Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于感应焊接具有至少一层金属箔的包装材料的电感器线圈。本发明还涉及一种包括这种电感器线圈的感应密封装置、包括该感应密封装置的密封机,以及制造用于感应焊接具有至少一层金属箔的包装材料的电感器线圈的相关方法。
背景技术
通过感应加热对层合包装材料进行的焊接用于包装工业中。这种层合材料的一个示例是沿着层合材料的内表面和外表面的纸载体层、铝箔和热塑性涂层。感应焊接的技术基于以下事实:导体周围的由交流电产生的磁场能够在邻接的导电材料中感应出电流(具体取决于材料的电阻),使材料变热。因此,在感应焊接中,电感器环或线圈抵靠包含铝箔的层合材料提供,并且层合材料与待接合的材料一起压制。通过适当选择的电流和处理时间段加热铝箔。将材料加热到足够高的温度以密封相邻的热塑性层,使组合的热塑性层熔合在一起,从而产生紧密且耐用的密封。
通常,在这种密封处理中提供的感应密封装置以及相应的电感器线圈通常在侵蚀性环境中工作。电感器线圈可能暴露在密封机中的高温、高压和化学品中。这种组合形成了侵蚀性环境,在某些应用中其会导致电感器线圈的快速腐蚀和磨损。因此,必须定期更换密封装置,每次更换都会导致包装生产停止。必须花费大量的资源来进行这样的维护和监测感应密封装置的状态。腐蚀和磨损也可能在早期阶段对密封处理产生影响,密封处理例如通过系统的感应加热电路中的精确阻抗匹配而被高度优化以适应高速密封生产线的需求。因此,电感器的磨损会抵消这种优化努力,并且进一步对这种高速系统中的密封质量产生负面影响。
期望例如通过进一步最小化机械故障(例如在要求苛刻的环境中电感器线圈的焊接表面的破裂)的风险,改进用于防止腐蚀和磨损的先前解决方案。
因此,改进的电感器线圈将是有利的,并且尤其允许避免更多上述问题和损害,包括改善在诸如高温和/或腐蚀性环境之类的侵蚀性环境中的稳固性和耐性,以增加电感器线圈的寿命,便于高速密封系统中的感应密封工艺优化。包括这种电感器线圈的相关感应密封装置和密封机以及制造这种用于感应焊接包装材料的电感器线圈的方法也是有利的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的示例优选寻求通过提供根据下文的条款中的装置来单独或以任何组合方式减轻、减缓或消除本领域中的例如上述的一个或多个缺陷、缺点或问题。
根据第一方面,提供了一种用于感应焊接具有至少一层金属箔的包装材料的电感器线圈。电感器线圈被配置为在金属箔中感生交流电以感应加热包装材料。电感器线圈包括基层材料、顶层材料,顶层材料结合到基层材料以形成包括基层材料和顶层材料的混合物的不可逆结合界面。

图1是用于感应焊接包装材料(未示出)的电感器线圈100的透视示意图。包装材料具有至少一层金属箔,金属箔中可以感生交流电。电感器线圈100被配置为在金属箔中感生交流电以用于感应加热包装材料。图2是图1中电感器线圈100的截面(A)的放大图。电感器线圈100包括基层材料103和顶层材料104。顶层材料104结合到基层材料103以形成不可逆结合界面109,结合界面109包括基层材料103和顶层材料104的混合物。基层材料103和顶层材料104之间的这种结合界面109提供更稳固的电感器线圈,在侵蚀性环境(例如腐蚀性高温环境)中顶层材料104的完整性改进,还结合有顶层材料104耐机械磨损性。具有两层材料103、104提供优化以通过选择合适的基层材料103来适应两者的电气特性要求,同时可以优化顶层104材料以保护基层材料103免受周围环境影响。通过结合顶层材料104以使得界面109包含两种材料103、104的混合物,由此提供了由于更强的结合界面而导致的层103、104的完整性方面的所提及的改进,以及基层103的耐腐蚀保护的改进。这与涂层施加在基层材料的顶部上的先前的技术相比是特别有利的。这种涂层不是如上所述结合到基层材料上,而是作为在材料之间产生界面的表面层施加,在界面中,材料是明显分离的。这是由于涂层沉积在基层的顶部上而其间没有化学和/或机械结合,而是仅通过在材料之间产生粘合效果。通常可以例如通过以下方式来实现粘合效果:将涂层通过喷涂施加或以其他方式沉积在基层材料上,并且随后在基层材料的顶部上干燥或以其他方式硬化。因此,通过使材料层103、104结合,可以提高其机械完整性,并且可以使顶层104破裂等故障风险最小化。作为结合的结果,包括材料103、104的混合物的界面109应该被解释为基层和顶层材料103、104被混合以沿着例如在图3中的竖直方向(即,在垂直于电感器线圈100的焊接表面102延伸所在的平面的方向)在界面109处重叠。电感器线圈100的这种结合可以通过以下方式来实现:使其材料103、104经受限定的压力和/或温度,使得材料103、104在所述方向上彼此扩散。
