本发明总体上涉及包装领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种在例如在卷筒进给式包装机中制造横向密封时使用的感应密封装置。
背景技术
用于液体食品的基于纸盒的包装在全世界大部分地区都是众所周知的。例如,Tetra

包装在全世界许多地区中用于牛奶、果汁和其他饮料。基于纸盒的包装为什么获得此类普遍性具有多种原因。这些包装的环境有益效果,例如包装在很大程度上由可再生材料制成以及砖形包装的高效物流是这种普遍性的一些示例,也是消费者今天选择基于纸盒的包装而不是塑料瓶的原因。基于纸盒的包装流行的另一原因是生产包装的灌装机相比于其他替代物是成本有效的,并且运行基于纸盒的灌装机的总成本非常具有竞争力。
一般具有两种不同类型的用于纸盒包装的灌装机,坯料进给包装机和辊式进给包装机。对于坯料进给包装机而言,作为其中两端焊接在一起使得折叠套筒形成的包装材料块的坯料被进给到灌装机,竖立成开口套筒,折叠并密封使得底部形成,填充产品并且密封和折叠,使得实现填充有产品的包装。对于辊式进给包装机而言,通过连续引导包装材料的卷材并进行纵向密封,由所述卷材形成管。用产品填充所述管,然后通过在所述管的下端中进行连续横向密封和切割,形成包装。通过提供用于在横向密封和切割期间将管保持在适当位置的部件,并且通过提供后续折叠部件,可获得不同的形式。
为了进行横向密封(有时也称为非连续密封),可以使用不同的技术。目前常用的技术是所谓的感应热封,或者有时只是感应密封。该技术的一般原理是在包装材料中的铝箔中感应出电流,从而产生热量,并且作为这种效果,包装材料中的塑料层在包装材料的两个不同侧面被压在一起的同时熔化,从而实现密封,或者密封有时也被称为焊接。如果包装材料不包含铝箔,则使用不同的技术,例如超声波密封,其中使用超声波来熔化塑料层,从而可以实现密封。
用于感应密封的密封装置通常包括支撑体,保持在支撑体中的至少一个导电元件,例如线圈;以及磁性插入件(有时称为磁场集中器(MFC)),其放置在支撑体中与导电元件相邻,以便使得电磁场朝向包装材料引导,从而实现更有效的密封。
尽管感应密封装置已经使用了很长时间,但这些在耐磨性方面仍然需要改进,因为在提供压力时使用了力,而且还因为例如为了包装材料灭菌而使用了过氧化氢或其他化学品,并且仍然需要能够以成本有效的方式生产电感器。
发明内容
因此,本发明提出的装置和方法优选试图单独地或组合地减轻、缓和或消除一个或多个上文识别的本领域中的缺陷和缺点,并且根据以下方面中的任一个解决至少上述问题。
根据第一方面,提供了一种感应密封装置,其包括:主体,保持在所述主体中的磁场集中器,导电元件,其中所述磁场集中器的一个或多个突起与所述主体中的一个或多个凹口或开口配合,使得所述磁场集中器和所述主体牢固地结合在一起。
所述磁场集中器可以通过注射模制来制造,并且所述主体可以在所述注射模制期间用作模具。
所述主体中的所述至少一个或多个开口可以用于将用于形成所述磁场集中器的材料浇注(gate)到所述主体的内部中。

