技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于热密封包装材料以生产可倾倒食品产品的密封包装盒的感应密封装置。
背景技术
如已知的,许多食品产品,诸如水果果汁、巴氏杀菌或者UHT(超高温处理)的牛奶、红酒、番茄酱等等,在由已灭菌包装材料制成的包装盒中出售。
这种类型包装盒的典型示例是已知作为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标)的用于液体或者可倾倒食品产品的平行六面体形状的包装盒,其通过折叠并且密封层叠的带包装材料而制成。
包装材料具有多层结构,主要包括用于硬度和强度的底层,其可以由纤维材料层来限定,例如纸或填充矿物质的聚丙烯材料;以及覆盖了所述底层两侧的多个热密封塑料材料层,例如聚乙烯薄膜。
在用于诸如UHT牛奶的长期存储产品的无菌包装盒的情形中,包装材料也包括阻气和阻光材料层,例如铝箔或者乙基-乙烯醇(ethyl vinyl alcohol)(EVOH)薄膜,其叠加在热密封塑料材料层上,并且进而由形成最终接触食品产品的包装盒内部面的另一热密封塑料材料层覆盖。

更具体地,密封带的第一部分在材料的最终形成包装盒内侧的面上被施加至包装材料的第一纵向边缘;并且密封带的第二部分从第一纵向边缘凸出。
成形组件一个接一个地布置,并且包括各自的辊子折叠构件,其限定在截面上从C形逐渐变化至基本圆形的多个强制包装材料通道。
一旦与折叠构件互相作用,第二纵向边缘相对于正在形成的管的轴线而位于第一纵向边缘的外侧上。更具体地,密封带完全位于管内,并且面向管的轴线的第二纵向边缘的面部分地叠加在密封带的第二部分上,并且部分地叠加在位于与密封带的第一部分相对的侧上的第一纵向边缘的面上。
上述类型的包装机是已知的,其中,加热密封第一和第二纵向边缘以沿着管形成纵向封口,管随后填充有无菌或者灭菌的食品产品,并且被密封以及沿着等间距隔开的横截面切割以形成枕式包,其随后被机械地折叠以形成各自的平行六面体形状的包装盒。
更具体地,热密封操作包括第一加热步骤以加热第二纵向边缘而不加热密封带;以及第二压力步骤以压缩密封带和纵向边缘。
第一加热步骤熔化了第二纵向边缘的聚乙烯层,其通过传导以将热量传输至第一纵向边缘和密封带,以便熔化第一纵向边缘的聚乙烯层和密封带的热密封材料。
在第二压力步骤,在管外侧的多个第一辊子与在管内侧的至少一个第二辊子之间供给该管。
更具体,第一辊子限定用于包装材料管的强制圆形通道,并且具有在横向于管的路径的平面中的各自的轴线。
在阻挡材料包括例如铝的导电材料片的情形中,纵向封口可以通过感应热密封来形成。
更具体地,包装机包括全部布置在管外侧的密封装置。
密封装置主要包括通过高频交流电流发电机供给电的一个或多个感应元件。
在使用中,在感应元件内流动的交流电流产生大致平行于管的供给方向延伸的交流磁场通量。
该交流磁场通量在铝层中产生了涡流电流以局部地熔化热密封塑料材料。
密封装置安装在第一辊子之上并且与其连接。
在工业中有需要使纵向封口的总体质量尽可能少地不受包装材料在横向于供给管方向的方向中的波动影响。
此外,当包装机停止时,第一和第二边缘的面向密封装置的部分已经被密封装置加热,但是未被挤压。
为了热密封这些部分,当管不动时,密封装置与辊子一起降低。这样,当管再次竖直前进时,这些部分第二次被加热并且随后被压缩。
然而,必需调整发电机的功率以便确保这些部分被正确地加热而不会被该重复加热所损坏甚至烧毁。
也需要使发电机的功率控制尽可能地简单。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种感应密封装置,其被设计成以简单、低成本方式满足上述要求的至少一个。
根据本发明,提供了一种感应密封装置,用于热密封包装材料以在包装材料中形成封口,如权利要求1所述的确良。
此外,本发明涉及一种在包装材料中形成封口的方法,如权利要求11所述的。

具体实施方式
图1中的数字1作为整体表示用于由包装材料幅3连续生产食品产品的密封包装盒2的包装机,包装材料幅33从卷轴4展开并且沿着成形路径P被供给。
机1优选地生产可倾倒食品产品的密封包装盒2,可倾倒食品产品诸如巴氏杀菌或UHT的牛奶、水果果汁、红酒、豌豆、菜豆等等。
