- 各モジュール(100)は、
− 前記各軸線(B)から相対的な異なる距離をおいて延在する第1および第2の直線状伸長部(101,102)と;
− 前記第1および第2の伸長部(101,102)の間に介在する少なくとも1つの屈曲伸長部(103)と;
を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシーリングデバイス。 - 一対の支持体(44,45)を具備してなり、前記支持体(44,45)は、前記第1および第2の誘導要素(31,32)の少なくとも一方を支持し、かつ前記第1および第2の誘導要素(31,32)の少なくとも一方とともにプリント回路基板を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- パッケージング材料からなるチューブ(10)に注入可能な食品のシールされるパッケージ(2)を製造するためのパッケージング機械(1)であって:
− パッケージング材料からなるストリップ(9)を前記チューブ(10)の第1の縁部(11)に取り付けるため、かつ/または、前記チューブ(10)の第2の縁部(15)を前記第1の縁部(11)に取り付けるための、シーリング手段(30)と;
− 互いに重ねられた前記第1および第2の縁部(11,15)に圧力をかけるための加圧手段(21,22)と;
を具備してなり、
前記シーリング手段(30)は、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス(30)を具備してなることを特徴とするパッケージング機械(1)。 - 導電材料を具備してなりかつ方向(A)に沿って前進するパッケージング材料にシール(14)を形成する方法であって;
− 第1および第2の誘導要素(31,32)間に規定された経路(28)内に、封止される前記パッケージング材料(15,11,9)を配置するステップと;
− 前記第1および第2の誘導要素(31,32)に交流電流を流通させるステップと;
− 前記第1の誘電要素(31)の第1の部分(35)と前記第2の誘導要素(32)とに流れる交流電流を使用して前記第1の方向(A)に交差する方向に第1の磁束(M1)を発生させるステップであって、前記第1の部分(35)が前記第2の誘導要素(32)に面しかつ前記第2の誘導要素(32)とともに前記経路(28)を規定する、ステップと;
− 前記第1の誘導要素(31)の第2の部分(36)に流れる交流電流を使用して前記方向(A)に平行な主要成分を有する第2の磁束(M2)を発生させるステップと;
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 続いて、
− 前記第1および第2の誘導要素(31,32)に対して、前記方向(A)に平行な経路(P)に沿って、前記パッケージング材料(15,11,9)を前進させるステップと;
− 前記第1および第2の誘導要素(31,32)によって誘起された渦電流によって前記パッケージング材料(15,11,9)を加熱するステップと;
− 加圧手段(21,22)を使用して、前記シール(14)の形成を完了するために、前記パッケージング材料(15,11,9)を加圧するステップと;
− 前記パッケージング材料を停止させかつ前記シール(14)の形成を中断し、それにより前記パッケージング材料(15,11,9)のうち加熱されたがシールが完了していない領域が残るステップと;
− 前記パッケージング材料(15,11,9)の前進方向において、前記第1および第2の誘導要素(31,32)を前記パッケージング材料(15,11,9)に対して移動させるステップと;
− 前記パッケージング材料(15,11,9)を再度前進させるステップと;
− 前記領域を再加熱しかつ加圧するステップと;
を含み、
前記領域の再加熱および加圧ステップ中に、
− 前記第1の磁束(M1)の発生を防止するために、交流電流が前記第2の誘導要素(32)と前記第1の誘導要素(31)の前記第1の部分(35)とに流れることを防止するステップと;
− 前記第2の磁束(M2)のみを発生させるために、前記第1の誘導要素(31)の前記第2の部分(36)のみに交流電流が流れるようにするステップと;
が含まれることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 - − 前記パッケージング材料からなるチューブ(10)を供給するステップと;
− 前記方向(A)に沿って前記チューブ(10)の第1および第2の縁部(11,15)をシーリングするステップと;
を含み、
前記シーリングするステップは:
− 前記チューブ(10)の外側に前記第1の誘導要素(31)を配置するステップと;
− 前記チューブ(10)の内側に前記第2の誘導要素(32)を配置するステップと;
− 前記経路(28)内に前記第1の縁部(15)を挿入するステップと;
を含むことを特徴とする請求項11または請求項12に記載の方法。
