Description
後述するように、2つの独立した領域に集中した加熱は、特に、有利である。
一方、第2の装置では、L1=30mmであり、L2=30mmであり、L3=30mmであり、第2の装置に供給される電力は、(同等のライン速度で)第1の装置に供給される電力と同じである。
各図において共通する要素には、同じ参照番号を付してある。
本実施形態では、チューブ1の移動方向に沿って溶接領域2が延在している。
なお、コイル6は、第2の強磁性バー11周りに配置されても、第3の強磁性バー12周りに配置されてもよい。
溶接ロッド23内に強磁性バー7,19,21があることによって、バー内に磁力線の大部分を通すことができることが明らかである。
しかしながら、磁力線の一部がプラスチックスリーブを通り、その結果、溶接領域における加熱性能が低下してしまうことが起こりえる。

3)厚みが110ミクロンの(白色)ポリエチレン−厚みが45ミクロンの(白色)コポリマー−厚みが40ミクロンのアルミニウムシート−厚みが40ミクロンの(透明)コポリマー−厚みが75ミクロンの特別な(共押出)ポリエチレン
Claims (8)
- 移動しているパッケージ材(1)であって、電磁誘導により加熱可能な層と該パッケージ材の移動方向に横たわる溶接領域(2)を有する熱可塑性層とを備えたパッケージ材(1)を溶接する溶接装置であって、
交流発電機と、交流電流を磁界に変換するコイル(3,5,6)と、上記磁界の磁力線の向きを特定の方向に向けるための複数の強磁性要素(7,8,10−13,19−21)とを具備し、上記コイルが、複数の上記強磁性要素のうち1個以上の上記強磁性要素に巻回されており、複数の上記強磁性要素は、上記磁界が上記パッケージ材(1)を横切って上記電磁誘導により加熱可能な層を加熱するように、少なくとも1個の上記強磁性要素が上記パッケージ材(1)の表裏のうち一方の側に配置され、他の上記強磁性要素がパッケージ材(1)の表裏のうち他方の側に配置されている溶接装置において、
複数の上記強磁性要素(7,8,10−13,19−21)は、上記溶接領域(2)に沿って位置する少なくとも2つの独立した領域(14,16−18)で、上記磁力線が上記パッケージ材(1)を横切るように配設されていることを特徴とする溶接装置。 - 複数の上記強磁性要素は、第1の強磁性要素(7)、第2の強磁性要素(8,11)および第3の強磁性要素(10,12)を含み、
上記第1の強磁性要素(7)は、両側の端部のそれぞれが2つの上記独立した領域(14,16−18)に近接して位置するように、パッケージ材(1)の表裏のうち一方の側に配置され、
上記第2の強磁性要素(8,11)は、端部が一方の上記独立した領域(14,17)に近接して位置するように、パッケージ材(1)の表裏のうち他方の側に配置され、
上記第3の強磁性要素(10,12)は、端部が他方の上記独立した領域(16,18)に近接して位置するように、パッケージ材(1)の表裏のうち他方の側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接装置。 - 溶接すべき層に近接して該溶接すべき層の両側に配置された3つの上記強磁性要素(7,8,10)の端部が該溶接すべき層の厚みの2〜200倍の距離を開けて離れていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶接装置。
- 上記第2の強磁性要素(8,11)と上記第3の強磁性要素(10,12)とがコイル(3,5)により囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の溶接装置。
- 複数の強磁性要素(19−21)は、1つの強磁性要素の各端部が別の強磁性要素の端部の上方または下方に位置するように、パッケージ材の各側に近接して交互に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接装置。
- 強磁性要素(7,8,10,11−13,19−21)の組が強磁性回路を形成し、コイル(6)が1つの強磁性要素(7,8,10,11−13,19−21)を囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の溶接装置。
- 上記強磁性要素(7)が表面に配置されている溶接ロッド(23)を備え、
上記溶接ロッドは、上記表面のうち上記強磁性要素が配置されている領域以外の領域に配置されている磁性スクリーンを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の溶接装置。 - 上記強磁性要素が配置されている溶接ロッド(23)を備え、
上記強磁性要素は、少なくとも一部分が上記溶接ロッド(23)の内部に配置されている強磁性バー(7,19,20)を含み、
該溶接ロッドは、上記強磁性バー(7,19,20)内に磁力線を収めるように配設されたスクリーン要素を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の溶接装置。
