感应密封设备以及感应密封设备的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种感应密封设备,其用于热封用于制备可灌装食品产品的密封包装的包装材料。本发明还涉及制备这样的感应密封设备的方法。
背景技术
许多可灌装食品产品例如水果汁、UHT奶、葡萄酒、蕃茄酱等等用消毒包装材料制成的包装销售。这种类型的包装的典型示例是被称为TetraBrikAseptic(注册商标)的平行六面体包装,其通过折叠并密封层合的包装材料的卷材而制成。
所述包装材料具有多层结构,其基本上包括纤维材料(例如纸)的基础层和若干层覆盖在所述基础层的两侧的可热封的聚合物材料,例如聚乙烯膜。在用于长期储存的产品的无菌包装的情况下,所述包装材料还包括气体-和光-阻隔材料层,例如铝箔或乙基乙烯醇(EVOH)膜,其叠加在可热封塑料材料层上,并且进而被覆盖有另一层可热封聚合物材料,该另一层可热封聚合物材料形成最终接触食品产品的包装的内表面。
通常,由这样的包装材料制成的包装在全自动包装机上生产。在这些机器中,所述包装材料例如通过施加化学消毒剂例如过氧化氢溶液而被消毒,一旦消毒完成,化学消毒剂例如通过加热蒸发而从包装材料表面上除去。消毒后,包装材料的卷材被保持在密闭的无菌环境中,并被纵向折叠和密封以形成垂直管。该管在第一垂直方向被连续供料,用消毒的或消毒处理过的食品产品填充,并且由数对钳口夹持在等距横截面上。更具体地,所述数对钳口循环并依次作用于所述管,以及热封所述管的包装材料以形成通过各自的横向密封区彼此连接的连续成排的枕形包装,横向密封区在垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向上延伸。
该枕形包装通过切割相应的横向密封区而分开,然后被供料至最终的折叠站,在该处它们被机械地折叠成最终的平行六面体形状。
在上述技术的替代方案中,包装材料可被切成坯料。在这种情况下,坯料首先竖立以形成在第一端部密封的套筒。然后将包装消毒。此后,套筒通过其开口第二端部填充有可灌装的产品,并且所述第二端部被密封,从而完成包装的制造。
在这两种情况下,内部的阻隔材料层包括导电材料的包装材料通常是通过所谓的感应热封工艺进行热封的,在该工艺中,在铝层中感应出涡旋电流,从而局部加热,并且因此局部熔化所述可热封的聚合物材料。
更具体地,在感应热封中,所述密封装置基本上包括由高频电流发生器供电的电感器。该电感器是由导电材料制成的线圈并且所产生的电磁场与包装材料中的铝层相互作用以在其中感应出涡旋电流并将其加热至所需的密封温度。所述线圈通常由例如金属材料比如例如铜制成。
在由包装材料管开始形成包装的情况下,所述密封装置与第一钳口配合。另一个钳口(其被称为砧)包括与由弹性材料制成的压力垫配合的反密封元件,并与所述密封装置协作以沿着相应的横向密封区域热封所述管。更具体地说,所述密封装置局部熔化夹持在钳口之间的可热封的聚合物材料的两个层。
此外,所述砧可布置有切割元件。特别地,所述切割元件可沿着垂直于第一和第二方向的第三方向朝向和远离所述密封钳口的密封装置滑动,使得它将根据先前的描述的成排的包装切割成单个的包装。
在由包装材料的坯料开始形成包装的情况下,所述密封装置可与包装机的钳口配合。
用在这两种情况下的已知的密封装置基本上包括具有两个密封表面的电感线圈。所述电感线圈被部分地封装在支撑体中,支撑体具有暴露在支撑体外表面上的至少密封表面,密封表面用于在包装形成过程中与所述包装材料协作。所述电源连接器也暴露在支撑体外部。由聚磁通量材料(magneticflux-concentratingmaterial)例如含有铁氧体的复合材料制成的一个或更多个插入物被布置在支撑体内部,靠近所述电感线圈,以用于引导电磁场。
每个密封表面还包括脊,其旨在与包装材料协作并增加其上的压力,从而使所述包装材料的熔化塑料材料熔合在密封区域内。
通常,所述密封装置并因此所述电感线圈也暴露于包装机中的高温、高压和过氧化氢中。这个组合产生侵蚀性环境,这在某些应用中引起电感线圈的快速腐蚀和磨损。因此,所述密封装置必须定期更换,每次更换造成包装生产的停止。
发明内容
