Claims (8)
- 白金化合物を基材表面で還元処理して白金を析出させる白金の無電解めっき方法において、
前記還元処理は、アルカリ土類金属の炭酸塩、硫酸塩、硝酸塩の少なくとも1種以上を含む溶液中で行なうことを特徴とする無電解めっき方法。 - 溶液中のアルカリ土類金属化合物の含有量を0.1mg/L以上(アルカリ土類金属重量基準)とする請求項1記載の無電解めっき方法。
- アルカリ土類金属化合物は、アルカリ土類金属の炭酸塩である請求項1又は請求項2記載の無電解めっき方法。
- アルカリ土類金属化合物は、マグネシウム化合物である請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の無電解めっき方法。
- 還元処理前に基材表面に白金化合物を吸着させ、その後に還元処理を行う請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項記載の無電解めっき方法。
- 還元処理は、還元剤によるものである請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項記載の無電解めっき方法。
- 還元剤は、水素化ホウ素ナトリウム、ヒドラジン、アルコールの少なくともいずれかよりなる請求項6記載の無電解めっき方法。
- 基材はイオン交換膜からなる請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項記載の無電解めっき方法。
