Description

一种感应热封设备和一种横向密封包装材料管的方法
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及感应热封。更具体地,涉及一种用于对容纳液体食品的包装材料管提供横向密封的设备及其方法。
背景技术
今天,众所周知,生产填充有液体食品的纸盒(carton)包装,例如,填充有牛奶的利乐砖TM(Tetra BrikTM)包装。利乐砖TM包装机是卷轴进料包装机(有时也称为卷轴进料填充机)的示例。在卷轴进料包装机中,在卷轴上提供给包装机的包装材料幅材形成为管并提供纵向密封。在形成管并提供纵向密封之后,该管被产品填充。从管的下端连续进行横向密封。与进行横向密封相关,管的下端被切掉,从而形成填充有液体产品的包装。这些包装随后被转移到折叠设备,该折叠设备通过使用包装材料中提供的预制折叠线(有时也称为弱化线)将包装折叠成它们的最终形式。
另一种类型的包装机是所谓的坯料进料包装机。与卷轴进料包装机不同的是,在坯料进料包装机中,包装是逐一制成的。两者的另一个区别是纵向密封不是在包装机中完成的,而是预先完成的。因此,在这种情况下,坯料被视为套筒形的包装材料片。在坯料进料包装机中,坯料被竖立(即展开),从而形成内部空间。在竖立之后,通过在套筒的一端提供横向密封而形成封闭端。在下一步中,将产品填充到套筒中,然后通过提供横向密封来封闭套筒的另一端,从而形成封闭的包装。
为确保产品安全地保存在包装内,应以可靠的方式完成横向密封。提供可靠横向密封的技术已使用多年,但由于速度方面的要求(例如每小时生产的包装数量),待填充到包装中的不同类型的产品(例如高粘度产品和含有种子和其他类型的颗粒的产品),服务间隔等不断增加,需要改进横向密封技术。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是至少部分地克服现有技术的一个或多个上述限制。特别地,一个目的是提供一种改进的感应热封设备。
根据第一方面,提供了一种用于提供包装材料管的横向密封的感应热封设备,所述感应热封设备包括主体,该主体包括被布置成在密封状态期间面向包装材料的第一密封表面和第二密封表面;设置在主体中的凹部,该凹部用于在切割状态期间接收刀具,其中第一密封表面和第二密封表面位于凹部的相对侧;以及设置在主体中的电导体装置,该电导体装置用于在密封状态期间在包装材料中感应涡流,其中至少部分的第一和第二密封表面是倾斜的并且分别设有第一顶部和第二顶部,使得当第一顶部和第二顶部被压向密封带时保持在管内的产品中的颗粒被推离管的密封带。
感应热封设备还可以包括保持电导体装置的磁通集中装置,其中该磁通集中装置设有一个或多个倾斜的磁通集中顶面,该一个或多个倾斜的磁通集中顶面形成部分的第一和第二密封表面。
电导体装置可以设有一个或多个倾斜的电导体装置顶面,该一个或多个倾斜的电导体装置顶面形成部分的第一和第二密封表面。
至少部分的第一和第二密封表面可以是倾斜的,使得在感应热封设备(300)被压向密封带时,包装材料中的熔化的聚合物的移动方向受到控制。
热封设备(300)的第一密封表面和第二密封表面的倾斜轮廓可以适于聚合物层中具有特定类型的聚合物的特定类型的包装材料。
此外,热封设备的第一密封表面和第二密封表面的倾斜轮廓可以适于包含特定类型颗粒的特定类型的产品。
另外,热封设备的第一密封表面和第二密封表面的倾斜轮廓可以适于填充机的特定类型的动力学。
根据第二方面,提供了一种横向密封系统,包括:根据第一方面的感应热封设备;以及与感应热封设备相对布置的反压装置,其中感应热封设备和反压装置在操作中布置成使得管能够在感应热封设备和反压装置之间进给。
反压装置包括第一反压元件和第二反压元件,第一反压元件和第二反压元件分别设有第一压力垫表面和第二压力垫表面,其中第一反压垫表面和第二反压垫表面是凸形的。