机1也可以生产在生产包装盒2时是可倾倒的食品产品的密封包装盒2,并且该食品产品在包装盒2被密封之后硬化(set)。这种食品产品的一个示例是一部分奶酪,当生产包装盒2时其被熔化并且在包装盒2被密封之后硬化。
包装材料具有多层结构,主要包括用于硬度和强度的底层,其可以由纤维材料层限定,例如纸、或矿物质填充的聚丙烯材料;以及覆盖所述底层的两侧的多个热密封塑料材料层,例如聚乙烯薄膜。

机1也包括装填装置12,用于将已灭菌或者消毒处理过的食品产品连续地倒入包装材料管10;以及包括钳形成形组件(未示出),用于抓紧、密封并且沿着等间距隔开的横截面切割管10以形成一连串包装盒2。
更具体地,在工位6处,例如通过热感应首先加热幅3的平行于路径P的纵向边缘11,以熔化塑料层。幅3具有与边缘11相对、并且也平行于路径P的纵向边缘15。
接着,带9的一部分16(图13)首先施加至边缘11的最终面向包装盒2内侧的面,而带9的另一部分17从边缘11凸出。
最终,例如借由未示出的辊子将带9压到纵向边缘11上。
更具体地,密封带9由热密封塑料材料制成。
一旦管10和管10的封口14已形成,带9就阻止边缘11吸收食品产品,并且也提供了对封口14的阻气性能和物理强度的改进。
工位7包括多个成形组件13,其沿着路径P连续布置并且逐渐地与幅3相互作用以将其折叠形成管10的形式。

当密封装置30布置在第二构造中时,磁通量M1未产生,而部分36仅产生磁通量M2。
感应器31的部分36包括桥臂200、201,交流电流在使用中沿相反方向在其中流动;桥臂200构造成在使用中在将要密封在带9和边缘11上的边缘15的区域202内感应产生涡流电流的部分300(图15中用虚线示出)。
桥臂201构造成以在将要密封在带9和边缘11上的边缘15的区域202内感应产生涡流电流的部分301。
这样,感应器31的部分36的两个桥臂200、201对于在区域202内的感应产生涡流电流的相应部分300、301均是有效的。
换言之,由感应器31的部分36感应产生的整个涡流电流大致在区域202内循环并且靠近边沿层500,在边沿层500处包装材料的包装材料新卷轴已经接合至已有的卷轴(图15),而不是像本发明背景技术部分中所引用的现有技术中(图14)那样涡流电流在离边沿层一定距离处循环。
这样,基本上阻止了在桥臂200、201之间形成冷区域,并且封口14沿着垂直于方向B的方向C连续形成。
与此相反,本说明书背景技术部分中所引用的现有技术感应器的仅一部分401对于在将要密封的包装材料的区域402内感应产生涡流电流403的一部分404(图14中用虚线示出)是有效的。现有技术感应器的剩余部分产生了无法在区域202内流动的、涡流电流403的一部分405。
结果,涡流电流403倾向于远离在现有技术方案中将要密封的区域402而闭合。
此外,桥臂200、201具有沿着平行于方向A的方向B的长度,并且相对于方向B非对称。
桥臂200、201沿着方向C面对彼此,方向C正交于方向B并且平行于方向A。
部分35、36分别限定了相关感应器31的顶部和底部。
具体地,当边缘15进入通道28时,其仍然与边缘11和带9分离(参见图2和图3,其中带9未示出)。
当边缘15在感应器31的部分36的前面被供给时,边缘15与边缘11和带9重叠。
密封装置30主要包括(图2、图3以及图6至图8):
-本体40,其布置在管10外侧;以及
-本体41,其布置在管10内侧。
本体40、41在所示实施方式中通过多个螺钉可拆卸地连接到彼此。

蛇形部分70的顶部半部74和蛇形部分81分别布置在蛇形部分71、82的相同侧上(图12的右侧)。
蛇形部分70和蛇形部分71(72)的顶部(底部)半部74(79)的相同点布置成沿着相关方向C测量彼此相距第一恒定距离。
以同样方式,蛇形部分81、82的相同点布置成沿着相关的方向C测量彼此相距第一恒定距离。
桥臂200(201)的伸展部分101布置成沿着方向C测量与第同一桥臂200(201)的伸展部分102相距第二距离。
该第二距离的值小于或者等于桥臂200、201之间的第一恒定距离。
