Description
1)図4aに図示すように、チューブのスカート1とヘッドとは溶接材10の内部において正確に位置決めされねばならない。溶接機10はシールするべき部分をおおわねばならなくて、かつスカート2をガイドしなければならない。本溶接機は、スカート1とヘッド2とがZ方向に位置決めされる直交部分12を含んでいる。
2)接続ロッド8がヘッド3のネックに取り付けられている。二つの部品が異なる方法、例えば雌ねじ9をネック7のねじ山に螺合させることにより保持されていてもよい。
3)ロッド8により、ヘッド2に対して引張力がZ方向に作用されている。ヘッドは溶接機10によりサポート部分12において所定位置に保持されているので、ヘッド2は、もし半硬質材料で作られているなら、その凹形状のために図4bに図示するように変形される。ヘッド2の変形は、サポート12においてヘッド6の端部の外側へ向かってのわずかな摺動を引き起こし、従って、ヘッドの直径が増大する。従って、ヘッドの溶接部分5はチューブ壁面2に対しかつ溶接機の半径方向サポート部分13に対して、均一で大きな力により押しつけられる。従ってシールする二つの部品に圧力を作用することが可能になっている。
4)溶接は、誘導コイル11を用いてスカートを局所加熱することにより行なわれる。
5)溶接後、接続ロッド8がヘッド2からはずされる。引張力がなくなるので、ヘッドはプラスチックの弾力性により初期の幾何学的形状に復元する。従って、溶接機10により作られた製品(溶接された部品を備えたスカート)を取り出すことが容易である。
Claims (11)
- 円筒状の中空ボデーの内面をおおって平坦でフレキシブルな部品(2)の端面を把持する段階を含んでいるプラスチック容器の製造方法であって、前記部品(2)が凹面及び凸面を有している、プラスチック容器の製造方法において:
前記部品(2)の前記端面が前記円筒状の中空ボデー(1)の前記内面に接触して位置決めされている段階と;
前記部品(2)の前記端面を前記円筒状の中空ボデー(1)の前記内面に対して当接させる半径方向の力を前記部品(2)に発生させる、前記部品(2)の中心部分(3)に対して前記部品の表面に直交する方向(Z)にスラスト力又は引張力を作用させる段階と;
前記部品(2)の前記凹面を凸面とするために変形される段階、及び前記部品(2)の前記凸面を凹面とするために変形される段階
を含んでいることを特徴とする、プラスチック容器の製造方法。 - 前記半径方向の力が永久的に発生されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記半径方向の力が、前記部品(2)を前記内面に把持する間だけ一時的に発生されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記スラスト力又は引張力が前記部品(2)の凹面に作用されることを特徴とする、請求項1−3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記スラスト力又は引張力が前記部品(2)の凸面に作用されることを特徴とする、請求項1−3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記部品(2)がサポート部分(13)により所定位置に保持されている場合、引張力が前記部品(2)の中心部分(3)に作用されていて、前記サポート部分(13)は前記部品の凹面の部分に、又は前記部分の外側に単独で置かれていることを特徴とする、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記部品(2)がサポート部分(13)により所定位置に保持されている場合、スラスト力が前記部品(2)の中心部分(3)に作用されることを特徴とする、請求項1−3又は5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記部品(2)が前記円筒状の中空ボデー(1)の中に位置決めされる場合、及び溶接が行なわれる場合に、前記部品(2)は単にその外面を保持されていて;
前記部品(2)が前記円筒状の中空ボデー(1)の中に位置決めされる場合、前記部品(2)を変形しそして前記部品(2)の外周囲を内側に向けるスラスト力又は引張力が作用され、前記部品(2)を前記円筒状の中空ボデー(1)の中に挿入することが可能になっており;
溶接時には、前記スラスト力又は引張力は除去され、前記部品(2)が初期形状にもどることが可能になり、前記部品(2)の前記外周囲において、前記円筒状の中空ボデー(1)の内面に圧力を作用する;
ことを特徴とする、請求項1-7のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記スラスト力又は引張力が前記円筒状の中空ボデー(1)の内側から作用されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- プラスチック容器の製造装置であって、円筒状の中空ボデー(1)と、凹面及び凸面を形成している少なくとも一つのフレキシブルで平坦な部品(2)とを具備していて、前記部品(2)の端部が前記円筒状の中空ボデー(1)の内面に把持されているプラスチック容器の製造装置において:
前記部品(2)の前記端部へ向かう半径方向の力を引き起こすように、前記部品(2)の中心部分(3)に対してその表面に直交する方向にスラスト力又は引張力を作用させる手段(8)を備えていて、前記スラスト力又は引張力を作用させる手段(8)が、前記プラスチック部品(2)の外面の中心部分(3)に引張力を発生させることを特徴とする、プラスチック容器の製造装置。 - 前記部品(2)を半径方向に圧縮するための手段を備えていることと;前記スラスト力又は引張力を作用する手段は、部品(2)がその初期形状に復元することによる復元力であることとを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の製造装置。