考虑到上述情况,本发明的一个目的因此是通过提供更耐磨损和耐腐蚀的密封装置而延长该密封装置的寿命。
上述目的是通过感应密封设备来实现的,该感应密封设备用于热封用于生产可灌装食品产品的密封包装的包装材料。所述密封装置包括至少一个被部分地封装在支撑体内的电感线圈。所述至少一个电感线圈设置有至少一个细长密封表面,以用于在密封过程中与包装材料协作。所述至少一个密封表面暴露于支撑体的外表面上,以用于与所述包装材料协作。所述线圈的表面,除了电源连接器的表面之外,设置有用于保护线圈至少免受腐蚀的涂层。

现有技术类型的密封装置不是特别适于涂层。脊区域中的高密封压力可能会导致涂层开裂。因此,本发明的又一个目的是提供一种密封装置,该密封装置具有使得其可能更好地提供涂层并将其维持在密封表面上的形状。在一个或更多个实施方案中,所述密封表面包括凸脊,凸脊沿着密封表面纵向延伸部延伸,以用于在密封过程中与包装材料协作并且用于增加包装材料上的密封压力。所述密封表面的在垂直于纵向延伸部的平面内的轮廓包括第一和第二区段以及位于不同于第一和第二区段的水平上并形成凸脊的顶表面的第三区段。此外,该轮廓包括将第一区段连接至第三区段的第四区段,所述第四区段包括连接至第一区段的曲线部分和连接至第三区段的曲线部分,以及将第三区段连接至第二区段的第五区段,所述第五区段包括连接至第三区段的曲线部分和使第五区段连接至第二区段的曲线部分。

具体实施方式
图1示出了感应密封设备10。它包括从密封装置10的第一端部14直线延伸至相反端部16的电感线圈12。在第一和第二端部14、16之间具有纵向延伸部。电连接器(未示出)适于连接至线圈12的电源连接器18上,以允许电流流过线圈12,该电流由外部电源(未示出)供给。冷却装置(未示出)也可提供在密封装置10内。
线圈,也如图2所示,设置有两个密封表面12a、12b。这两个表面以平行且隔开的方式提供。线圈12沿直线路径从第一端部14延伸至相反的端部16,从而形成第一密封表面12a,在此其改变方向并返回到第一端部14,从而形成平行于第一密封表面12a的第二密封表面12b。通过具有这样的线圈12布置,单个密封装置可同时提供两个相邻的密封件。可替代地,线圈可以是仅具有一个密封表面的单个密封件类型。
如图1所示,电感线圈12部分地封装在支撑体22中。密封表面12a、12b暴露在支撑体22的外表面上,以便在包装形成过程中与包装材料协作。支撑体22通常由聚合物材料制成,优选由玻璃纤维增强型聚合物材料制成。线圈12的电源连接器18也暴露在支撑体22的外面。任选地,由聚磁通量材料(例如含有铁氧体的复合材料)制成的一个或更多个插入物(未示出)被布置在支撑体22内,靠近电感线圈12。槽20被提供在线圈12的密封表面12a、12b之间,以允许切割工具在槽20中运行,由此包装可以以有效的方式与管分离开来。
图3示出了图1和2所述类型的感应密封装置10中的现有技术线圈12’的一部分的横截面图。该横截面图在垂直于密封装置的纵向延伸部的平面内,对比例如图1,这可容易理解。纵向延伸部是第一端部14和第二端部16之间的延伸部。由图3可见,其示出了线圈12’的每个密封表面12a’、12b’包括脊24’。所述脊24’旨在与包装材料协作并增加包装材料上的压力,所以造成包装材料的在密封区域中的熔化塑料材料熔合。可以看出,脊24’的横截面基本上是长方形的。已发现成功在具有这样的脊24’的密封表面上提供涂层并将涂层维持在这样的密封表面上是不可能的。
图4a示出了根据本发明第一个实施方案的线圈12的一部分的横截面图。横截面图位于垂直于密封装置的纵向延伸部的平面内。在此仅示出了线圈12,但是应当理解的是,它可提供在图1所述类型的感应密封装置10中,并且它可以是如图2所示的形状。如上文所述,线圈12设置有两个细长的密封表面12a、12b,以用于在密封过程中与包装材料协作。此外,每个密封表面12a、12b包括凸脊24,凸脊24沿密封表面的纵向延伸部延伸,以用于在密封过程中与包装材料协作并增加包装材料上的密封压力。每个脊24的位置从水平方向看稍微偏移各个密封表面12a、12b的中心。对于这两个脊24而言,偏移导致朝向槽20的方向上的距离(仅在图1中可见)。以这种方式,密封区域将在朝向包装内的方向上较大,该方向的密封区域起到无菌致密接头的作用,而在朝向切割端部的方向较小,在该端部,密封区域仅具有起到机械接头的作用。
