Claims (2)
- メイン基板と、このメイン基板に形成されたメイン有機電界発光部とを備えるメイン有機電界発光表示パネルと、
サブ基板と、前記サブ基板に形成されたサブ有機電界発光部とを有するサブ有機電界発光表示パネルと、
メイン有機電界発光部とサブ有機電界発光部とが相互対向された状態で前記メイン基板とサブ基板とをシーリングして、前記メイン有機電界発光部とサブ有機電界発光部とを密閉するシーリング材と、
前記メイン有機電界発光表示パネルとサブ有機電界発光表示パネルとの少なくとも一側に設けられ、これらの間隔維持及び構造的強度補完のためのスペーサと、を含んで成り、
前記スペーサは、前記メイン有機電界発光部又はサブ有機電界発光部が形成されていない領域の基板に具備された複数の突起であり、
前記メイン基板とサブ基板にそれぞれメイン有機電界発光部とサブ有機電界発光部を埋め込むパッシベーション層が形成され、前記パッシベーション層は相互密着され、その縁が前記シーリング材により密閉されることを特徴とするデュアルタイプ有機電界発光表示装置。 - メイン基板と、このメイン基板に形成されたメイン有機電界発光部とを備えるメイン有機電界発光表示パネルと、
サブ基板と、前記サブ基板に形成されたサブ有機電界発光部とを有するサブ有機電界発光表示パネルと、
メイン有機電界発光部とサブ有機電界発光部とが相互対向された状態で前記メイン基板とサブ基板とをシーリングして、前記メイン有機電界発光部とサブ有機電界発光部とを密閉するシーリング材と、
前記メイン有機電界発光表示パネルとサブ有機電界発光表示パネルとの少なくとも一側に設けられ、これらの間隔維持及び構造的強度補完のためのスペーサと、を含んで成り、
前記スペーサは、前記メイン有機電界発光部又はサブ有機電界発光部が形成されていない領域の基板に具備された複数の突起であり、
前記メイン基板とサブ基板にそれぞれメイン有機電界発光部とサブ有機電界発光部を埋め込むパッシベーション層が形成され、前記パッシベーション層は一体に形成され、その縁が前記シーリング材により密閉されること特徴とするデュアルタイプ有機電界発光表示装置。