因此,电感器线圈100使得在密封应用和相关密封机中便于维护。此外,由于顶层材料104的完整性如上所述得到改进,所以更容易定制电感器线圈100的朝向包装材料布置的表面(即,焊接表面),诸如例如通过使焊接表面102成形为不同的几何形状来进行,如例如图5所示的,其中在腐蚀性环境下表面裂纹的风险最小化。例如。表面的突起和/或凹陷否则可能对其机械完整性的失效更敏感。因此改进的适应焊接表面(即外表面101)的能力使得能够优化电感器线圈100以适应不同的密封应用。
顶层材料104可以通过扩散结合而接合到基层材料103。这种结合在基层和顶层材料103、104之间在结合界面109处提供了强结合力,这将在腐蚀性环境中提供基层和顶层材料103、104的改善的机械完整性以及更稳固的电感器线圈100。
基层材料103可以具有比顶层材料104低的电阻率(ρ)。因此,基层材料103可以适于提供优化的感应焊接处理所需的电特性,而顶层材料104被配置用于耐磨和耐腐蚀性而不影响所需的电性能。因此,电感器线圈100可以满足例如关于密封机中的感应加热电路中的阻抗特性所需的公差,并且耐受其中的侵蚀性环境。
电感器线圈100包括外表面101。外表面101的至少一部分可以包括顶层材料104。顶层材料104因此被布置为在周围腐蚀性环境和基层材料103之间的屏障。面对周围介质的电感器线圈100的基本上整个表面可以包括顶层材料104以进一步优化耐腐蚀性或耐外部磨损性。
特别地,电感器线圈100可以包括焊接表面102,该焊接表面102被配置为与包装材料相对布置以用于其感应加热。焊接表面102可以包括顶层材料104。焊接表面102暴露于周围环境以与包装材料相互作用,因此使焊接表面102包括顶层材料104是特别有利的。电感器线圈100的外表面101的一些部分可以不直接布置成与包装材料相对,但是外表面101的这些部分如果暴露于周围环境,则也包括顶层材料104可能是有利的。焊接表面102可能特别暴露于诸如磨损等的机械磨损。如上所述,顶层材料104可以由于其增加的机械完整性而提高对这种磨损的耐受性。
顶层104可以以预定厚度105覆盖基层材料103。图3示出了电感器线圈100的横截面侧视图中的示例,其中示出了顶层材料104的厚度105。厚度105可以在50-150微米的范围内。具有在该范围内的厚度105允许特别坚固和稳固的顶层104,同时保持关于基层材料103的在包装材料中感生交流电方面的期望功能。电感器线圈100可以是细长的并且在纵向方向107上延伸一定长度,如图1的示例中示意性所示。顶层材料104的厚度105沿着电感器线圈100的长度可以是基本均匀的。然而可想到的是,厚度105可以沿着长度变化。例如,电感器线圈100的一些部分可能特别暴露于机械磨损,并且局部增加的厚度105可以提高对例如沿着这种特别暴露的部分的磨损的耐受性。
顶层材料104和基层材料103可以沿着长度107形成电感器线圈100的基本上矩形或正方形的横截面。图2示出了图1中的部分(A)的放大图。具有如图2所示的结合在一起的横截面的均匀矩形或正方形截面使得沿电感器线圈100的长度的局部弱点最小化,否则局部弱点可能导致材料103、104中的裂缝。
电感器线圈100可以包括由顶层材料104形成的突出脊110,如图5的示例中所示。如上所述将顶层材料104结合到基层材料103提供了更稳固的表面,其可以适应变化的几何形状,并且在顶层材料104中具有裂缝的风险最小化。表面结构,例如突出脊110,因此可以形成为具有较小的曲率半径,即在表面结构的轮廓中更急剧(sharper)的弯曲,同时在侵蚀性环境中不会有材料开裂的风险。因此可以促进对需要不同焊接表面102的各种密封应用和包装材料的定制。
顶层材料104可以包括银-钯(AgPd)合金。AgPd合金在为基层材料103提供耐腐蚀性和耐磨性方面特别有效。为了优化耐腐蚀性,基本上整个外表面101或焊接表面102可以包括AgPd合金。然而,可想到的是,如果外表面101或焊接表面102的部分或至少大部分表面区域包括AgPd合金,则可以实现足够的耐腐蚀性。进一步可想到的是,顶层材料104可以包括使基层材料103具有改善的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性的其他材料或合金。顶层材料104可以例如包括下述的任何材料或材料的组合或者其各种合金:Ni、Cr、Ag、Ta、Au、Cu、不锈钢。提供耐腐蚀性和/或耐磨性的其他材料或合金也可以与基层材料103结合在一起,以提供如上所述的有利效果。材料或材料的组合可以设置在顶层材料104的结合在一起以形成多层顶层104的不同层中。在这种情况下,AgPd由于其特别有利的化学和机械性能而可以设置在最外层。通过例如扩散结合方式使AgPd与基层材料结合在一起,提供了协同作用,因为AgPd合金的有利性能通过与基层材料103结合而与顶层104的强度和稳固性合并,以在界面109处形成所提及的材料的混合物。基层材料103可以包括Cu、Al、Ag、Au或包括任何这些材料或提供电感器线圈100的所需电特性的其他材料的任何合金。