具体实施方式
图1大致示出了用于液体食品的连续包装的辊式进给的基于纸盒的包装系统的基本原理,其在例如Tetra

包装系统中使用。包装材料卷100中的包装材料递送到乳品店或放置灌装机的其他位点。在递送之前,已经在所谓的加工厂生产并印刷包装材料。
在将包装材料展开之后,将其进给到浴102中以便将包装材料灭菌,即杀死不希望的微生物。存在实现这一点的不同的方式,但目前最常用的方法中的一种是使用过氧化氢。在灭菌之后,包装材料形成为管104。更具体地讲,纵向端部在通常被称为纵向密封的过程中彼此连续地附接。当形成管时,将其用产品,如牛奶填充。通过在管的一端进行横向密封并在密封部分形成时切断所述密封部分由所述管形成包装106。为了使包装成形,可在横向密封期间以及横向密封之后采取不同的措施。
图2更详细地示出了横向密封。为了由管104形成包装,可使用成形翼片200a,200b与密封钳口202a,202b的组合。每个密封钳口202a,202b包括密封装置204a,204b和刀206a,206b或其他切割元件以将成形的包装与管分离。
成形翼片和密封钳口连同管一起移动,并且图2中示出了第一和第二阶段。在第一阶段中,成形翼片200a开始使管成形为包装的形状,并且密封钳口202a使用密封装置204a形成横向密封。在第二阶段中,成形翼片200b被保持在适当的位置使得包装形状形成。另外,在第二阶段中,密封钳口202b使用密封装置204b形成横向密封,并且在进行该横向密封之后(在该阶段中,已通过横向密封闭合两个端部),使用刀206b切断管的下部。
为了确保密封适当进行,重要的是将包装材料适当加热使得塑料层熔化并施加足够的压力。这是指密封装置需要在诱导包装材料中的电流方面是有效的,但也是耐久的以便承受进行横向密封时涉及的压力。此外,为了保证生产是有成本效益的,密封装置的使用寿命应该很长,质量问题应该保持在最低水平。
图3示出了密封装置300的分解图,其包括四个主要部件-支撑体302,诸如线圈之类的导电元件304,磁场集中器306和保护性构件308。在图3所示的示例中,提供切口310以便能够密封附接有开启装置或其他元件的包装材料。
与现在可用的密封装置不同,磁场集中器306被注射模制在支撑体302中。换言之,当制造磁场集中器306时,支撑体302用作模具。以这种方式制造磁场集中器306,而不是在放入支撑体之前预先制造磁场集中器306(这是今天的标准程序),具有若干优点。首先,可以削减生产成本,从而可以实现更具成本效益的生产。其次,通过在导电元件和/或支撑体中具有凹槽,密封装置的不同部分以改进的方式结合在一起,这意味着设计更稳固。
为了保护导电元件304,可以使用保护性构件308。保护性构件308可以由聚苯硫醚(PPS)制成并且可以被注射模制到磁场集中器306上,使得导电元件304被部分地或完全地封装并且由此被保护免受例如用于给包装材料杀菌的研磨剂的影响。为了在密封装置的正面部分上提供平坦表面,即在密封装置的在使用中面向包装材料的部分上提供平坦表面,可以对保护性元件308进行处理,使得表面在注射模制之后例如通过磨削正面部分的表面而变得平坦。
为了使得磁场集中器材料的模制以受控方式进行,可以在支撑体的一个或两个侧面部分中设置浇口孔312a,312b。换言之,通过以这种方式在支撑体中提供浇口孔,可以将磁场集中器材料浇注到支撑体中,使得具有未被磁场集中器材料填充的空间的风险可以降低,这意味着生产质量提高并且密封装置未能按预期执行的风险较小。
如上所述,将磁场集中器注射模制在支撑体中的优点是可以以有效的方式将不同的部件结合在一起。在图3的分解图中,这通过将磁场集中器材料浇注到支撑体中时形成的突起314a,314b来示例。这些突起314a,314b使得磁场集中器牢固地结合到支撑体上。
在图3所示的示例中,切口310设置在密封装置300的中间部分中。提供该切口310以便能够对附接有开启装置的包装材料进行横向密封。换言之,在形成管之前,通过使用直接注射模制技术将开启装置附接到包装材料或使用用于附接元件的任何其他技术,将开启装置粘合到包装材料。由于本示例中的开启装置被置于待形成的包装的上部附近,从而靠近横向密封区域,所以密封装置适合具有切口以提供横向密封而不会干扰所附接的开启装置。在所示的示例中,两个浇口孔312a,312b置于每个侧面部分上。这种设置适合于将切口310置于密封装置的中间部分中。在没有切口的情况下,密封装置的中间部分中的一个浇口孔将是一种选择。而且,这在中间部分中存在切口和浇口孔两者而例如没有弱化支撑体的情况下也是一种选择。
图4a和4b分别示出了根据第一和第二实施方式的密封装置的横截面图。在图4a所示的第一实施方式中,支撑体402a保持根据第一实施方式的导电元件404a、磁场集中器406a和保护性元件408a。在该实施方式中,磁场集中器406a覆盖导电元件的侧面部分。在图4b中,类似于第一实施方式,支撑体402b保持导电元件404b、磁场集中器406b和保护性元件408b,但是根据第二实施方式布置。在该第二实施方式中,不是磁场集中器406b覆盖导电元件的外侧面部分的下部,而是保护性构件408b覆盖这些侧面部分。如技术人员将理解的,其他实施方式是可能的,并且应该将这两个所示实施方式看作示例。
如图5中通过示例所示,为了改善密封装置的不同部分之间的结合,支撑体可以设置有所谓的锚定点,即在支撑体中设置凹口,以改善支撑体与磁场集中器和/或保护性构件的附接。
图6a和图6b示出如何设计支撑体以便与注射模制的保护性构件牢固结合的示例。图6a单独示出了支撑体,图6b示出了基于支撑体的密封装置。为了改善保护性元件和支撑体之间的结合,可以使用凹部600。此外,为了改善支撑体和保护性元件之间的结合,也可以提供凹口602,或者替代地设置凹口602。
图7a和图7b示出了如何设计支撑体以便与注射模制的保护性构件牢固结合的另一个示例。图7a单独示出了支撑体,图7b示出了基于支撑体的密封装置。在该示例中,为了改善结合,提供了具有相反方向的凹部702a,702b的切口700。
图8是示出用于制造包括主体、磁场集中器和导电元件的装置的方法的流程图800。
在第一步骤802中,诸如线圈之类的导电元件被置于主体中,例如图3中所示的支撑体中。接下来,在第二步骤804中,磁场集中器可以如上所述的通过例如将磁场集中器材料浇注到主体的内部中注射模制。可选地,在第三步骤806中,可以注射模制保护性元件。此外,作为可选步骤,在第四步骤中,可以对保护性元件进行处理,使得实现平坦表面。