第一凸形压力垫的第一压力垫顶部可以偏移于感应热封设备的第一密封表面的第一顶部,并且第二凸形压力垫的第二压力垫顶部可以偏移于感应热封设备的第一密封表面的第二顶部。
根据第三方面,提供了一种用于通过使用感应热封设备以及与感应热封设备相对布置的反压装置对包装材料的管进行横向密封的方法,感应热封设备包括主体、设置在主体中的凹部、以及设置在主体中的电导体装置,主体包括布置成在密封状态期间面向包装材料的第一密封表面和第二密封表面,凹部用于在切割状态期间接收刀具,其中第一密封表面和第二密封表面位于凹部的相对侧,电导体装置用于在密封状态期间在包装材料中感应涡流,其中至少部分的第一和第二密封表面是倾斜的并且分别设有第一顶部和第二顶部,所述方法包括:
放置管,使得管的密封带面向感应热封设备和反压装置;
使感应热封设备和反压装置朝向彼此移动,使得保持在管内的产品的颗粒被推离;
通过使用感应热封设备在管的包装材料中感应涡流;
将管的第一侧和第二侧压向彼此,使得管的第一侧和第二侧的聚合物层中的熔化的聚合物彼此附接;以及
使用感应热封设备的倾斜密封表面分散熔化的聚合物,从而减小密封不足的风险。

具体实施方式
图1大体示出了包装机100。在所示示例中,包装机100是卷轴进料纸盒包装机。这种机器的一般原理是从包装材料的卷轴形成幅材102。尽管未示出,如果为满足食品安全法规而需要,可以使用过氧化氢浴、低压电子束(LVEB)装置或能够减少大量不需要的微生物的任何其他装置对幅材102进行灭菌。灭菌后,通过使用纵向密封设备,幅材102可形成管104。当已经形成了管,可通过至少部分置于管104内部的产品管106将产品(例如牛奶)进给到管104中。
为了从填充有产品的管104形成包装108,可以通过使用密封装置110在管的下端完成横向密封。通常,密封装置110具有两个主要功能一一提供横向密封,即将管的两个相对侧焊接在一起,使得放置在密封装置下游的管的下部中的产品与放置在密封装置上游的管中的产品分离,并且切断管的下部,从而形成包装108。或者,替代于如所示的在同一装置中提供横向密封并切断下部,该切断下部的步骤可以在随后的步骤中由不同的设备进行,或者如果意于以多件装形式出售包装,该切断下部的步骤可以在随后的步骤中由消费者进行。
图2更详细地示出了密封装置110的一般原理。可以从上方向管104进给,因为这使得产品可以保持在管内。在第一阶段,密封阶段S,设有密封设备200的第一钳和设有反压设备202的第二钳朝向彼此移动,使得管104的两个相对侧被压向彼此。为了提供横向密封,可以通过在包装材料中感应涡流同时将两个相对侧压在一起来提供热量。热量使得包装材料的聚合物层熔化,这又使得聚合物层可用于确保在钳被移除后两个相对侧能够彼此附接并保持在一起。在随后的步骤中,在本文中称为切割阶段C,管104的下部可被切割从而形成包装108。为了增加形成包装的速度,在密封阶段S和切割阶段C期间,钳可以与管104一起沿管进给方向A移动。
为了提供更可控的包装108的形成过程,可以使用所谓的体积形成翼(flap)204a、204b。更具体地,通过使用这些,具有圆形横截面的管104可以以受控方式被引导到具有矩形横截面的包装108中。
密封设备可以设置有两个电感器——第一电感器206a和第二电感器206b。在所示示例中,第一电感器206a布置在第二电感器206b上方。在提供横向密封之后,可以使用刀具208切断管的下部,从而形成包装108。在该示例中,刀具208以及第一电感器206a和第二电感器206b设置在密封设备中,但其他布置也是可能的。例如,刀具可以在反压设备中设置在管的另一侧,或者切割步骤可以由密封设备下游的单独设备执行。
在图3中通过示例的方式详细示出了可以形成密封装置110的一部分的感应热密封设备300。更具体地,感应热封设备300可以用作图2所示的密封设备200。
