Claims (9)
- 加圧流体と用いるためのアクチュエータレールであって、
流体通路と、
前記流体通路の第1端に配置され、少なくとも1つの円形の端縁部を有する第1キャビティと、
前記第1キャビティと前記流体通路との間に配置された第1オリフィスと、
を備え、前記第1キャビティと、前記流体通路と、前記第1オリフィスとが流体連通しており、該第1オリフィスが、該第1オリフィスの容積内の作動流体と前記第1キャビティ内の作動流体容積との間における位相相殺により、該流体通路内の加圧流体における波を減衰でき、
前記第1オリフィスは、前記第1キャビティに面する第1端と、前記第1端とは反対側に面する第2端と、傾斜面とを有し、前記第1オリフィスの前記第2端が前記第1オリフィスの前記第1端より大きいことを特徴とする、
アクチュエータレール。 - 加圧流体を流体通路内に囲むことができるアクチュエータレールと併せて用いることができる音波減衰器であって、
アクチュエータレールに配置することができるハウジング内の第1端に配置され、少なくとも1つの円形の端縁部を有する第1キャビティと、
前記第1キャビティの第1端に配置された第1オリフィスと、を備え、
前記第1オリフィスが、前記第1キャビティと流体連通しており、前記流体通路と流体連通することも可能であり、該第1オリフィスが、該第1オリフィスの容積内の作動流体と前記第1キャビティ内の作動流体容積との間における位相相殺により、該流体通路内の加圧流体における波を減衰でき、
前記第1オリフィスは、前記第1キャビティに面する第1端と、前記第1端とは反対側に面する第2端と、傾斜面とを有し、前記第1オリフィスの前記第2端が前記第1オリフィスの前記第1端より大きいことを特徴とする、
音波減衰器。 - 前記アクチュエータレールが、前記流体通路の前記第1端とは反対側の第2端近傍の第2キャビティと、前記流体通路の該第1端及び該流体通路の該第2端の間に配置された第3のキャビティとを更に備えている、
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータレール又は請求項2に記載の音波減衰器。 - 前記第1キャビティが、前記アクチュエータレールと係合されたエンドキャップに配置される、
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータレール又は請求項2に記載の音波減衰器。 - 前記第3キャビティが前記流体通路とは別体のハウジングに配置され、前記ハウジングが該流体通路の中に挿入可能である、
請求項3に記載のアクチュエータレール又は請求項3に記載の音波減衰器。 - 前記第3キャビティが半球体を含む、
請求項3に記載のアクチュエータレール又は請求項3に記載の音波減衰器。 - 前記第3キャビティがほぼ球体である、
請求項3に記載のアクチュエータレール又は請求項3に記載の音波減衰器。 - 前記第3キャビティが前記流体通路の半球状部分と対応して形成された、
請求項3に記載のアクチュエータレール又は請求項3に記載の音波減衰器。 - 前記流体通路の前記半球状部分の周辺に近接して、該流体通路との実質的な流体密封界面をさらに含む、
