Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造容器的方法,其能将一个稍凹的半刚性塑料件焊接到一中空塑料体的一个端部。
本发明特别但非排它地适用于食品级非碳酸饮料如果汁饮料、维他命饮料、牛奶、冰茶等的包装领域。
本发明所适用的另一个领域是用来包装粘性产品如牙膏、护肤乳、药膏、食品(蛋黄酱、蕃茄酱、芥末)等的柔性塑料管。
本发明所适用的第三个领域是技术产品如树脂硅、乳香的包装筒。
背景技术
容器的生产,其带有一个焊接到一中空筒形塑料体上的半刚性件,是一种频繁用于包装生产中的技术。
这种应用的一个示例是柔性软管的生产,软管中的产品是通过手指压在软管的管壁上挤出的。此类容器的生产是将一个半刚性头焊接到一圆柱形中空体,其通常被称为套筒的一个端头上来进行的。在柔性软管的领域中,套筒是由一层或多层片材卷起后沿其纵向焊接得到,套筒也可通过中空体的挤出(或者在多层管的情况下共挤)得到。管头则通过注模单独形成。管头利用芯轴进行焊接,从而将套筒和头部固定住。有关柔性软管的制造有丰富的文献:Delavy & Keller的专利(DE4216889)对现有技术给出了一个很好的概括。
本技术应用的另一个领域是其一端带有一半刚性件的柔性直袋。Spiess& Sohn专利(AU293944)给出了这种包装的一个示例,其中有一个半刚性头焊接到一个柔性片材弯成的筒形管体从而制造出一个柔性的直袋。Michalsky(EP1362797)也公开了一种类似的包装,其中容器本体的两端连接有半刚性件。
从技术的角度出发,为了生产出这种产品,必须将一半刚性件焊接到一筒体的一端。为了在管子和连接件之间形成合格的焊接,焊接的区域必须经过以下的处理:该区域必须曝露于塑料的焊接温度下,将一定的压力加在该区域上并保持一定的时间。这里有多种方式来提供部件焊接所需的热:热空气加热,感应加热,IR加热,摩擦或超声波加热。在所有的方法中,都必须加上一个力,其均匀地分布在管子周圈上准备焊接部件的高度处。用来在管子周圈施加这种力或压强的机械装置属于复合体,其能防止或中断热传递,并在产品上留下分型线的痕迹。这一点通常借助于内芯来进行,其加上必要的径向力以便密封。此类内芯的使用以及这些焊接或制造方法均是柔性管生产领域的公知技术(图1;部件2)。采用类似的方式,还能焊接一个部件形成管子的底部(图2;部件15)。然而,不能明显地得到将一端头焊接到管子上而管子的另一端为部分或完全封闭,因为这种方案不能使用内芯。这种示例出现在图1中(将带有一头部2的管子的底部15密封),图2中(将具有一底部15的管子的头部2密封)或者是图3中(将具有一头部2的管子的中间部件16和底部15密封)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制造柔性容器的方法,其能将一稍微凹的塑料件密封到一中空塑料体的一端,而无需使用中空体中的内芯。本发明的方法提出了一种非常简单的方式来在没有内芯的情况下形成焊接所需压力。
因此,本发明能够制造出图1、2和3所示的物品,从而解决上述问题。
为了简化起见,下面的说明和示例非排它性地限定在将头部和底部焊接到管子的情况上,其中的管子由其中含有薄铝片的层压材料制成。该复合材料层体结构内侧的铝片在包装上提供了优良的阻挡特性,同时其能使用HF这样一种既简单又好的加热技术。该管体由一种多层平片或多层条体制成,其中的片体或条体至少含有一铝层并包括一个纵向的焊缝。感应加热也可用来焊接头部或底部。本发明中没有用到用来产生承载力和焊接压力的机械装置,因此特别适用感应加热技术,因为HF感应器可紧挨着所焊接的区域,从而消除了对机械部件进行屏蔽的问题。
