Description
Claims (11)
- 連続した長さの中空プラスチック製品を押し出す押出装置であって、溶融したプラスチックを金型装置を介して並列して移動する金型ブロックによって形成される金型トンネルに供給し、プラスチック製品がこの金型トンネル内で成形される押出機を備え、前記装置は、製品の形状を整えるのを助ける空気乱気流を供給する手段を含み、前記空気乱気流を供給する手段は金型トンネル内の製品の内部に位置する空気移動部材と、前記空気移動部材用の、金型トンネルの外部に配置される動力源と、前記動力源から金型装置の下流に位置する前記空気移動部材に動力供給する動力分配装置とを備え、前記動力分配装置は前記金型装置を通して動力供給する、押出装置。
- 前記装置が前記金型トンネル内に冷却プラグを含む真空成形プラスチック・パイプ押出機を備え、前記製品は前記金型ブロックと前記冷却プラグの間で成形される中空パイプを含み、前記空気移動部材が前記冷却プラグの下流側に、隣接して配置され、前記動力分配装置が前記空気移動部材に前記冷却プラグを介して動力を供給する、請求項1に記載の押出装置。
- 前記空気移動部材がロータを備える、請求項1に記載の押出装置。
- 前記ロータが翼車を備える、請求項3に記載の押出装置。
- 前記ロータが内側および外側翼部分を有する複数の翼を備え、前記翼の各々が前記翼を回転させるために前記内側翼部分で共通の取り付け軸に取り付けられ、前記内側および外側部分が、前記外側翼が前記内側部分より大きな正の空気圧を生成し、前記内側翼部分で低圧の空気吸引を生じさせるように配置される、請求項3に記載の押出装置。
- 前記金型トンネルが開口する下流端を有し、前記ロータによって生じる正の空気圧が、前記パイプに沿った前記トンネルの前記下流端を通る空気の排気を起こさせ、前記低い空気圧の空気吸引が、前記トンネルの前記下流端を通って前記トンネル内に新鮮な補給空気を供給する、請求項5に記載の押出装置。
- 前記金型トンネル内に冷却プラグを含むとともに、前記動力分配装置が、前記金型装置および前記冷却プラグを通り前記ロータに延びる回転軸を備える、請求項3に記載の押出装置。
- 前記軸を回転させるモータを含み、前記モータが前記金型装置の外に配置され、電源から電力を受ける、請求項7に記載の押出装置。
- 前記金型トンネル内に冷却プラグを含むとともに、 前記ロータを回転させるモータを含み、前記モータは前記金型トンネル内でロータと連結され、前記動力分配装置が前記金型装置および前記冷却プラグを通り、電源から前記モータに通じる電力コードを備える、請求項3に記載の押出装置。
- 前記金型トンネル内に冷却プラグを含むとともに、前記ロータが前記金型トンネル内で前記ロータと隣接する水力タービンによって駆動され、前記動力分配装置が前記金型装置および前記冷却プラグを通る流路を備え、前記流路が前記金型装置の外側にある圧力水源から前記水力タービンに圧力の掛かった水を送る、請求項3に記載の押出装置。
- 前記空気移動部材によってパイプの内部で移動する空気に水を加えるための、水供給部を含む、請求項3に記載の押出装置。
