Description
・ディフューザ部とリターンベーンの間の中間流路に生じる段差が解消され、流路の流体に対する抵抗が小さくロスが少なくなり、効率のよい遠心ポンプを提供できる。
・また、ディフューザ部とリターンベーンと主板と段差をうめる構造物を全て板金製とするので、該板金にステンレス鋼板等を用いることで、耐腐食性、耐摩耗性に優れた遠心ポンプを提供できる。
・また、ディフューザ部とリターンベーンと中間流路で形成される流路を一体型流路とするので、効率のよい遠心ポンプを提供できる。

Claims (5)
- 羽根車を回転させることで流体を昇圧する遠心ポンプであって、
前記羽根車から出た流体を減速させるディフューザ部と、該ディフューザ部を通過した流体を吐出側に導くリターンベーンと、該ディフューザ部及び該リターンベーンが固定される主板と、該ディフューザ部と該リターンベーンとの間の中間流路に生じる段差をうめる構造物を備え、前記ディフューザ部と前記リターンベーンと前記主板と前記段差をうめる構造物を全て板金製とすると共に、前記ディフューザ部と前記リターンベーンと前記中間流路とで流路を形成し、該流路は隣接する他の流路と隔離され連続した一体型流路として構成されていることを特徴とする遠心ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の遠心ポンプにおいて、
前記一体型流路は前記ディフューザ部を構成する板金と前記リターンベーンを構成する板金と前記主板と前記段差をうめる構造物を構成する板金とを溶接して形成されていること特徴とする遠心ポンプ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の遠心ポンプにおいて、
前記段差をうめる構造物が、1枚の板金製カバープレートであることを特徴とする遠心ポンプ。 - 請求項3に記載の遠心ポンプにおいて、
前記カバープレートと前記リターンベーンは、外周部で互いに噛み合っていて該カバープレートの動きを拘束していることを特徴とする遠心ポンプ。 - 羽根車を回転させることで流体を昇圧する遠心ポンプの製造方法であって、
前記羽根車から出た流体を減速させるディフューザ部と、該ディフューザ部を通過した流体を吐出側に導くリターンベーンと、該ディフューザ部及び該リターンベーンが固定される主板と、該ディフューザ部と該リターンベーンの間の中間流路に生じる段差をうめるカバープレートを備え、前記ディフューザ部と前記リターンベーンと前記主板と前記カバープレートとは全てが板金から作られ、
これら部品の組立てはこれら部品を組立てた姿勢の状態とし、全て同一方向からのレーザによる貫通溶接により一体化し、前記ディフューザ部と前記リターンベーンと前記中間流路とで流路を形成し、該流路は隣接する他の流路と隔離され連続した一体型流路としたことを特徴とする遠心ポンプの製造方法。