感应热封设备300可以包括主体302。在主体302中可以提供磁通集中装置304a-d。磁通集中装置304a-d的目的可以是在密封阶段S期间将由也可以包括在主体302中的电导体装置306a-d形成的电磁辐射导向包装材料的管102。磁通集中装置304a-d可以由不同材料(例如塑性铁氧体(plasto-ferrite)或软磁复合材料(soft magnetic composite))制成。
感应热封设备300可以以不同的方式设计。在图3中,通过示例的方式说明了所谓的双线圈电感器。在双线圈电感器中,电导体装置306a-d可以包括第一线圈306a-b和第二线圈306c-d,即,一个线圈设置在凹部308的任一侧,凹部308配置为在切割阶段C期间接收刀具。另一种选择是所谓的单线圈电感器,其中提供并布置一个线圈,使得线圈的一部分设置在凹部308的一侧,而线圈的另一部分设置在凹部308的另一侧。换言之,第一电感器310和第二电感器312,分别代表位于凹部308一侧的主体302的第一部分和位于凹部308另一侧的主体302的第二部分,可以共享单个线圈或可以如图3所示各自设置一个线圈。
此外,如图所示,电导体装置306a-d可由磁通集中装置304a-d保持,使得电导体装置306a-d形成主体302的外表面的一部分。另一种选择,虽然未示出,电导体布置306a-d完全保持在磁通集中装置304a-d内,使得电导体布置306a-d不形成主体302的外表面的一部分。还有另一种选择,具有未示出的表面覆盖物,使得磁通集中装置304a-d和电导体装置306a-d都不形成外表面的一部分。
第一电感器310的第一密封表面314a和第二电感器312的第二密封表面314b如图3所示可以分别是倾斜的。第一密封表面314a和第二密封表面314b倾斜有几个优点。首先,与具有平面电感器相比,在密封阶段S期间,可以以一种更可控的方式,将管104中的食品中的颗粒从管104的密封带(即管104的待形成为横向密封的部分)推出。更具体地,使第一密封表面314a和第二密封表面314b倾斜的效果在于可以在管104内部连续地建立压力梯度。由于不同的产品在例如粘度和是否包括颗粒方面、以及如果包括颗粒,在这些颗粒所具有的不同特性方面有所不同,不同的产品可能需要不同的措施以避免密封带中的产品残留。通过定制倾斜轮廓(即密封表面314a,314b如何倾斜),基于保持在管104内部的产品,可以针对产品优化压力梯度的建立,这意味着甚至进一步改进横向密封。
在改进了在密封阶段S从密封带充分移除产品残留物之外,使密封表面314a,314b倾斜也对密封质量具有积极影响。即,在密封阶段S期间,熔化的聚合物层中也形成压力梯度。这使得与使用平面电感器相比,可以以更精确的方式控制包装材料中熔化的聚合物如何移动。进而,这可导致在包装材料中具有熔化的聚合物聚集体的风险降低。换言之,熔化的聚合物可以更有效地分布。另一个积极的效果是实现可靠的横向密封可以需要更少的聚合物。由于可以以更精确的方式控制在密封阶段S期间熔化的聚合物如何分布,这可能意味着需要更少的聚合物,这从环境角度以及从成本角度都是有利的。
在图3所示的示例中,第一密封表面314a和第二密封表面314b分别设有第一顶部部分316a和第二顶部部分316b。如图所示,在该示例中,第一顶部部分316a和第二顶部部分316b靠近凹部308放置,但是第一顶部部分316a和第二顶部部分316b的其他放置也是可能的。此外,如图3所示,磁通集中顶面318a-d可以倾斜并形成部分的第一和第二密封表面314a,314b。如图所示,电导体装置顶面320a-d也可以倾斜并形成部分的密封表面314a,314b。此外,第一密封表面314a和第二密封表面314b可以关于穿过凹部308的凹部轴线RA对称。
图4大体示出了横向密封系统400,其包括感应热封设备300和反压装置402a、402b,反压装置402a和402b继而包括第一反压元件402a和第二反压元件402b。
