Claims (21)
- 注入可能な食品生産物の密封包装品を製造するための熱融着包装材料用の誘導密封装置(10)であって、支持体(22)の中に部分的に封入された少なくとも1つのインダクタコイル(12)を備え、前記少なくとも1つのインダクタコイル(12)には、密封中に前記包装材料と協働するための少なくとも1つの細長い封止面(12a、12b)が設けられており、前記少なくとも1つの封止面(12a、12b)が、前記包装材料と協働するように前記支持体(22)の外面に露出しており、前記コイルの表面が、電力接続部(18)の表面を除いて、少なくとも腐食から前記コイルを保護するためのコーティング(26)を備える誘導密封装置(10)。
- 前記コーティングが、ニッケル(Ni)、クロム(Cr)、銀(Ag)、タンタル(Ta)、硬質金、ダイヤモンドライクカーボンおよび炭化クロムといった材料のうちの1つまたは複数を含む請求項1に記載の誘導密封装置(10)。