结果,桥臂200的伸展部分101插在平行于方向B的桥臂201的伸展部分102之间,并且相对于桥臂200的伸展部分102沿着方向C与桥臂201的伸展部分102的相对侧对准或者甚至布置在该相对侧上。
参照图7和图8,感应器32包括:
-电触头90,其由与伸展部分89c相对的伸展部分89b的端部所限定;以及
-电触头91,其由与端部85相对的蛇形部分81的端部限定。
感应器31包括:
-电触头92,其由与蛇形部分70相对的L形部分73的端部限定;
-电触头93,其由部分77的自由端部限定;以及
-电触头94,其电连接(由图8中虚线示意性表示)至部分78的自由端部。
当密封装置30布置在第一和第二构造二者中时,电触头91、93通过使用导电元件(图9和图10中仅示意性示出)电连接到彼此。
当密封装置30布置在第一和第二构造二者(图9和图10)中时,电触头94电连接至电源/电流发电机99的负电极。
当密封装置30布置在第一构造(图9)中时,电触头90电连接至电源/电流发电机99的正电极。当密封装置30布置在第二构造中时,电触头90保持断开。
当密封装置30布置在第二构造(图10)中时,电触头92电连接至电源/电流发电机99的正电极。当密封装置30布置在第一构造中时,电触头92保持断开。
电触头94和90或92在所示实施方式中通过使用导电条电连接至电源/电流发电机99。
当密封装置30处于第一构造(图9)中时,感应器31、32与电源/电流发电机99一起限定了闭合电路C1。
特别地,电路C1包括蛇形部分70、71、72,蛇形部分81、82以及U形部分83(图9)。
当密封装置30处于第二构造中时,感应器31的部分36和L形部分73限定了闭合电路C2(图10)。
特别地,电路C2包括L形部分73、蛇形部分72和蛇形部分70的底部半部79。
实际上,蛇形部分71和蛇形部分70的顶部半部74不再连接至电源/电流发电机99的正电极并且因此没有交流电流可以在其中流动。
以非常相同方式,感应器32不再电连接至电源/电流发电机99的正电极,并且因此没有交流电流可以在其中流过。
当密封装置30被置于第一构造中时,在给定时间下,交流电流以沿着蛇形部分70的顶部半部74以及沿着蛇形部分81的相同方向流动。电流也以沿着蛇形部分71、82的相同方向流动(参见图11和图12,在这里箭头表示由在电路C1中流动的交流电流在给定时间下产生的交流磁场的感应)。
这样,所导致的在给定时间下作用于边缘15上的磁通量M1并非为零。
机1的操作描述为开始于密封装置30和支座29处于抬升位置的条件(图4)。
幅3从卷轴4展开并且沿着路径P供给。
更具体地,幅3由引导构件5沿着路径P供给并且穿过连续的工位6、7、8。
在工位6处,加热边缘11,并且带9的部分16施加至最终面向包装盒2的内侧的边缘11的面。一旦部分16施加至边缘11,部分17就从边缘11凸出。
接着,幅3逐渐与成形组件13相互作用,并且被折叠以叠加边缘11、15并且形成纵向尚未密封的管10。
更具体地,成形组件13折叠幅3使得带9位于尚未密封的管10内侧,边缘15相对于仍将纵向密封的管10的轴线径向地位于边缘11和部分17的外侧,并且边缘11径向地位于带9的部分16的外侧。
在工位8中,通过在与部分16相对的侧上将带9的部分17和边缘11的面密封至边缘15的内侧面来形成封口14。
更精确地,密封装置30加热边缘15以熔化聚乙烯层;热量通过传导从边缘15传输至边缘11和带9以熔化边缘11的聚乙烯层和带9的热密封材料。
具体地,当在感应器32与感应器31的部分35之间移动时,边缘15进入通道28并且保持与边缘11分离。
当移动至感应器31的部分36前面时,边缘15重叠了边缘11和带9。
在机1的正常操作期间,密封装置30布置在第一构造中。
具体地,电触头94电连接至发电机99的负电极,并且电触头90电连接至发电机99的正电极(图9)。
结果,在感应器31、32内形成闭合电路C1,并且交流电流在其中流动。
在电路C1中流动的交流电流产生了磁通量M1(指向大致正交于路径P)以及磁通量M2(指向大致平行于路径P)。
更精确地,在感应器31的部分35内以及在感应器32内流动的交流电流产生了磁通量M1。在感应器31的部分36内流动的交流电流产生了磁通量M2。
