Description
エンジン11の空気系、燃料噴射系、点火系の各装置は、制御装置12内のエンジン制御手段13によって制御される。このエンジン制御手段13には、図2に示すように、エンジン11の空気系、燃料噴射系、点火系の制御量(スロットル開度、燃料噴射量、点火時期等)を制御するエンジン制御部13aの他に、後述する許可トルクを演算するエンジンモデル13bが実装されている。制御装置12には、エンジン制御手段13の他に、車両制御手段14、発電機制御手段15(補機制御手段)、電源制御手段16が設けられ、これら各制御手段13〜16が信号線によって接続されている。
発電機制御手段15は、エンジントルクで駆動される補機類のうちの発電機(オルタネータ)17の発電電流を制御するものであり、エンジン制御手段13から送信されてくる許可トルクに基づいて発電機17の界磁コイルに流す制御電流を制御することで、発電機17の発電電流を制御する。この発電機制御手段15には、図2に示すように発電機17の発電電流(制御電流)を制御する発電機制御部15aの他に、発電電流等に基づいて発電機駆動トルクを演算する発電機モデル15bとその逆モデル15cとが実装されている。
Claims (4)
- 車両を駆動するエンジン及びその出力トルクで駆動される補機を備えた補機付きのエンジンの制御装置において、
前記補機の機能を実現するのに必要なトルク(以下「要求補機駆動トルク」という)を算出する要求補機駆動トルク算出手段と、
要求車両駆動トルクを算出する要求車両駆動トルク算出手段と、
前記エンジンの出力トルク(以下「エンジントルク」という)を前記要求補機駆動トルクと前記要求車両駆動トルクに応じて変化させるように制御するエンジン制御手段と、
前記エンジントルクの応答遅れを考慮して前記補機に対して遅れを持たせて前記補機を制御する補機制御手段と
を備え、
前記エンジン制御手段は、所定の演算周期で前記要求補機駆動トルクと前記要求車両駆動トルクとを合計したトルクを要求エンジントルクとして前記エンジンを制御すると共に、該エンジンの応答遅れを考慮して所定演算タイミング後に実現できる前記エンジントルクを予測し、この予測エンジントルクと前記要求車両駆動トルクとの差分を許可トルクとして算出し、
前記補機制御手段は、前記許可トルクに基づいて前記補機の駆動トルクを制御することを特徴とする補機付きのエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記補機は前記エンジントルクで駆動される発電機であり、
前記補機制御手段は、前記発電機の発電電流を制御する発電機制御手段であり、
車両の電気負荷の動作状態及びバッテリの充電状態に応じて前記発電機に要求する発電電流(以下「要求発電電流」という)を算出する要求発電電流算出手段を備え、
前記要求補機駆動トルク算出手段は、前記発電機を前記要求発電電流に応じて駆動するための要求発電機駆動トルクを前記要求補機駆動トルクとして予測する要求発電機駆動トルク予測手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の補機付きのエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記エンジン制御手段は、現在の車両状態における最大エンジントルクから少なくとも前記要求車両駆動トルクと所定のマージンを差し引いたトルクを前記補機の駆動に供給可能なトルクとして算出し、
前記要求補機駆動トルク算出手段は、前記供給可能なトルクの範囲内で前記要求補機駆動トルクを算出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の補機付きのエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記エンジン制御手段は、現在の車両状態における最大エンジントルクから少なくとも前記要求車両駆動トルクと所定のマージンを差し引いたトルクを前記発電機の駆動に供給可能なトルクとして算出し、
前記発電機制御手段は、前記供給可能なトルクに基づいて前記発電機で発電可能な電流を算出し、
前記要求発電電流算出手段は、前記エンジン制御手段で算出した前記発電機で発電可能な電流の範囲内で前記要求発電電流を算出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の補機付きのエンジンの制御装置。
