この場合、胴部ラベル5は各部分5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f、5g、5h同士が重なり合って重なり部5Aを形成する。このため胴部ラベル5の部分5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f、5g、5h間に隙間が形成されることはなく、このことにより、インモールドラベル容器10全体として、ガスバリア性を向上させることができる。

Claims (10)
- 胴部と、底部とを備えたインモールドラベル容器において、
胴部シートと底部シートとを含むとともに、容器形状をもち、ガスバリア性を有するシート成形体と、
少なくとも底部ラベルと胴部ラベルとを含み、ガスバリア性を有するラベルと、
シート成形体とラベルとの間に介在された射出樹脂とを備え、ラベルに射出樹脂を射出するためのゲート穴を形成したことを特徴とするインモールドラベル容器。 - シート成形体は射出樹脂の内側に位置し、ラベルは射出樹脂の外側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1記載のインモールドラベル容器。
- ラベルは、印刷基材層を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載のインモールドラベル容器。
- 胴部ラベルと底部ラベルは、一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか記載のインモールドラベル容器。
- 胴部はその上端にフランジ部を有し、このフランジ部は胴部シート上端に設けられたフランジ部シートと、射出樹脂とを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか記載のインモールドラベル容器。
- インモールドラベル容器の製造方法において、
胴部シートと底部シートとを含むとともに、容器形状をもち、ガスバリア性を有するシート成形体と、少なくとも底部ラベルと胴部ラベルとを含み、ガスバリア性を有し、ゲート穴が形成されたラベルを準備する工程と、
金型内にシート成形体とラベルを装着する工程と、
金型内にラベルのゲート穴からシート成形体とラベルとの間に射出樹脂を射出する工程と、を備えたことを特徴とするインモールドラベル容器の製造方法。 - シート成形体は射出樹脂の内側に位置し、ラベルは射出樹脂の外側に位置することを特徴とする請求項6記載のインモールドラベル容器の製造方法。
- ラベルは、印刷基材層を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載のインモールドラベル容器の製造方法。
- 胴部ラベルと底部ラベルは、一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれか記載のインモールドラベル容器の製造方法。
- 胴部はその上端にフランジ部を有し、このフランジ部は胴部シート上端に設けられたフランジ部シートと、射出樹脂とを有することを特徴とする請求項6乃至9のいずれか記載のインモールドラベル容器の製造方法。