磁通量M1在边缘15的包装材料中产生了涡流电流。该涡流电流进而导致对边缘15的加热。
以相同方式,磁通量M2在重叠在彼此之上的边缘15、11和带9的包装材料中产生了涡流电流。该涡流电流进而导致对边缘15、11和带9的加热。
具体地,感应器31的部分36的桥臂200在边缘11、15和带9的将要密封的区域202内感应产生了涡流电流的部分300;感应器31的部分36的桥臂201在边缘11、15和带9的将要密封的区域202内感应产生了涡流电流的部分301。
结果,基本上由感应器31的部分36感应产生的整个涡流电流在区域202内循环(图15)。
接着,管10被供给穿过由辊子21、22限定的圆形通道。边缘11、15和带9在辊子21、22之间被压缩以混合边缘11、15的聚乙烯层和带9的热密封材料,并且因此形成限定了完工管10的封口14的分子键。
在中断了机1的操作的情形下,存在已经由密封装置30加热但是尚未由辊子21、22挤压的边缘15的区域。
该区域是布置在通道28内的区域。
当管10没有沿着路径P前进时,为了确保该区域完全密封至边缘11,密封装置30与辊子21、22的支座29一起降低进入下降位置(图5)。
在这个阶段,密封装置30布置在第二构造中。
更精确地,电触头92、94分别电连接至电源/电流发电机99的正电极和负电极。
这样,交流电流在闭合电路C2中流动,而没有交流电流在蛇形部分71、蛇形部分70的顶部半部74、以及感应器32中流动。
在这个条件下,感应器31的部分36产生了磁通量M2;并且感应器31的部分35和感应器32并未产生磁通量M1,而感应器31的部分36产生了磁通量M2。
当管10再次前进时,边缘15的之前未密封区域没有再次被感应器31的部分35以及被感应器32加热,而是仅被辊子21、22挤压。
这样,边缘15的该区域同时密封至边缘11以及带9的部分16,而不存在受到重复加热损害的风险。
接着,密封装置30与支座29一起移动进入抬升位置。
纵向密封的管10由装置12连续填充可倾倒食品产品,并且随后被供给穿过钳形(jaw-type)成形组件(未示出),在此处管被抓紧、密封并且沿着等距离间隔的横截面切割以形成一连串包装盒2。
通过前述描述,根据本发明的密封装置30的优点将是很清楚的。
特别地,感应器31、32构造成当密封装置30处于第一构造中时产生横向于路径P的磁通量M1。
结果,由感应器31、32所产生的磁通量M1在边缘15,11处达到比在本发明背景技术部分描述的现有技术方案中所达到的值更高的值。
因此,当与之前已知的密封装置相比时,密封装置30的效率被大大改进。
此外,从图12很明显的是,产生了磁通量M1的磁场的恒定值线相对于边缘15、11的包装材料对称。
结果,密封的效率未受到包装材料横向于路径P移动的惩处。
在机1的操作停止的情形下,密封装置30也是特别有利的,因此将边缘15的区域留给密封装置30加热,但是不被辊子21、22挤压。
实际上,在该情形下,密封装置30与支座29在下降位置一起移动,并且因此布置在第二构造中。
由于当密封装置30处于第二构造中时感应器31的部分36可以独立于感应器31的部分35以及感应器32被激励的事实,边缘15的之前已加热但是未被挤压的区域没被再次加热。这样,不再需要调整电源/电流源99以便避免该区域被过度加热损害。
此外,感应器31、32包括各自的蛇形部分70、71、72以及81、82。
申请人已发现的是,蛇形部分70、71、72;81、82大大改进了热量模式以及所导致的封口14的均匀性。
特别地,蛇形部分70、71、72;81、82阻止了在边缘15中所产生的涡流电流中形成节点线,以及组止了在边缘15中后续形成冷通道。该效应主要是由于蛇形部分70、71、72;81、82的伸展部分101、102所产生的热量模式在边缘15处相互重叠。结果,大大增强了封口14的均匀性。
支座44、45和感应器31、32形成了印刷电路板。这允许制造以对制造成本具有降低影响的非常不同的方式成形的感应器31、32。
然而,明显地,可以不脱离如所附权利要求中所限定的本发明的范围而对在本文所述和所示的密封装置30做出变化。
