Claims (21)
- 室外に開口した給気口から室外空気を吸い込んで、室内空間に開口した複数の吹出し口から空気を吹き出す給気ファンと、室内のサニタリー空間に開口した複数の吸込み口から空気を吸い込んで、室外に開口した排気口から空気を吹出す排気ファンと、前記複数の吸込み口の風量を調整する吸込み風量調整装置と、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、前記給気ファンにより送風される空気と冷媒を熱交換させる第一熱交換器と、冷媒を膨張させる膨張機構と、前記排気ファンにより送風される空気と冷媒を熱交換させる第ニ熱交換器と、前記圧縮機、前記第一熱交換器、前記膨張機構、前記第二熱交換器の順または、前記圧縮機、前記第二熱交換器、前記膨張機構、前記第一熱交換器の順に冷媒が循環するように配管した冷媒回路とを備え、前記第一熱交換器と前記第二熱交換器の間で冷媒により熱を移動させることによって、前記サニタリー空間を換気しながら前記室内空間を暖房または冷房し、複数の前記吹出し口の風量を調整する吹出し風量調整装置を備えたものであって、前記室外空気を吸い込んで前記室内空間に吹出す給気風路とサニタリー空気を吸い込んで前記室外に排出する排気風路をそれぞれ、前記第一熱交換器と前記第二熱交換器の手前で、連通または遮断もしくは連通量を調整する風路切替調整手段を備え、前記第一熱交換器と前記第二熱交換器を通過する前記室外空気と前記サニタリー空気の量をそれぞれ調整しながら、前記第一熱交換器と前記第二熱交換器の間で冷媒により熱を移動させることによって、前記サニタリー空間を換気しながら前記室内空間を暖房または冷房することを特徴とする換気空調装置。
- サニタリー空間を換気する場合に、室外空気とサニタリー空気の一部を第一熱交換器と第二熱交換器を通さずに室内空間と屋外に吹出すバイパス手段を開放状態に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の換気空調装置。
- 冷媒の流れ方向を圧縮機、第一熱交換器、膨張機構、第二熱交換器の順番から前記圧縮機、前記第二熱交換器、前記膨張機構、前記第一熱交換器の順番に切替える流路切替手段と前記第一熱交換器と前記第二熱交換器の両方の下部にドレン装置を備え、流路切替手段を切替えることによって、室内空間の暖房、冷房を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の換気空調装置。
- 第一熱交換器の冷媒が流れる配管中に冷媒を減圧する減圧手段を更に備え、前記減圧手段の下流側の冷媒が給気ファンにより送風される空気から吸熱した後、前記減圧手段の上流側の冷媒が放熱することによって室内空間を除湿することを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の換気空調装置。
- 室内空間を暖房、冷房、あるいは除湿して空調を行う場合は、給気ファンと排気ファンだけを運転して換気する場合に対し、前記給気ファンと前記排気ファンの少なくともどちらかの風量を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の換気空調装置。
- サニタリー空間に開口した吸込み口に吸込まれる空気をサニタリー空間以外に設置された空調機によって空調された空気としたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の換気空調装置。
- 室外空気を吸い込んで室内空間に吹出す給気風路とサニタリー空気を吸い込んで室外に排出する排気風路の下部に結露水を排水または蒸発させる大型ドレン装置を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5または6記載の換気空調装置。
- 凝縮水または結露水を排水または蒸発させるドレン装置にドレンポンプを備え、ドレン装置より高いところに排水する場合に前記ドレンポンプを運転させることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6または7記載の換気空調装置。
- 室外空気を吸い込んで室内空間に吹出す給気風路とサニタリー空気を吸い込んで室外に排出する排気風路の周囲を断熱処理したことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7または8記載の換気空調装置。
- 少なくとも圧縮機、第一熱交換器、第二熱交換器、膨張機構を本体内部に内蔵したことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8または9記載の換気空調装置。
- 給気ファンが送風する空気の少なくとも一部を加熱する補助ヒータを更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9または10記載の換気空調装置。
- 排気ファンによって第二熱交換器に供給される前の空気を余熱するための予熱ヒータを更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10または11記載の換気空調装置。
- 第一熱交換器もしくは第二熱交換器に冷媒の温度を検知するコイル温センサーを備え、前記第一熱交換器もしくは第二熱交換器の冷媒温度に基づいて流路切替弁を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11または12記載の換気空調装置。
- 圧縮機の吐出側から膨張機構に至る冷媒回路から分岐して、前記膨張機構から前記圧縮機の吸入側に至る冷媒回路に合流するバイパス回路と前記バイパス回路を開閉する開閉弁を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12または13記載の換気空調装置。
- 第二熱交換器と直列もしくは並列となるように冷媒回路中に冷媒を加熱する冷媒加熱手段を介在させたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13または14記載の換気空調装置。
- 冷媒加熱手段を電熱により冷媒を加熱する冷媒加熱ヒータとしたことを特徴とする請求項15記載の換気空調装置。
- 冷媒加熱手段を給湯水との熱交換により冷媒を加熱する冷媒−水熱交換器としたことを特徴とする請求項15記載の換気空調装置。
- 冷媒−水熱交換器に供給される給湯水に、ヒートポンプ式給湯機で沸かされた湯を用いることを特徴とする請求項17記載の換気空調装置。
- 冷媒−水熱交換器で冷媒との熱交換をした後の給湯水を第一熱交換器もしくは第二熱交換器で生じた凝縮水を排水するドレン装置を通じて装置外部に排水する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項17または18記載の換気空調装置。
- 冷媒−水熱交換器において冷媒が放熱するように、前記冷媒−水熱交換器に常温水を供給する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項17、18または19記載の換気空調装置。
- 排気風路に複数の吸込み口のうち一つ以上に対応するサニタリー専用風路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19または20記載の換気空調装置。