线圈12的表面上设置有涂层。图4a中的虚线C示出了所述区域的上面提供有涂层的一部分,并且图5示出了通过涂层(以26表示)以及通过线圈12的一小部分的横截面,优选地,线圈12的所有表面均设置有涂层26。这在图4b中举例说明。可任选地例外的是电源连接器18的表面(示于图1和2)。完全涂覆线圈12的目的是使其稳固并且还能够耐受侵蚀性材料,例如过氧化氢,侵蚀性材料会向下进入在线圈12和支撑体22(示于图1和3)之间产生的小的裂缝、通道或裂层中。因此,基本上涂覆整个线圈12的目的是防止从内部开始腐蚀密封装置。可替代地,在长方形或正方形横截面的情形下,除了位于基本上平行于密封表面但位于支撑体内部的平面内的内部底表面和电源连接器的表面之外,所有表面均设置有涂层。底表面以29表示并如图4b所示。然而,图4b示出了被完全涂覆的线圈。相比于具有未涂覆线圈的电感器的寿命而言,涂覆密封表面与线圈的侧表面而不涂覆底表面,这将确实延长电感器的寿命,但一旦裂层和裂缝按它们的方式进入底表面,它不会防止线圈开始腐蚀。
在图4c中,示出了类似于图3中所示线圈的线圈的另一个实施方案,其具有基本上圆形的横截面。优选地,线圈的整个周边均被涂覆。可任选地对电源连接器18的表面做出例外(示于图1和2)。
为了便于围绕密封表面12a、12b和侧表面28之间的纵向延伸部边缘30涂覆,边缘30优选是圆形的,即在密封表面12a、12b和其侧表面28之间提供曲线形表面区段,图5。
涂层26是多层的,每一层具有不同的保护重点,即一层用作防腐蚀保护,另一层用作磨损保护。在该实施方案中,涂层26包括保护线圈12免受腐蚀的第一内层26a以及保护线圈12和内层26a免被磨损的第二外层26b。首先自然施加内层26a,由此外层26b被施加在内层26a的顶部。在该实施方案中,线圈12由铜(Cu)制成,但可替代地它可由其他金属材料制成,例如可由铝(Al)、银(Ag)、金(Au)、钢(优选不锈钢)或包含所述金属中一种或更多种(潜在地还包括镍(Ni))的合金制成。
涂层26的内层26a由高度耐腐蚀性的材料镍(Ni)制成。镍被电镀到铜线圈12上以提供腐蚀/氧化保护。该层的厚度优选在基本上为0至最大约100μm的间隔内选择。涂层的第二外层26b由特别针对其耐磨损性的选择的硬而脆的材料铬(Cr)制成。该材料还具有一些耐腐蚀性。该层的厚度优选在基本上为0至最大约100μm的间隔内选择。多层涂层26的总厚度在基本上为0至最大约200μm的间隔内,例如在间隔50-150μm内,例如约100μm。可替代的涂层材料是例如银(Ag)、钽(Ta)、硬金(Au)、DLC(类金刚石碳)和CRC(碳化铬)。银具有良好的耐腐蚀性,而DLC和CRC具有良好的耐磨损性。钽和硬金均具有良好的耐腐蚀性和耐磨损性,并因此可被用于26a、26b两个层。在这样的情形下,任选地或者应用一个单一的较厚层或者应用叠置的两个厚度较小的层。
为了能够将上述涂层26提供至密封表面12a、12b上并以高得多的程度使之持续存在,已经发现,密封表面12a、12b不应该包括任何尖锐边缘也不应该包括任何垂直表面。在尖锐边缘、边角和垂直表面上,涂层将在暴露于高密封压力过程中迅速破裂。
图6示出了线圈12的密封表面轮廓,该轮廓适用于应用上述类型的涂层26。该图提供了比图4a更详细的视图,并且仅示出了无涂层26的线圈12的第一密封表面12a。该视图示出了密封表面的在垂直于密封装置10的纵向延伸部的平面内的轮廓。所述轮廓包括形成基础密封表面区域的第一区段1和第二区段2。第一和第二区段1、2是直线形的并且在密封过程中形成用于与包装材料协作的平面密封表面区域。所述轮廓还包括位于不同于所述第一和第二区段1、2的水平上的第三区段3。所述第三区段3形成凸脊24的顶表面。此外,所述轮廓包括将第一区段连接至第三区段3的第四区段4和将第三区段3连接至第二区段2的第五区段5。从图中的垂直方向可见,第三区段3位于偏移第一和第二区段1、2形成的基础的水平上。在图中还可以看出,从图中的水平方向可见,第一和第二区段1、2从第三区段3的端点移位一段距离,即第三区段3位于偏移第一区段1的最近端点一定距离处。相似地,第二区段2位于偏移第三区段3的另一个端点一定距离处。因此,距离x在第一和第三区段1、3之间和第三和第二段3、2之间形成。第四和第五区段4、5提供连接器并在图中在水平方向延伸一段距离,即距离x,以及在垂直方向上延伸一段距离,即距离y,以分别将第一和第三区段1、3连接以及将第三和第二段3、2连接。这使得第四和第五区段4、5相对于第一、第二和第三区段1、2、3倾斜。为了清晰可见,区段之间的分界用点标记。
