Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease the injection pressure and miniaturize the injection molding machine by arranging a large number of gates with respect to a hot runner provided at the inner part of the core of a fixed metal mold to the bottom and side wall part of the molded article.
CONSTITUTION: A cavity 13 is formed at the contact surface of a fixed metal mold 11 and a movable metal 12 for molding a molded article having a large deepness, and a hot runner 14 is provided at the inner part of the core of the metal mold 11. From this hot runner 14, a large number of gates 15 are arranged with respect to the bottom part and the side wall part of the molded article. By this procedure, since the ratio L/t between the flow length and thickness of the resin material becomes small, it is possible to decrease the injection pressure and the clamping force.
