Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a composite molding which is not affected by contraction coefficient difference by injecting thermoplastic synthetic resin toward a finished part placed in a mold and forming into one body with connecting parts having structure which allows a mutually free state for contraction.
CONSTITUTION: Thermoplastic synthetic resin is injected toward a finished part placed in a mold and is formed into one body whose connecting parts are in a mutually free state for contraction. For example, when composite-molding a tray with handles, a tray plate 1 made of iron, aluminum, etc., is inserted into a mold as a finished part. The molten material of thermoplastic synthetic resin as ASB resin, etc., is injected there and molded into handles 2 at both ends 1a and 1a of the tray plate 1. To both ends of the tray plate 1, silicon oil, etc., is applied to prevent adhesion. Next, molten resin is flowed in to the inside of a hole 3 or a concave part 4 for flowing in molten resin in the center of each end to unite the plate and the handles.
