Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase surface hardness and surface gloss by mounting a surface layer in thermoplastic synthetic resin into which glass fiber, inorganic powder, etc. are mixed onto a base body in the same group thermoplastic synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: Forming is performed according to double injection molding. The movable plate 4 is backed during the time when the inside of the surface layer 50 is under an unhardened condition, and rotated in a 180° arc centering around the center of the revolution, and the third metal mold 10 is set in the second injection station. Thermoplastic synthetic resin into which fillers such as glass fiber is mixed is injected, and a product unified with the surface layer 50 is obtained.