本发明的方法基于下面的事实,即将头部或半刚性底部焊接到套筒上所需的压力由半刚性部件的临时或永久变形来获得。使该部件以一种可控的方式变形,就能提高其直径,由此该部件就坐在套筒上和套筒外侧的焊接工具上。这样就能在所密封的整个区域上形成均匀的压力。
根据本发明的一个方面,包括一种用来制造塑料容器的方法,其包括将一个平的柔性部件的边缘夹到一中空本体的内表面上,所述柔性部件具有一凹表面和一凸表面,其特征在于进行下面的操作步骤:
-将该柔性部件的边缘在布置上与中空本体的内表面接触;
-沿着一个垂直于该柔性部件表面的方向将一个推力或拉力加到该柔性部件的中间部分上从而在该柔性部件中引出径向力,其使该柔性部件的边缘压合到中空本体的内表面上。
优选的,所述径向力是永久产生的。
优选的,所述径向力是在该柔性部件夹到所述内表面的时候临时产生的。
优选的,所述推力或拉力加到所述柔性部件的凹表面上。
优选的,所述推力或拉力加到所述柔性部件的凸表面上。
优选的,将一拉力加到所述柔性部件的中间部分上,同时所述柔性部件借助于一个支撑部件固定,其中的支撑部件单独设置在所述柔性部件稍稍凹的区域上或者是所述区域的外侧上。
优选的,将一推力加到所述柔性部件的中间部分上同时借助于一个支撑部件将柔性部件固定在原处。
优选的,该方法还包括:
-当所述柔性部件定位于所述中空本体中并焊接时,所述柔性部件单独固定在其外表面上;
-当所述柔性部件定位于所述中空本体中时,加上一个径向力从而使所述柔性部件变形并使所述柔性部件的外周朝内部引导,这样就能将其插入到所述中空本体中;
-在焊接操作时,去掉径向力,其能使所述柔性部件恢复到其初始的形状,并且在所述柔性部件的外周,将一个压力加到所述中空本体(1)的内表面上。
优选的,所述推力或拉力从中空本体的内部加上。
优选的,包括一个操作步骤,其中所述柔性部件的凹表面变形从而使其凸,反之亦然。
根据本发明的另一个方面,包括一种用来制造塑料容器的设备,其由一个中空本体以及至少一个形成了一个弯曲表面的平的柔性部件构成,其边缘夹到所述中空本体的内表面上,其特征在于,其包括:一个装置,其用来将一个推力或拉力沿着一个与所述柔性部件表面垂直的方向加到所述柔性部件的中间部分上,由此就能引起一个指向该柔性部件边缘的径向力。
优选的,所述用来加上一个推力或拉力的装置适于在所述柔性部件外表面的中间部分上产生一个拉力。
优选的,其包括一个沿径向挤压所述柔性部件的装置,并且所述装置用于加上一个推力或拉力,所述推力或拉力由返回力构成,该返回力由该柔性部件返回到其初始状态的返回引起。

图4展示了本发明在将一个头部2焊接到一个套筒1上时的设备。该套筒1和头部2在焊接设备10的帮助下进行定位,其中的焊接设备包括一个HF焊接线圈11。套筒的端部2以及头部的端部6坐在工具垂直Z轴的支撑面6上。该头部在连杆8的帮助下受到Z向的拉力,其中连杆8具有一个内螺纹9,其能拧到头部的颈部3的螺纹7上。图4中的a)展示的头部2处于初始状态。在图4中的b)中,头部2在杆8所施加的拉力的作用下变形。头部2的变形就形成了一个径向力,其将头部的周圈5导向套筒1的内表面。
图5展示了根据本发明在将一个头部2焊接在一个套筒1内部时的设备。该套筒1在焊接设备10的帮助下进行定位,其中的焊接设备10布置在套筒1的外周圈上并包括一个HF焊接线圈11。头部6以其凹部分4坐在一个环形支撑件14上。该头部在连杆8的帮助下受到Z向的拉力,其中连杆8具有一个内螺纹9,其能拧到头部的颈部3的螺纹7上。图5中的a)展示的头部2处于初始状态。在图5中的b)中,头部2在杆8所施加的拉力的作用下变形。头部2的变形就产生了一个径向力,其将头部的周圈5导向套筒1的内表面。
