Claims (4)
- 天井に吊り下げられる空気調和装置本体と、この空気調和装置本体の後部に連結されて一体化された換気装置本体とを備え、
前記空気調和機本体には、利用側熱交換器及び利用側送風機が配置され、
前記換気装置本体が外気を室内に供給する給気ファンと、内気を室外に排出する排気ファンと、前記外気と前記内気との間で熱交換させる全熱交換素子とを備え、
前記各本体の吹出し口が夫々独立し、前記換気装置本体の吹出し口を前記空気調和機本体の吹出し口の上方に近接配置して、前記空気調和機本体の吹出し口から吹出される空気と、前記換気装置本体の吹出し口から吹出される空気とが、各吹出し口の出口でミキシング自在に構成され、
前記換気装置本体は、外気温度が所定温度以下の場合には、前記全熱交換素子の凍結を防止すべく、前記排気ファンの排出する内気の熱によって前記全熱交換素子を暖めるように、前記排気ファンを所定の排気量に保った状態で運転するとともに、前記給気ファンが供給する外気の供給量を制御する制御手段を備えることを特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 前記制御手段は、外気温度に応じて、前記給気ファンの運転時間を変更可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記制御手段は、所定の単位時間における前記給気ファンの運転時間を互いに異ならせた複数の間欠運転モードを備え、これら各運転モードの中から、外気温度に対応する所定の間欠運転モードを選択して、前記給気ファンを運転することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記制御手段は、外気温度に応じて、前記給気ファンの運転周波数を変更可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
