Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a sink mark due to a contraction of a thermosetting resin and improve a product quality, by providing a step part at opposing end parts of a core material and spanning a rigid plate material on the step part when molding a molded article to which the core material is inserted.
CONSTITUTION: The part 3 of a mold 2 which forms a part where a core material is not inserted between core materials 4, 4 set at a distance is provided at the mold 2. A fibrous reinforcing material 6 is layed along a mold face of the mold 2, core materials are provided on it at a distance and a rigid plate material 5 is spanned on a step part set at opposing end parts of core materials 4, 4. The fibrous reinforcing material 6' is further layed on the provided core materials 4, 4 and the rigid plate material 5. Then, molds 1, 2 are clamped, a thermosetting resin molding material 8 is poured from a resin pouring port 7 and the fibrous reinfrocing material 6, 6' is impregnated. The core material 4 and the rigid plate material 5 are molded, being made to lie in the thermosetting resin molding material 8 by the above.
