Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an evenly dispersed most densely filled composition by injecting liquid material into carbon black powder and solidifying it through a centrifugal molding in a reaction below the specified viscosity after a premolding of the powder at a specified thickness in a centrifugal molding machine.
CONSTITUTION: Conductive carbon black powder is charged into the mold of a centrifugal molding machine beforehand and molded at a specified thickness. Liquid material for solid polymer composition is injected into the powder and reacted in the viscosity of less than 20 centipoise while continuously turning the mold. After the solidification by contrifugal molding and die releasing, a conductive polymer composition is obtained. For the liquid material herein used for the solid polymer composition, liquid polyurethane or the like is available. According to this method, the liquid material is formed having the gap filled with the liquid material while the carbon black powder is maintained in a mutually close contact by the centrifugal force, thereby assuring a properly conductive composition.
