Description
軸部材に、ディスクハブを圧入する際のガイドとなるテーパ状のガイド面を設け、このガイド面とこれに隣接する軸部材の外周面との間に、エッジを鈍化させ、かつ両者を滑らかに連続させる曲線状の鈍化部を設け、ガイド面、ガイド面に隣接する軸部材の外周面、および鈍化部が、同時研削により同軸に研摩された研摩面であることを特徴とするものである。

Claims (3)
- ハウジングと、ハウジングに挿入された軸部材と、軸部材の外周に形成されるラジアル軸受隙間を有し、ラジアル軸受隙間に生じる流体の動圧作用で軸部材をラジアル方向に非接触支持するラジアル軸受部とを備える動圧軸受装置において、
軸部材に、ディスクハブを圧入する際のガイドとなるテーパ状のガイド面を設け、このガイド面とこれに隣接する軸部材の外周面との間に、エッジを鈍化させ、かつ両者を滑らかに連続させる曲線状の鈍化部を設け、ガイド面、ガイド面に隣接する軸部材の外周面、および鈍化部が、同時研削により同軸に研摩された研摩面であることを特徴とするHDDスピンドルモータ用の動圧軸受装置。 - 請求項1に記載した動圧軸受装置と、モータロータと、モータステータとを有するモータ。
- ハウジングと、ハウジングに挿入された軸部材と、軸部材の外周に形成されるラジアル軸受隙間を有し、ラジアル軸受隙間に生じる流体の動圧作用で軸部材をラジアル方向に非接触支持するラジアル軸受部とを備える動圧軸受装置を製造するに際し、
軸部材に、ディスクハブを圧入する際のガイドとなるテーパ状のガイド面を形成した後、ガイド面と、ガイド面に隣接する軸部材の外周面と、前記両面間の境界部とを同時研削することにより、ガイド面とガイド面に隣接する軸部材の外周面との間に、エッジを鈍化させ、かつ両者を滑らかに連続させる曲線状の鈍化部を設けることを特徴とするHDDスピンドルモータ用の動圧軸受装置の製造方法。
