まないポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリスチレンとポリエチレンのアロイ樹脂、環状ポリオレフィン樹脂、アクリル樹脂から成る群から選択された樹脂であり、前記靱性樹脂Bがポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリカーボネートから成る群から選択された樹脂である請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の脆性樹脂フィルムの製造方法を用いて製造してなる、脆性樹脂部の両端に靱性樹脂部が並存する脆性樹脂フィルム。