图6展示了本发明在将头部2焊接到套筒1上同时中空本体的另一端仅部分封闭时的设备。套筒1和头部2在焊接设备10的帮助下进行定位,其中的焊接设备包括一个HF焊接线圈11。套筒的端部2以及头部的端部6坐在与Z方向的工具的支撑面6上。该头部在推杆15的帮助下在其中间部分16中受到一个Z向的推力。
具体实施方式
本发明方法的原理借助于图4中所展示的方法中的各个步骤来说明。
管子的套筒1和头部必须精确定位于焊接工具10的内部,如图4中的a)所示。该焊接工具10必须盖住所要密封的区域同时还能引导套筒2。该工具包括一个垂直区域12,其能使套筒1和头部2沿Z向压在其上。
连杆8连接到头部的颈部3上。这两个部件可以不同的方式进行固定,例如,将内螺纹9拧到颈部的螺纹7上。
杆8将一个拉力沿Z向施加到头部2上。由于头部被焊接工具10固定在支撑区域12中不动,因此头部2就会如图4中的b)所示因其稍稍凹的形状而变形,如果其是由半刚性材料制成。头部2的变形就会使支撑12上面头部的端部6稍稍滑向外侧,由此会增加头部的直径。因此头部需要焊接的区域5会以更大的力更为均匀地压到管子2的内壁以及工具的径向支撑区域13上。由此就能将压力加到所要密封的两个部件上。
焊接借助于感应线圈11对筒体的局部加热来进行。
焊接之后,连杆8从头部2上拆下。由于消除了拉力,因此头部借助于塑料的弹性恢复到其初始的几何结构状态上。由此就能轻易地从焊接工具10取出所制得的物品(带有焊接件的套筒)。
上述这些操作都是借助于机械部件以及/或容器内外压力的增加或减少来进行的。
本发明的一个优点是本方法并不限于管子头部在其中心有开口时的密封,其也适用于封闭部件如管子底部的密封。
本发明的另一个优点是本方法并不限于将部件封接到一套筒的端部,其也适用于沿着套筒任何部位的封接(甚至是图3)。非限定性地例如,使用一个中间部件就能分割该容器并使之更硬。图5展示了将头部2焊接在套筒1中非端头的一个位置的情况。在这种情况下,焊接工具10是一个围绕着套筒的筒体。头部2借助于其凹部分4中的一个支撑14固定不动(图5中的a))。在杆8加上拉力时,头部2如图5中的b)所示变形,其端部6因支撑14上的头部的稍稍旋转而向外侧移动。由此,头部上需要焊接的区域5就在套筒上以及焊接工具的支撑区域13上施加一个径向的力。借助于局部HF加热对套筒的焊接与上述焊接完全相同。
根据本发明的另一种制造方法,在中空本体仅仅是一端部分封闭时,通过给稍稍凹的部件内表面的中心部分加上一个推力就能将稍稍凹的部件焊接到中空本体的另一端上(参见图6)。在这种情况下,在其内表面加上一个推力就能使该部件变形从而提高其表观直径,从而将所述部件焊接到中空本体上。
本发明的另一个优点是本方法并不限于筒形容器,其也能将塑料部件焊接到横截面为各种凸的柔性中空本体上。非限定性地例如,横截面为椭圆形或者是带有圆角的多边形(方形、五边形、六边形等)的容器。
需要注意的是头部2的变形也可是永久的,这样就能获得一个其最终形状不同于初始形状的头部。这一点可用于凹度很大的部件,其能绕着其凹区域4“返回”。这样做的结果就是颈部3相对于端部6的高度不同于初始状态和最终状态。
