Description
図1に示すような構成で、単位電極の枚数を増やしたプラズマ反応装置を製造し、PMを含有する排気ガスの処理を行い、PM除去率98%を達成するための電力を測定した。
光検出手段及び制御手段を使用しなかった以外は実施例1と同様にしてプラズマ反応装置を作製した。
Claims (5)
- 複数の単位電極が所定間隔を隔てて階層的に積層されてなるプラズマ発生電極と、前記プラズマ発生電極を内部に配設するケース体と、前記単位電極に電圧を印加する電源とを備え、前記電源から前記単位電極間にパルス電圧を印加することによって前記単位電極間に形成される空間にプラズマを発生させ、前記空間内に導入された排ガスを反応処理することが可能なプラズマ反応装置であって、
前記ケース体に、前記プラズマによる発光を外部から検知するための光透過部が形成され、
前記ケース体の光透過部を通じて、前記プラズマによる発光を検知することが可能な光検出手段と、
前記光検出手段で検知した光の強度に応じて、前記単位電極に印加される電気エネルギーを制御する制御手段とを更に備えたプラズマ反応装置。 - 前記光検出手段が、前記プラズマによる発光の中の、窒素原子ラジカル、窒素分子ラジカル、酸素原子ラジカル及び酸素分子ラジカルに由来する光を検知する請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応装置。
- 前記光検出手段が、グレーティング、レンズ、及び受光器を有し、
入射した光を、グレーティングで分光し、得られた各波長の光をレンズで集光し、前記受光器で、特定の波長の光を受光して、その強度を検出するように形成されたものである請求項1又は2に記載のプラズマ反応装置。 - 前記光検出手段が、入射した光を集光してグレーティングに入射させる第2レンズを更に有する請求項3に記載のプラズマ反応装置。
- 前記ケース体が、前記光透過部に外部レンズを有し、前記プラズマによる発光を、前記外部レンズにより集光して前記光検出手段に入射させる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプラズマ反応装置。