第四区段4包括连接至第一区段1的曲线部分4a和连接至第三区段3的曲线部分4b。第五区段5包括连接至第二区段2的曲线部分5a和连接至第三区段3的曲线部分5b。第四和第五区段4、5各自分别在曲线部分之间设置有直线部分4c、5c。在该实施方案中,直线部分4c、5c分别基本上与两个曲线部分4a、4b、5a、5b一样长,即各区段的三个部分基本上等长。根据其他实施方案变得显而易见是,长度比例不需要基本上相等。第四区段4的直线部分4c相对于第一区段1倾斜。相似地,第五区段5的直线部分5c相对于第二区段2倾斜。在图中倾斜角以α和β表示。为了清晰可见,第四和第五区段4、5的曲线和直线部分之间的分界以短线标记,该短线基本上垂直于形成区段的线。
为了使第四和第五区段4、5的曲线和直线部分之间平滑连接,直线部分4c、5c各自切向连接至它们各自的曲线部分4a、4b、5a、5b。此外,第四区段4的曲线部分切向连接至第一和第三区段1、3,并且第五区段25的曲线部分切向连接至第三和第二区段3、2。
如图中可见,第四区段4的连接至第一区段1的曲线部分4a中的线圈12的形状是凹形的,而第四区段4的连接至第三区段3的另一个曲线部分4b是凸形的。相似地,第五区段5的连接至第二区段2的曲线部分5a是凹形的,而第五区段5的连接至第三区段3的曲线部分5b是凸形的。每个曲线部分形成为例如圆形或椭圆弧形或抛物线曲线。它也可以由两个或更多个圆弧和/或椭圆弧和/或抛物线曲线形成。第一个实施方案示出了由圆弧形成的曲线部分,其中连接至第一和第二区段的曲线部分4a、5a的半径分别以r4a,5a表示,并且连接至第三区段的曲线部分4b、5b的半径以r4b,5b表示。在第一个实施方案中,所述半径是相同的,即半径r4a,5a类似于半径r4b,5b

图7示出了第二个实施方案的类似于图6的视图,但是其密封表面轮廓与第一个实施方案的略有不同。
在第二个实施方案中,连接至第三区段3的曲线部分4b、5b是圆弧,其具有半径r4a,5a,半径r4a,5a分别比形成连接至第一和第二区段1、2的曲线部分4a、5a的圆弧的半径r4b,5b小。比值r4b,5b/r4a,5a优选在1.0-2.0的间隔内,例如比率为1.7。此外,第三区段具有长度1,密封表面12a具有从一个侧表面28至另一个侧表面28的长度L。L/1的比值优选在间隔4-8内,例如比值为约6。此外,比值1/y在间隔0.5-2.0内,优选为1,y是由通过第一和第二区段1、2形成的基础密封区域测量的脊24的高度。
如上面所述,边缘30将是圆形的,半径为re。r4b,5b/re的比值为约3、5。
对于第四和第五区段4、5而言,倾斜角α、β可以相同,但也可以不同。该角度范围为介于约91°至179°之间,优选为介于100°-140°之间。
第二个实施方案的示例性的密封装置可具有下列尺寸:L=2.1mm,1=0.325mm,r4a,5a=0.3mm,r4b,5b=0.175mm,re=0.05mm,α、β=120°,y=0.3mm。沿纵向延伸部的密封表面的长度为约120mm,在垂直于纵向延伸部的方向上密封表面12a、12b之间的距离为约4.4mm。
图8示出了第三个实施方案的类似于图6和图7的视图,但是其密封表面轮廓与之前所述实施方案的略有不同。
在第三个实施方案中,第四和第五区段4、5的曲线部分4a、4b、5a、5b与直线部分4c、5c相比较而言相对小。直线部分的长度是每个曲线部分的长度的约3-5倍。
图9示出了第四个实施方案。第四区段4的曲线部分4a、4b彼此会合并形成S形,并且第五区段5的曲线部分5a、5b彼此会合并形成反S形。在曲线部分之间没有或仅有非常小的直线部分。