特别地,密封装置30也可以用在工位6中以将带9的部分16密封至最终面向包装盒2内侧的边缘11的面上。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于在包装材料(15、11、9)中形成封口(14)的加热感应密封装置(30),所述包装材料包括导电元件并沿着方向(A)前进;
所述密封装置(30)包括至少一个第一感应元件(31)并且其特征在于包括:
- 至少一个第二感应元件(32);
所述第一感应元件(31)包括:
- 第一部分(35),其面向所述第二感应元件(32)并且与所述第二感应元件(32)限定用于所述包装材料(15、11、9)的通道(28);以及
- 第二部分(36);
所述密封装置(30)能够选择性地布置在第一构造中,在所述第一构造中交流电流在所述第一和第二感应元件(31、32)内流动;
所述第一部分(35)和第二感应元件(32)构造成在使用中当所述密封装置(30)布置在所述第一构造中时产生横向于所述方向(A)的第一磁通量(M1);
所述第二部分(36)构造成在使用中当所述密封装置(30)布置在所述第一构造中时产生第二磁通量(M2),所述第二磁通量具有平行于所述方向(A)的主分量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第一感应元件(31)的所述第一部分(35)包括第一和第二桥臂(74、71),以及所述第二感应元件(32)包括第三和第四桥臂(81、82);
所述第一和第三桥臂(74、81)布置成在使用中位于所述通道(28)的相对侧上;
所述第二和第四桥臂(71、82)布置成在使用中位于所述通道(28)的相对侧上;
所述第一桥臂(74)和所述第三桥臂(81)分别布置在与所述第二和第四桥臂(71、82)相同的侧上;
当所述密封装置(30)布置在所述第一构造中时,在使用中,所述交流电流在所述第一和第三桥臂(74、81)中沿相同方向流动,并且在给定时间下在所述第二和第四桥臂(71、82)中流动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的感应密封装置,其特征在于,所述感应密封装置可以选择性地布置在第二构造中,在所述第二构造中交流电流在所述第一感应元件(31)的所述第二部分(36)内流动,并且没有交流电流在所述第二感应元件(32)和所述第一感应元件(31)的所述第一部分(35)内流动;
所述第二部分(36)构造成当所述密封装置(30)布置在所述第二构造中时产生所述第二磁通量(M2)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的感应密封装置,其特征在于,所述第二感应元件(32)包括第一和第二电触头(90、91);以及所述第一感应元件(31)包括第三、第四和第五电触头(92、93、94);
所述第二和第四电触头(91、93)电连接到彼此;
所述第五电触头(94)电连接至电源/电流源(99)的第一电极;
当所述密封装置(30)分别布置在所述第一或第二构造中时,所述第一或所述第三电触头(90、92)之间的一个电连接至所述电源/电流源(99)的第二电极;
当所述密封装置(30)布置在所述第一构造中时,所述第一和第五电触头(90、94)与所述电源/电流源(99)一起在所述第一感应元件(31)的第一和第二部分(35、36)和所述第二感应元件(32)内限定第一闭合电路(C1);
当所述密封装置(30)布置在所述第二构造中时,所述第三和第五电触头(92、94)与所述电源/电流源(99)一起在所述第二感应元件(32)的所述第二部分(36)内限定第二闭合电路(C2)。
5.根据前述任一权利要求所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置包括容纳所述第一感应元件(31)的第一本体(40),以及容纳所述第二感应元件(32)的第二本体(41);
所述第一和第二本体(40、41)在其之间限定所述通道(28)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第一和第二本体(40、41)沿各自轴线(B)延伸;所述第一和第二感应元件(31、32)之间的至少一个形状至少部分地为蛇形部分(70、71、72、81、82);