提供感应密封装置200,其包括至少一个如上面相对于图1-3和图5所描述的电感器线圈100。感应密封装置200包括支撑体201,该支撑体201包封至少一个电感器线圈100,但不包封至少一个电感器线圈100的外表面101。图4是感应密封装置200的示例的示意图,其中除了外表面101之外,支撑体围绕电感器线圈100设置,外表面101实际上是电感器线圈100的焊接表面102。至少外表面101包括顶层材料104,顶层材料104被结合到基层材料103以形成如上所述的包括基层材料103和顶层材料104的混合物的不可逆结合界面109。因此,感应密封装置200提供了如上面相对于图1-3和图5的电感器线圈100所描述的有利效果。
基层103可以包括配置成与支撑体201互锁的突起或凹部108,108'。这在图3的详细侧视图中示出。如图4所示,因为突起或凹部108,108'可以容易地与支撑体201的相应配合表面互锁,因此便于电感器线圈100在支撑体201中的定位。这种锁定表面也可以增强电感器线圈100固定到基层的稳定性并且有助于感应密封装置200的整体稳固性。
提供了一种用于密封包装材料的密封机(未示出)。密封机包括至少一个如上面相对于图1-3和图5所描述的电感器线圈100。因此,密封机还可以包括如上面相对于图4所述的感应密封装置200。由于上述的有利效果,密封机器中的包装材料的密封程序因此可以被改进,特别是使得能改进对密封处理的控制,使密封更可靠,并最终提高感应密封生产线的产量。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于感应焊接具有至少一个金属箔层的包装材料的电感器线圈(100),所述电感器线圈被配置为在所述金属箔中感生交流电以感应加热所述包装材料,所述电感器线圈包括:
基层材料(103),
顶层材料(104),其结合到所述基层材料以形成包括所述基层材料和所述顶层材料的混合物的不可逆结合界面(109)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电感器线圈,其中所述顶层材料通过钎焊、冷或热包覆和/或扩散结合而接合到所述基层材料上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电感器线圈,其中所述基层材料具有比所述顶层材料低的电阻率(ρ)。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的电感器线圈,其中所述电感器线圈包括外表面(101),并且其中所述外表面的至少一部分包括所述顶层材料。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的电感器线圈,其中,所述电感器线圈包括焊接表面(102),所述焊接表面(102)被配置为与所述包装材料相对布置以用于其感应加热,并且其中所述焊接表面包括所述顶层材料。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的电感器线圈,其中所述顶层材料以预定厚度(105)覆盖所述基层材料,其中所述厚度在50-150微米的范围内。
7.一种感应密封装置(200),其包括根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的至少一个电感器线圈以及支撑体(201),所述支撑体(201)包封除了所述至少一个电感器线圈的外表面(101)以外的所述至少一个电感器线圈,其中至少所述外表面包括顶层材料(104),该顶层材料(104)结合到基层材料(103)以形成包括所述基层材料和所述顶层材料的混合物的不可逆结合界面(109)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的感应密封装置,其中所述基层包括配置成与所述支撑体互锁的突起或凹槽(108,108')。
9.用于密封包装材料的密封机,其包括根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的至少一个电感器线圈或者根据权利要求7-8中任一项所述的感应密封装置。
10.一种制造用于感应焊接具有至少一层金属箔的包装材料的电感器线圈(100)的方法(300),所述方法包括:
将顶层材料(104)结合(301)到基层材料(103)以形成包括所述基层材料和所述顶层材料的混合物的不可逆结合界面(109),以及
提供(302)所述电感器线圈的具有所述顶层材料的外表面(101)。