图10示出了第五个实施方案。在该实施方案中,第四和第五区段4、5的直线部分4c、5c垂直于第一、第二和第三区段1、2、3。比值r4b,5b/r4a,5a优选在间隔1,0-6,0内。
图11示出了不同于之前所述的第六个实施方案,因为第三区段3是曲线的而不是直线的。因此,在该实施方案中,曲线部分4b、曲线部分5b和第三区段3一起形成脊24的上部圆形部分。第三区段3的曲率切向符合(meet)第四和第五区段4、5的曲线部分的曲率。第三区段3形成为例如圆形或椭圆弧或抛物线曲线。它也可以由两个或更多个圆弧和/或椭圆弧和/或抛物线曲线形成。在一个实施方案中,第四区段4的曲线部分4b、第五区段5的曲线部分5b和第三区段3可以由具有相同半径的圆弧制成,使得它们一起形成圆形区段。在该实施方案中,第三区段由具有半径r3的弧形成。第三区段是凸形的。
对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的,所述的实施方案是示例性的并且各种修改都是可能的。本发明及其实施方案因此不限于上述的示例,相反,它们可以在权利要求的范围内变化。
例如,已根据常规感应密封设备10的常规线圈12描述了密封表面12a和12b。应当理解的是,本发明的密封表面可被施加到其他类型的感应密封设备的其他类型的线圈上。
此外,已经根据示例性感应密封设备描述了涂层26。涂层26本身可以应用于其他类型的感应密封设备的其它类型的线圈。

Claims (21)

1.一种用于热封用于制备可灌装食品产品的密封包装的包装材料的感应密封设备(10),其包括至少一个部分地封装在支撑体(22)中的感应线圈(12),其中所述至少一个电感线圈(12)设置有至少一个细长的密封表面(12a、12b),以用于在密封过程中与所述包装材料协作,其中所述至少一个密封表面(12a、12b)暴露于所述支撑体(22)的外表面上,以用于与包装材料协作,其中除了电源连接器(18)的表面之外,所述线圈的表面设置有用于保护线圈至少免受腐蚀的涂层(26)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述涂层包含下列材料中的一种或更多种:镍(Ni)、铬(Cr)、银(Ag)、钽(Ta)、硬金、类金刚石碳和碳化铬。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述涂层(26)是多层的并且包括保护所述线圈(12)的表面免受腐蚀的内层(26a)和保护所述线圈(12)和所述内层(26a)免受磨损的外层(26b)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的感应密封设备(10),所述涂层(26)的所述内层(26a)由镍(Ni)制成并且所述涂层的所述外层(26b)由铬(Cr)制成。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述线圈的包括电源连接器的表面在内的所有表面均设置有所述涂层(26)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述线圈具有长方形或正方形的横截面,并且其中除了底表面和电源连接器表面之外的所有表面均设置有所述涂层,所述底表面位于基本上平行于所述密封表面的平面内。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述至少一个密封表面(12a、12b)包括凸脊(24),所述凸脊(24)沿所述密封表面的纵向延伸部而延伸,以用于在密封过程中与所述包装材料协作并增加包装材料上的密封压力,其中所述密封表面(12a、12b)的在垂直于所述纵向延伸部的平面内的轮廓包括
第一和第二区段(1、2),
位于不同于所述第一和第二区段(1、2)的水平上并形成所述凸脊(24)的顶表面的第三区段(3),
将所述第一区段(1)连接至第三区段(3)的第四区段(4),所述第四区段(4)包括连接至所述第一区段(1)的曲线部分(4a)和连接至所述第三区段(3)的曲线部分(4b),
