Description
図1は、本発明のインモールドラベル方式プラスチック容器の成形法の一例を説明する概略的説明図である。なお、図1に示す成形方法は、代表的な一例を示すものであり、本発明のインモールドラベル方式プラスチック容器の成形方法を限定するものではない。
図2は、図1に示すようなインモールドラベル方式プラスチック容器の成形方法により成形された本発明のインモールドラベル方式プラスチック容器7の実施形態を示す図であり、具体的にはフランジ部30(図1の符号(ii))の拡大図である。
以下、本発明のインモールドラベル方式プラスチック容器のその他の特徴点(様々な実施態様)について、具体的に説明する。
先ず、上述してきた本発明の容器7を成形する際に用いる溶融樹脂6としては、例えば、高密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、その他等の各種の成形用ポリエチレン系樹脂、およびポリプロピレンやポリスチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネートなどを使用することができる。
一方、上述してきた本発明のインモールドラベル方式プラスチック容器7を成形する際に用いる側面部用ラベルR1、および底面部用ラベルR2としては、厚さが150μm以下であれば特に限定されることはなく、従来公知の様々な機能を有するインモールドラベルの全てを用いることができる。
本発明のインモールドラベル方式プラスチック容器を密閉するための蓋材の材質についても従来公知の様々な材質を用いることができる。具体的には、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、ポリアラミド系樹脂、ポリプロピレン系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、ポリアセタール系樹脂、フッ素系樹脂、その他等の強靱な樹脂のフィルムないしシート、あるいは、各種の紙基材等を使用することができる。上記の樹脂のフィルムないしシートとしては、未延伸フィルム、あるいは一軸方向または二軸方向に延伸した延伸フィルム等のいずれのものでも使用することができる。また、前述したインモールドラベルR1、R2と同様に蓋材についても積層構造とすることも可能である。例えば、蓋材に太陽光等の光を遮光する性質、あるいは水蒸気、水、ガス等を透過しない性質等を付与する場合には、このような性質を有する材料を積層すればよく、具体的には、例えば、遮光性とバリアー性を有するアルミニウム箔またはその蒸着膜を有する樹脂のフィルム、バリアー性を有する酸化珪素、酸化アルミニウム等の無機酸化物の蒸着膜を有する樹脂のフィルム、水蒸気、水等のバリアー性を有する低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体等の樹脂のフィルムないしシート、ガスバリアー性を有するポリエステル系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、ナイロン系樹脂(ポリアミド系樹脂)、アクリルニトリル系樹脂、ポリビニルアルコール、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体ケン化物、その他等の樹脂のフィルムないしシート、樹脂に顔料等の着色剤を、その他、所望の添加剤を加えて混練してフィルム化してなる遮光性を有する各種の着色樹脂のフィルムないしシート等を用いることができる。

Claims (1)
- 雌型と雄型の金型を用い、前記雌型と雄型とを合わせてできる空隙部の内部にインモールドラベルを装着し、次いで前記空隙部に溶融樹脂を射出することにより容器の成形と同時にラベリングを行うインモールドラベル方式の製造方法によって製造されるインモールドラベル方式プラスチック容器であって、
容器側面部の上端にはフランジ部が形成されており、その寸法は、フランジ幅が2mm以上であり、フランジ肉厚が0.5mm以上であり、
前記雌型と雄型の金型は、成型された容器におけるフランジ部で合わせられ、かつ、雌型によって形成されるフランジ部のフランジ幅が、雄型により形成されるフランジ部のフランジ幅よりも小さくなるように設計されている雌型と雄型を用いて製造されていることを特徴とするインモールドラベル方式プラスチック容器。
