Description

简化的横向感应密封设备
技术领域
本发明涉及对用于生产可倾倒的食物产品的密封包装的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封设备。
背景技术
许多可倾倒的食物产品,诸如果汁、UHT牛奶、酒、番茄酱等,是以无菌包装材料制成的包装销售。
这种类型的包装的典型实例是被称为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标)的用于液体或可倾倒的食物产品的平行六面体形包装,其通过对层压条带包装材料进行折叠和密封而制成。
包装材料具有多层结构,其基本上包括用于提供刚度和强度的基底层,以及多个热密封塑料材料层,所述基底层可包括纤维材料(例如,纸)层或矿物质填充的聚丙烯材料层;所述多个热密封塑料材料层,例如聚乙烯薄膜,其覆盖基底层的两侧。
在用于诸如UHT牛奶之类的长期储存产品的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括气体和光的阻挡材料层,例如,铝箔或乙基乙烯醇(EVOH)膜,其叠置于热密封塑料材料层上,并且其继而被形成最终与食物产品接触的包装的内表面的另一热密封塑料材料层所覆盖。
如已知的那样,这种包装是在全自动包装单元上生产的,在全自动包装单元上由卷材进给(web-fed)的包装材料形成连续管;该包装材料卷材在包装单元上例如通过施加化学灭菌剂(例如过氧化氢溶液)进行灭菌,一旦灭菌完成后,例如通过加热蒸发而从包装材料的表面除去该化学灭菌剂;并将经过这样灭菌的包装材料卷材保持在封闭的无菌环境中,且被纵向折叠并密封以形成竖直管。
管在第一竖直方向上连续地进给,被填充无菌的或经灭菌处理的食物产品,且在等间隔的横截面处由两对钳夹夹持。更具体而言,所述两对钳夹周期地且连续地作用于管上,且对管的包装材料进行热密封以形成枕形包的连续条带,枕形包通过相应的横向密封带(即在垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向上延伸)彼此连接。
通过切割相关的横向密封带而将枕形包分开,然后将枕形包供应到最终折叠站,在最终折叠站,枕形包以机械方式被折叠为成品的平行六面体形。
夹持于每对钳夹之间的管部分通过装配到钳夹之一(被称为密封钳夹)上的加热装置进行热密封,并且加热装置使夹持于钳夹之间的两层热密封塑料材料局部熔化。
更具体而言,其中阻挡材料层包括导电材料(例如铝)片的包装材料通常通过所谓的感应热密封工艺进行热密封,其中,当由两个钳夹夹持住管时,在铝片中感应出损耗电流,并且损耗电流局部加热铝片,从而局部熔化热密封塑料材料。
更具体而言,在感应热密封中,加热装置基本上包括感应器,感应器由高频电流发生器供电并且基本上包括平行于第二方向延伸的由导电材料制成的一个或多个感应器棒,且一个或多个感应器棒与管材料相互作用以在管材料中感应出损耗电流并将管材料加热到必需的密封温度。
另一方面,被称为对立钳夹(counter-jaw)的另一钳夹装配有由弹性材料制成的压力垫,并且压力垫与感应器棒配合以沿相关的横向密封带热密封该管。
包括上述类型感应器的密封钳夹密封设备是已知的。
更具体而言,已知的密封设备基本上包括塑料支撑体以及插件,所述塑料支撑体一体地连接到密封钳夹并限定用于容纳相应感应器棒的两个前座,所述插件由磁通量集中材料(特别是包括铁氧体的复合材料)制成且靠近感应器棒而容纳在支撑体内部。
更具体而言,塑料支撑体与插件协同工作,并且限定包围感应器棒和磁通量集中材料的插件的密封设备的周边部分。
这种已知的密封设备例如根据专利文件EP 1 270 182和EP 2 008 795是已知的。
申请人已经观察到,由于在使用中受到的机械负载,塑料支撑体易于开裂,这会降低密封设备的使用寿命,并限制该设备在高速包装单元上的使用。
横向感应器的另一个问题是在对翅片折痕进行密封以及由于切割线中的PE挤出导致的包装的摆动而停机时由于偶尔的完整性问题而不总是能满足对包装的密封质量要求。
最后,已知的横向感应器由于复杂的制造和使用昂贵的材料而具有高成本。
因此,需要一种横向感应器,其具有更简单的设计,更容易制造和使用更便宜的材料,具有改善的机械强度和寿命,同时保持或改善横向感应器的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进现有技术的现状、解决现有技术的问题、并且提供一种改进的对用于生产可倾倒的食物产品的密封包装的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封设备,其更简单、更便宜、并且更坚固。
这些和其他目的是通过对用于生产可倾倒的食物产品的密封包装的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封设备来实现的,所述密封设备包括:感应器设备,其借助至少一个作用表面与所述包装材料相互作用;通量集中插件;以及支撑体,其包括导热材料并且容纳所述感应器设备和所述通量集中插件;其中所述通量集中插件包括聚合物和软磁性颗粒的磁性复合物;以及所述通量集中插件经由至少一个相互作用表面与所述包装材料相互作用。
通过使用经由相互作用表面与包装材料具有直接接触的插件,使得除了感应器设备的作用表面之外先前用于形成现有技术中的密封设备的接触部件的塑料部件是不必要的。感应器设备将更加坚固,具有更少的部件并且这些部件也更便宜。
聚合物可以是塑料基质,如PA:聚酰胺,各种等级如PA6和PA9,其中一些是耐受温度的,或PPS:聚苯硫醚。
根据本发明的另一方面,感应密封设备的支撑体将所述感应器设备容纳在至少一个腔体中,其中所述至少一个腔体适于并成形为用于粘性未固化磁性复合物的模具,使得所述通量集中插件可以以通量集中的方式围绕所述感应器设备被直接模制在所述支撑体中,而不覆盖所述至少一个作用表面。由于通量集中插件(传统感应器中的芯体)直接模制在支撑体上,因此简化了制造。软磁性颗粒可以是铁氧体、NiZn铁氧体、FeSiAl(硅铝铁)、如FeSiB及其衍生物或FeNi合金及其衍生物的纳米晶合金。磁性复合物优选是电绝缘的,借助于聚合物粘合材料来实现。具有本身电绝缘的通量集中插件使得不需要通量集中插件和感应器设备之间的任何其他绝缘材料。
根据本发明的又一方面,磁性复合物用纤维结构增强以提高其机械强度。纤维结构可以是与聚合物粘合剂相容的任何一种,例如玻璃纤维、凯夫拉尔纤维等。
根据本发明的又一方面,支撑体的腔体包含适于将模制的通量集中插件锁定在所述腔体中的至少一个周向凹部。磁性复合物将填充槽,使得当磁性复合物已经固化时,通量集中插件将被翼锁定,以便接合并填充所述槽。
感应密封设备有利地用作横向感应密封设备,例如,用于密封包含铝箔的包装材料。
感应密封设备还可以具有由不锈钢制成的支撑体,不锈钢是具有高导热性且适合用作模具的合适的非腐蚀性材料。
横向感应密封设备还可以包括中心切割槽,其沿着中心横向轴线和垂直于至少一个作用表面的轴线延伸,所述感应器设备设置在所述切割槽的两侧上。切割槽放置在感应器设备之间,使得包装材料可以在两个位置处被密封并在密封件之间被切割,这是用于液体食品的管灌装机中的常用技术。模具的第二部分可以在模制期间放置在切割槽将要处于的位置,以便当模具的第二部分被移除时产生槽。
根据本发明的一个方面,切割槽被形成在所述支撑体中,使得在所述槽的每一侧上形成腔体。因此,支撑体(而不是通量集中插件)形成所述切割槽,从而产生比通过模制的通量集中插件制成的切割槽更稳定的切割槽。此外,模具的次要部件将不是必需的。
根据本发明的又一方面,所述腔体具有小于所述腔体中的第二横截面面积的开口横截面面积,其中所述开口横截面面积平行于所述第二横截面面积。使用小于腔体的内部部分的腔体的入口确保当在密封过程中使用通量集中插件时,在其被模制到它的位置时不能从腔体中移出。由于当在生产中使用密封设备时,相互作用表面和包装材料之间的压力可能非常高,因此密封设备是坚固的非常重要。
感应器设备还可以具有至少一个凹部,其至少沿与所述相互作用表面平行的方向延伸以便当使用密封设备时将所述感应器设备锁定在所述通量集中插件中。以这种方式,确保感应器设备不会从模制的通量集中插件中弹出。避免模制的通量集中插件旋转的一种方法是使腔体成形为具有不规则形状,例如具有平坦底部侧面。
应当注意,本发明的方法可以包括与本发明的装置相关联的上述特征中的任何特征并且具有相同的相应优点。

