Abstract
Dispositivo para soldar un material de embalaje móvil (1) que comprende una capa que puede ser calentada por inducción electromagnética y una capa termoplástica que incorpora una zona de soldadura (2) que está dispuesta en la dirección del movimiento del material de embalaje; comprendiendo el dispositivo de soldadura un generador de corriente alterna, una bobina (3, 5, 6) para transformar la corriente alterna en un campo magnético, un elemento ferromagnético (7, 8, 10-13) para encauzar las líneas del campo magnético en una dirección determinada, estando el campo magnético orientado de manera que atraviesa el material de embalaje (1) para inducir el calentamiento de la capa que puede ser calentada por inducción electromagnética; estando el dispositivo de soldadura caracterizado porque comprende una serie de elementos ferromagnéticos (7, 8, 10-13, 19-21) que están dispuestos de manera que las líneas del campo magnético atraviesen el material de embalaje (1) por lo menos en dos zonas distintas(14, 16-18) localizadas a lo largo de la zona de soldadura.
Claims (8)
1. Dispositivo para soldar un material de
embalaje móvil (1) que comprende una capa que puede ser calentada
por inducción electromagnética y una capa termoplástica que
incorpora una zona de soldadura (2) que está dispuesta en la
dirección del movimiento del material de embalaje; comprendiendo el
dispositivo de soldadura un generador de corriente alterna, una
bobina (3, 5, 6) para transformar la corriente alterna en un campo
magnético, un elemento ferromagnético (7, 8, 10-13)
para encauzar las líneas del campo magnético en una dirección
determinada, estando el campo magnético orientado de manera que
atraviesa el material de embalaje (1) para inducir el calentamiento
de la capa que puede ser calentada por inducción electromagnética;
estando el dispositivo de soldadura caracterizado porque
comprende una serie de elementos ferromagnéticos (7, 8,
10-13, 19-21) que están dispuestos
de manera que las líneas del campo magnético atraviesen el material
de embalaje (1) por lo menos en dos zonas distintas (14,
16-18) localizadas a lo largo de la zona de
soldadura.
2. Dispositivo según la reivindicación anterior,
caracterizado porque un primer elemento ferromagnético (7)
está dispuesto en la proximidad de un lado del material de embalaje
(1) de manera que cada uno de sus extremos está situado en la
proximidad de una o de la otra de dichas zonas distintas (14,
16-18) y porque un segundo (8,
10-12) y un tercer (8, 10-12)
elemento ferromagnético se sitúan en el otro lado del material de
embalaje (1), de manera que uno de los extremos del segundo elemento
se dispone en la proximidad de una de dichas zonas distintas (14,
16-18) y de manera que uno de los extremos del
tercer elemento se sitúa en la proximidad de otra de dichas zonas
distintas (14, 16-18).
3. Dispositivo según la reivindicación anterior,
caracterizado porque los extremos de los tres elementos
ferromagnéticos (7, 8, 10) dispuestos en la proximidad de y sobre
ambos lados de la capa a soldar están separados por una distancia
que representa entre 2 y 200 veces, preferentemente entre 2 y 50
veces, el espesor de la capa a soldar.
4. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 2 ó 3,
caracterizado porque el segundo (8, 10-12) y
el tercer (8, 10-12) elementos ferromagnéticos están
rodeados por una bobina (3, 5, 6).
5. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque una pluralidad de elementos
ferromagnéticos (19-21) están dispuestos de manera
alternativa en la proximidad de cada lado del material de embalaje,
de manera que cada extremo de un elemento ferromagnético
(19-21) está dispuesto en la parte superior o
inferior del extremo (19, 21) de otro elemento ferromagnético.
6. Dispositivo según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque una serie
de elementos ferromagnéticos (7, 8, 10, 11, 19-21)
forma un circuito ferromagnético, estando un elemento ferromagnético
(7, 8, 10, 11, 19-21) rodeado por una bobina
(6).
7. Dispositivo según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque comprende
una ó más pantallas magnéticas dispuestas entre los elementos
ferromagnéticos no adyacentes (7, 8, 10, 11,
19-21).
8. Dispositivo según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque una parte
de las barras ferromagnéticas (7, 19, 21) está dispuesta en una
varilla de soldadura 23, comprendiendo ésta última un elemento de
pantalla, realizado por ejemplo en cobre o en aluminio, dispuesto de
manera que contenga las líneas del campo en las barras
ferromagnéticas (7, 19, 21).
