Abstract

PURPOSE:To effect molding rigidly to one body without mixing different kinds of resin grains each other by a method wherein more than one kinds of expandable thermoplastic resin grains are molded to one body by utilizing a core and a plurality of cavity having different sizes. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of cavity 2a, 2b, sizes of the cavity parts of which are different respectively, are used with respect to one set of core 5 and a rough form 7 is molded at first between the core 5 and the cavity 2a. Thereafter, the core 5 is moved to a position facing to the cavity 2b having the cavity part larger than that of the cavity 2a under a condition that the rough form 7 is adhered onto the core 5, then, the molds 2a, 5' are clamped and the different kind of expandable thermoplastic resin grains are filled into a space between the cavity old 2b and the rough form 7. Subsequently, whole of them are heated to obtain the composite cellular molding by melt-molding them to one body