具体实施方式
图1是根据现有技术的横向感应密封设备15的横截面图。支撑体24容纳通量集中插件30',该通量集中插件30'容纳感应器设备20、21。感应器设备具有作用表面25、26,该作用表面25、26适于被压靠到包装材料表面(未示出)以在密封过程中感应电流并因此在包装材料的金属层中加热。感应器设备20、21和通量集中插件30'通过模制的塑料构件19锁定到支撑体。塑料构件19还将具有外表面,该外表面在密封操作期间将被压靠在包装材料上。在使用时,对密封设备施加高压,该高压将对与感应设备的尺寸相比相对薄的塑料构件产生大大地损耗。结果是塑料构件经常会破裂,从而降低了感应设备的使用寿命。

Claims (12)

1.一种对用于生产可倾倒的食物产品的密封包装(2)的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封设备(15),所述密封设备(15)包括:
-感应器设备(20、21),其借助至少一个作用表面(25、26)与所述包装材料相互作用;
-通量集中插件(30);以及
-支撑体(24),其包括导热材料并且容纳所述感应器设备(20、21)和所述通量集中插件(30);其中
-所述通量集中插件(30)包括聚合物和软磁性颗粒的磁性复合物;
-所述通量集中插件(30)包括至少一个相互作用表面(31),所述通量集中插件(30)经由所述至少一个相互作用表面(31)与所述包装材料相互作用;以及
