Description

Claims (22)
- 予め決められた軸を中心として相互に対して回転可能な2つの要素と、その間に形成され、混合される材料用の入口と出口の間にある流路とを有するダイナミックミキサであって、
流路は上記2つの要素の複数の表面の間に形成されており、
上記複数の表面は予め決められた上記軸を中心とする連続した複数の環状の突出部を形成しており、且つ、上記複数の表面は、一方の要素によって形成された上記複数の突出部が他方の要素によって形成された上記複数の突出部の間のスペースに向かって位置されるように配置され、
上記複数の表面の各々に、軸方向断面において曲線状である底部を備える複数のキャビティが形成され、上記複数のキャビティは、上記複数の突出部を橋絡する流路を形成し、
一方の表面に形成された上記複数のキャビティの一部は他方の表面の上記複数のキャビティの一部に対して軸方向にずれ、且つ、一方の表面の上記複数のキャビティの一部は他方の表面の上記複数のキャビティの一部と軸方向に重なり、これにより、入口から出口へ上記複数の表面の間を移動する材料は、重なる複数のキャビティの間を移送される
ダイナミックミキサ。 - 一方の上記要素によって形成されている上記複数の突出部が、他方の上記要素によって形成されている上記複数の突出部の間のスペース内に位置される請求項1のダイナミックミキサ。
- 円周に間隔をあけて配置された上記複数のキャビティの配列が、各々の上記突出部に形成されている請求項1または2のダイナミックミキサ。
- 上記複数のキャビティが、部分的に球面である請求項1〜3のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 上記複数のキャビティが、直線の側面を有する溝である請求項1〜3のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 上記複数のキャビティが、曲線の側面を有する溝である請求項1〜3のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 上記複数のキャビティが、3軸方向のすべてで曲線状である請求項1〜3のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 少なくとも1つの上記キャビティが、キャビティに流入している材料を複数の流路に分割するために又は複数の上記キャビティに流入している材料を1つの流路に結合するために枝分かれされている請求項1〜4のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 各々の上記突出部が2つの側面の間に形成されており、その側面それぞれが軸を中心として回転される直線によって描かれる回転面である請求項1〜8のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 上記2つの側面の一方が、軸を中心とする円筒状面を形成している請求項9のダイナミックミキサ。
- 上記2つの側面の一方が、軸と垂直である請求項9または10のダイナミックミキサ。
- 上記突出部を形成する上記要素の表面が、略円錐状である請求項1〜11のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 一方の上記表面が中空の外側の上記要素の内側表面によって形成され、且つ、他方の上記表面が内側の上記要素の外側表面によって形成されており、入口が外側の上記要素に形成されている請求項12のダイナミックミキサ。
- 一方の上記表面が中空の外側の上記要素の内側表面によって形成され、且つ、他方の上記表面が中空の内側の上記要素の外側の上記表面によって形成されており、入口が内側の上記要素に形成されている請求項12のダイナミックミキサ。
- 複数の上記略円錐状表面の間のスペースを制御するために、上記2つの要素を相互に対して軸方向に移動させる手段を有する請求項12〜14のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 上記2つの要素の複数の第1の部分が入口から外側方向に傾斜し、且つ上記2つの要素の複数の第2の部分が出口に向かって内側方向に傾斜している請求項12〜14のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 隣接する上記突出部が、互いに異なる個数のキャビティを有する請求項1〜16のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 隣接する上記突出部が、互いに異なるサイズのキャビティを有する請求項1〜17のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 隣接する上記突出部が、互いに異なる形状のキャビティを有する請求項1〜18のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 少なくとも一方の要素が、上記2つの要素が相互に対して回転される際にポンプ効果を提供するインペラを支持している請求項1〜19のいずれかのダイナミックミキサ。
- 層流条件を形成する速度で運転する、請求項1〜20のいずれか記載のダイナミックミキサを用いて混合する方法。
- 乱流条件を形成する速度で運転する、請求項1〜20のいずれか記載のダイナミックミキサを用いて混合する方法。