以及将所述第三区段(3)连接至所述第二区段(2)的第五区段(5),所述第五区段(5)包括连接至所述第三区段(3)的曲线部分(5b)和将所述第五区段(5)连接至所述第二区段(2)的曲线部分(5a)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述第一、第二和第三区段(1、2、3)是直线形的并且形成平面密封表面区域,以用于在密封过程中与包装材料协作。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述第四和第五区段(4、5)相对于所述第一、第二和第三区段(1、2、3)倾斜。
10.根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述第四和第五区段(4、5)各自在所述曲线部分(4a、4b、5a、5b)之间设置有直线部分(4c、5c)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述第四和第五区段(4、5)的直线部分(4c、5c)各自切向连接至所述曲线部分(4a、4b、5a、5b)。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述直线部分(4c、5c)相对于所述第一、第二和第三区段(1、2、3)倾斜。
13.根据权利要求7-12中任一项所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述第四区段(4)的所述曲线部分(4a、4b)切向连接至所述第一和第三区段(1、3),并且所述第五区段(5)的所述曲线部分(5a、5b)切向连接至所述第三和第二区段(1、2)。
14.根据权利要求7-13中任一项所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述第四区段(4)的连接至所述第一区段(1)的所述曲线部分(4a)是凹形的,所述第五区段(5)的连接至所述第二区段(2)的所述曲线部分(5a)是凹形的,而所述第四和第五区段(4、5)的连接至所述第三区段(3)的所述曲线部分(4b、5b)是凸形的。
15.根据前述权利要求10-14中任一项所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述第三区段是曲线的。
16.根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述第四区段(4)的所述曲线部分(4a、4b)彼此会合并形成S形,并且所述第五区段(5)的所述曲线部分(5a、5b)彼此会合并形成反S型。
17.根据权利要求10-14中任一项所述的感应密封设备(10),其中所述第四和第五区段(4、5)的所述直线部分(4c、5c)垂直于所述第一和第二区段(1、2)。
18.一种制备感应密封设备的方法,所述感应密封设备用于热封用于生产可灌装食品产品的密封包装的包装材料,所述感应密封设备包括部分地封装在支撑体(22)内的至少一个感应线圈(12),其中所述线圈设置有至少一个细长的密封表面(12a、12b),其暴露在所述支撑体(22)的外表面上,以在密封过程中用于与所述包装材料协作,其中所述方法包括将涂层(26)提供到所述线圈的除了电源连接器(18)表面之外的表面上的步骤,所述涂层保护所述线圈至少免受腐蚀。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中它包括提供多层涂层(26)的步骤,所述多层涂层(26)包括保护所述线圈(12)的表面免受腐蚀的内层(26a)和保护所述线圈(12)和所述内层(26a)免受磨损的外层(26b)。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中它包括以下步骤:制备金属材料的所述线圈(12),通过为所述线圈(26)电镀镍(Ni)而形成所述内层(26a),并且然后通过在所述内层(26a)的顶部电镀铬(Cr)而形成所述外层(26b)。
