技术领域
本发明涉及一种以移动方式的包装材料的焊接设备。这种包装材料由至少一层热塑性材料和一层可以采用电磁感应加热的材料(例如金属或聚合物基材料)组成。该设备包括交流电发电机和将交流电流转变成磁场的线圈。让这些磁场的磁力线取向通过该包装材料,因此在金属层产生Foucault电流,这种现象所产生的热量用于熔化一部分(焊接区)热塑性材料层。
背景技术
TETRA PAK的法国专利申请号2.073.137提出一种用于焊接装铁氧体细棒管的感应线圈,这是为了增加线圈的感应。
AMERICAN CAN COMPANY的法国专利申请NO 2.429.667提出了一种焊接管的感应线圈,其特征在于,用作管移动导轨的内芯棒沿其长度有一个铁氧体类的小棒,这是为了实现一按照沿管移动方向取向的按一窄条局部进行的焊接。

发明内容

图1示出在加热设备中移动的管1。管1从一种绕在一焊接杆23周围的板片制得,该板片的边重叠起来,并在它们穿过加热设备行进时受热焊接。管1的壁由至少一层金属和一层热塑性材料构成。如前面所指出的,感应产生热量的Foucault电流必需要有金属层,这种热可用于熔化一部分热塑性层,于是保证了焊接。

图4说明的设备与图2说明的设备唯一不同之处在于,在管1壁各侧交替安装了一组3个铁磁棒19-21,代替第一铁磁棒7,铁磁棒19-21的端部两两重叠。
现有技术的焊接杆往往是由绕有塑料套筒的钢芯组成。
焊接杆23中有铁磁棒(7、19、21),当然能够使最大部分磁场的磁力线集中于铁磁棒内。
但是会遇到一些磁场的磁力线也移动到塑料套筒中,因此降低了在焊接区的加热性能。
为了减少,甚至消除这种缺陷,焊接杆23可以专门由例如铜或铝之类的可形成屏蔽的材料构成。
选择性地(参见图5),这种杆可以包括钢芯26,它绕有塑料套筒25,套筒25本身绕有铜或铝套管24,铁磁棒(7、19、21)只是置于外套管24中和塑料套筒25中。达到的效果与前面图的情况相同,即铜或铝元件对磁场的磁力线起屏蔽作用。
应该指出,本发明可应用于任何的薄板(laminé),它包括至少一层金属板(例如铝板)和一层热塑性材料板。
作为可以使用的非限制性薄板实例,可以列举下述组合(从管外到管内描述):
1)厚度130微米的聚乙烯(白色)-厚度27微米的聚乙烯(白色)-厚度16微米的共聚物(白色)薄膜-12微米铝板-厚度30微米的共聚物(透明的)-厚度60微米的特制聚乙烯薄膜(透明)。
2)厚度90微米的聚乙烯(白色)-厚度65微米的共聚物(白色)-厚度40微米的铝板-厚度40微米的共聚物(透明)-厚度75微米的特制聚乙烯(透明)。
3)厚度110微米的聚乙烯(白色)-厚度45微米的共聚物(白色)-厚度40微米的铝板-厚度40微米的共聚物(透明的)-厚度75微米的特别聚乙烯(共挤出的)。

Claims (8)

1、一移动的包装材料(1)的焊接设备,所述包装材料包括一层能采用电磁感应加热的材料和一层包含一焊接区(2)的热塑性材料,所述焊接区(2)沿所述包装材料的移动方向延伸;所述焊接设备包括一交流电流发电机、一将交流电流转变成磁场的线圈(3、5、6)、一使磁场的磁力线沿确定的方向导通的铁磁元件(7、8、10-13),磁场取向成穿过包装材料(1),用于感应加热所述能用电磁感应加热的层;
所述焊接设备的特征在于,它包括一组铁磁元件(7、8、10-13、19-21),所述铁磁元件配置成使磁场的磁力线在沿所述焊接区(2)定位的至少两个不同的区位(14、16-18)中穿过所述包装材料(1)。
2、按照上述权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,第一铁磁元件(7)设置在所述包装材料(1)一侧附近,从而它的每个端部分别处在所述不同区位(14、16-18)中的一个或另一个附近,且一第二铁磁元件(8、10-12)和一第三铁磁元件(8、10-12)设置所述包装材料(1)的另一侧,以便第二铁磁元件的端部中的一个位于所述不同区位(14、16-18)的其中一个附近;并且所述第三铁磁元件的端部中的一个位于所述不同区位(14、16-18)的另一个附近。
3、按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述的置于所述待焊接层两侧和附近的三个铁磁元件(7、8、10)的端部相隔一距离,所述距离为所述待焊接层厚度的2-200倍,优选地为2-50倍。
4、按照权利要求2或3所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二铁磁元件(8、10-12)和所述第三铁磁元件(8、10-12)绕有一线圈(3、5、6)。
5、按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,多个铁磁元件(19-21)交替地配置在所述包装材料每侧的附近,以便一铁磁元件(19-21)的每个端部位于另一个铁磁元件的端部(19-21)的上面或下面。
6、按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,这组铁磁元件(7、8、10、11、19-21)构成一铁磁回路,一线圈(6)包围着一铁磁元件(7、8、10、11、19-21)。
7、按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,它包括一个或多个置于不相邻铁磁元件(7、8、10、11、19-21)之间的磁屏蔽。
8、按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,一部分铁磁棒(7、19、21)置于一焊接杆23中,所述焊接杆23包括一屏蔽元件,例如一铜或铝屏蔽元件,所述屏蔽元件配置成使这些磁场的磁力线限导于铁磁棒(7、19、21)内。