Claims (14)

1.一种感应密封装置,其包括:

导电元件,
其中所述磁场集中器通过注射模制来制造,并且所述主体在所述注射模制期间用作模具,以及其中所述磁场集中器的一个或多个突起与所述主体中的一个或多个凹口或开口配合,使得所述磁场集中器和所述主体牢固地结合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中在所述主体中的所述至少一个或多个开口用于将用于形成所述磁场集中器的材料浇注到所述主体的内部中。
3.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的装置,其中所述主体是细长主体,其中所述至少一个或多个开口被置于所述细长主体的大致中间。

其中所述磁场集中器的一个或多个突起与所述保护性元件中的一个或多个凹口或开口配合,使得所述磁场集中器和所述保护性元件牢固地结合在一起。
9.一种用于制造感应密封装置的方法,所述感应密封装置包括主体、保持在所述主体中的磁场集中器以及导电元件,所述方法包括:
将所述导电元件置于所述主体的内部,并且
通过将所述磁场集中器材料经由所述主体中的至少一个孔浇注到所述主体的所述内部中而注射模制所述磁场集中器,
其中所述磁场集中器的一个或多个突起与所述主体中的一个或多个凹口或开口配合,使得所述磁场集中器和所述主体牢固地结合在一起。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中在所述主体中的所述至少一个或多个开口用于将用于形成所述磁场集中器的材料浇注到所述主体的内部中。