根据本发明的另一种制造方法,其能将圆顶形(凹或凸)部件焊接到一中空塑料本体开口端的内表面上。此时,将一拉力加到其中间部分上就能使该部件变形从而减小其表观直径,并将其定位于一个直径等于该部件在初始状态下外径的中空本体的内部。一旦放好,就去掉该拉力,从而使该部件恢复到其初始形状,使该部件的外周压到中空本体的内壁上。通过对该部件外部以及中空本体内径的调整就能对两个部件之间施加到焊接区域上的压力进行控制。然后如上所述,借助于HF加热来进行焊接。
本发明能够获得这样的一种容器,其特征在于头部和底部与形成容器的筒体形成有径向焊缝。这些焊缝的显著特征在于它们均完全处在筒体的内部。此外,这些容器的头部和底部均不会在筒体外部包括有与筒体接触的区域。图1和2展示了本发明的这种容器。
Claims (13)
1.一种用来制造塑料容器的方法,其包括将一个平的柔性部件(2)的边缘夹到一中空本体(1)的内表面上,所述柔性部件(2)具有一凹表面和一凸表面,其特征在于进行下面的操作步骤:
-将该柔性部件(2)的边缘在布置上与中空本体(1)的内表面接触;
-沿着一个垂直于该柔性部件表面的方向(z)将一个推力或拉力加到该柔性部件(2)的中间部分(3)上从而在该柔性部件(2)中引出径向力,其使该柔性部件(2)的边缘压合到中空本体(1)的内表面上。
2.如权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所述径向力是永久产生的。
3.如权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所述径向力是在该柔性部件(2)夹到所述内表面的时候临时产生的。
4.如前述任一权利要求的方法,其特征在于所述推力或拉力加到所述柔性部件(2)的凹表面上。
5.如权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所述推力或拉力加到所述柔性部件(2)的凸表面上。
6.如权利要求1的方法,其特征在于将一拉力加到所述柔性部件(2)的中间部分(3)上,同时所述柔性部件(2)借助于一个支撑部件(13)固定,其中的支撑部件单独设置在所述柔性部件(2)稍稍凹的区域上或者是所述区域的外侧上。
7.如权利要求1的方法,其特征在于将一推力加到所述柔性部件(2)的中间部分(3)上同时借助于一个支撑部件(13)将柔性部件(2)固定在原处。
8.如权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:
-当所述柔性部件(2)定位于所述中空本体(1)中并焊接时,所述柔性部件(2)单独固定在其外表面上;
-当所述柔性部件(2)定位于所述中空本体(1)中时,加上一个径向力从而使所述柔性部件(2)变形并使所述柔性部件(2)的外周朝内部引导,这样就能将其插入到所述中空本体(1)中;
-在焊接操作时,去掉径向力,其能使所述柔性部件(2)恢复到其初始的形状,并且在所述柔性部件(2)的外周,将一个压力加到所述中空本体(1)的内表面上。
9.如权利要求8的方法,其特征在于所述推力或拉力从中空本体(1)的内部加上。
10.如权利要求1的方法,其包括一个操作步骤,其中所述柔性部件(2)的凹表面变形从而使其凸,反之亦然。
11.一种用来制造塑料容器的设备,其由一个中空本体(1)以及至少一个形成了一个弯曲表面的平的柔性部件(2)构成,其边缘夹到所述中空本体(1)的内表面上,其特征在于,其包括:一个装置(8),其用来将一个推力或拉力沿着一个与所述柔性部件表面垂直的方向加到所述柔性部件(2)的中间部分(3)上,由此就能引起一个指向该柔性部件(2)边缘的径向力。
12.如权利要求11的设备,其特征在于所述用来加上一个推力或拉力的装置(8)适于在所述柔性部件(2)外表面的中间部分(3)上产生一个拉力。