在使用中,所述蛇形部分(70、71、72、81、82)沿着平行于所述方向的所述各自轴线(B)伸长并且以离所述各自轴线(B)的变化距离延伸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述蛇形部分(70、71、72、81、82)包括相同的并且彼此相邻的多个重复模块(100)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的密封装置,其特征在于,每个模块(100)包括:
- 第一和第二直线伸展部分(101、102),其以离所述各自轴线(B)的相对的不同距离延伸;以及
- 至少一弯曲伸展部分(103),其插在所述第一和第二伸展部分(101、102)之间。
9.根据前述任一权利要求所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置包括一对支座(44、45),其支撑所述第一和第二感应元件(31、32)之间的至少一个,并且与所述第一和第二感应元件(31、32)之间的所述至少一个一起形成印刷电路板。
10.一种用于制造可倒入包装材料管(10)的食品产品的密封包装盒(2)的包装机(1),包括:
- 密封机构(30),其用于将包装材料带(9)施加至所述管(10)的第一边缘(11)上和/或用于将所述管(10)的第二边缘(15)施加至所述第一边缘(11)上;以及
- 压力机构(21、22),其用于在相互重叠的所述第一和第二边缘(11、15)上施加压力;
其特征在于,所述密封机构(30)包括根据前述权利要求任一项所述的密封装置(30)。
11.一种在包括导电材料并且沿方向(A)前进的包装材料中形成封口(14)的方法,其特征在于包括步骤:
- 将要被密封的所述包装材料(15、11、9)插在限定于第一和第二感应元件(31、32)之间的通道(28)内;
- 使交流电流在所述第一和第二感应元件(31、32)内流动;
- 通过使用在所述第一感应元件(31)的第一部分(35)以及所述第二感应元件(32)内流动的交流电流而产生横向于所述第一方向(A)的第一磁通量(M1);所述第一部分(35)面向所述第二感应元件(32)并且与所述第二感应元件(32)限定所述通道(28);以及
- 通过使用在所述第一感应元件(31)的第二部分(36)内流动的交流电流产生具有平行于所述方向(A)的主分量的第二磁通量(M2)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于随后包括以下步骤:
- 使所述包装材料(15、11、9)沿着平行于所述方向(A)的路径(P)并且相对于所述第一和第二感应元件(31、32)前进;
- 通过由所述第一和第二感应元件(31、32)所感应产生的涡流电流而加热所述包装材料(15、11、9);
- 通过使用压力机构(21、22),压缩所述包装材料(15、11、9)以便完成所述封口(14)的形成;
- 制动所述包装材料并且中断所述封口(14)的形成,因此留下所述包装材料(15、11、9)的已加热区域未完全密封;
- 沿着所述包装材料(15、11、9)的前进方向相对于所述包装材料(15、11、9)移动所述第一和第二感应元件(31、32);
- 再次使所述包装材料(15、11、9)前进;以及
- 再次加热并且压缩所述区域;
其特征在于,在所述再次加热并且压缩所述区域的步骤期间,包括步骤:
- 阻止交流电流在所述第二感应元件(32)内、以及在所述第一感应元件(31)的所述第一部分(35)内流动,以便阻止产生所述第一磁通量(M1);
- 使交流电流仅在所述第一感应元件(31)的所述第二部分(36)内流动,以便产生所述第二磁通量(M2)。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,包括步骤:
-供给所述包装材料的管(10);以及
-沿着所述方向(A)密封所述管(10)的第一和第二边缘(11、15);
其特征在于,所述密封步骤包括步骤:
- 在所述管(10)的外侧上布置所述第一感应元件(31);以及
- 在所述管(10)的内侧上布置所述第二感应元件(32);以及
