Description
図1に示す鋼板の連続焼鈍設備を用いて鋼板の連続焼鈍を行う際、鋼板の焼戻温度を250℃超えとする場合には、冷却帯1を出た鋼板を、誘導加熱装置3aおよび3bのいずれかまたは両方を用いて、鋼板の温度を過時効帯炉内温度の80%以上に加熱する。ここで、過時効帯炉内温度とは、例えば通常炉内ロール4aと4bのほぼ中間高さ位置に設置されている炉内温度計での温度を用いる。

Claims (1)
- 鋼板を水焼入れする冷却帯と過時効帯とを有する連続焼鈍設備を用いて鋼板を連続焼鈍する方法であって、冷却帯と過時効帯との間および/または過時効帯の1パス目に鋼板を急速加熱するための誘導加熱装置を設置し、鋼板の過時効帯での加熱温度を250℃超えとし、前記誘導加熱装置により鋼板の温度を過時効帯炉内温度の80%以上に加熱することを特徴とする鋼板の連続焼鈍方法。