与图3所示的感应热封设备300不同,在图4所示的感应热封设备300中,第一顶部部分316a和第二顶部部分316b分别放置在第一密封表面314a和第二密封表面314b的中间部分,而不是如图3所示的示例中的靠近凹部308。此外,图4所示示例中的密封表面314a、314b只是部分倾斜,即密封表面314a、314b包括倾斜部分和平坦部分。
第一反压元件402a和第二反压元件402b可以分别包括第一反压垫404a和第二反压垫404b,该第一反压垫404a和第二反压垫404b可以例如由橡胶或其他弹性材料制成。第一反压垫404a和第二反压垫404b可以设置有第一反压垫表面406a和第二反压垫表面406b,该第一反压垫表面406a和第二反压垫表面406b在密封阶段S期间被布置为面向管104。第一反压垫表面406a和第二反压垫表面406b可以是凸形的并且分别设有第一反压垫顶部408a和第二反压垫顶部408b。
如图4所示,第一反压垫顶部408a和第二反压垫顶部408b可以相对于第一顶部316a和第二顶部316b偏移,在此由穿过第一反压垫顶部408a的第一压力垫顶部FPPTS轴、穿过第二反压垫顶部408b的第二压力垫顶部SPPTS轴、穿过第一顶部316a的第一顶部FTS轴和穿过第二顶部316b的第二顶部STS轴示出。即使未示出,也可以使第一反压垫顶部408a和第二反压垫顶部408b相对于第一顶部316a和第二顶部316b对齐。

另外,第一反压元件402a和第二反压元件402b的形状可以不同,使得第一反压垫表面406a和第二反压垫表面406b具有不同的倾斜轮廓。使这些形状不同的一个原因是,放置在横向密封系统400上游的管104将由保持在管104中的食品引起的压力向下提供到横向密封系统400。通过使得第一反压元件402a和第二反压元件402b形状不同,并且可选地也(或者替代地)使得第一感应器310和第二感应器312形状不同,则可以补偿由食品引起的压力。

Claims (5)

1.一种横向密封系统(400),其包括用于提供包装材料的管(104)的横向密封的感应热封设备(300),所述感应热封设备(300)包括:
主体(302),所述主体(302)包括布置成在密封状态(S)期间面向所述包装材料的第一密封表面(314a)和第二密封表面(314b);
设置在所述主体(302)中的凹部(308),所述凹部(308)用于在切割状态(C)期间接收刀具,其中所述第一密封表面(314a)和所述第二密封表面(314b)位于所述凹部(308)的相对侧;以及
设置在所述主体(302)中的电导体装置(306a,306b,306c,306d),所述电导体装置(306a,306b,306c,306d)用于在所述密封状态(S)期间在所述包装材料中感应涡流,
其中至少部分的所述第一和第二密封表面(314a,314b)是倾斜的并且分别设有第一顶部(316a)和第二顶部(316b),使得当所述第一密封表面(314a)和所述第二密封表面(314b)被压向密封带时,保持在所述管(104)内的产品中的颗粒被推离所述管的所述密封带;以及
与所述感应热封设备(300)相对布置的反压装置(402a,402b),
其中所述感应热封设备(300)和所述反压装置(402a,402b)在操作中布置成使得所述管(104)能够在所述感应热封设备(300)和所述反压装置(402a,402b)之间进给,其中所述反压装置(402a,402b)包括第一反压元件(402a)和第二反压元件(402b),所述第一反压元件(402a)和所述第二反压元件(402b)分别设有第一反压垫表面(406a)和第二反压垫表面(406b),其中所述第一反压垫表面(406a)和所述第二反压垫表面(406b)是凸形的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的横向密封系统(400),其中第一凸形反压垫表面(406a)的第一反压垫顶部(408a)偏移于所述感应热封设备(300)的所述第一密封表面(314a)的所述第一顶部(316a),并且第二凸形反压垫表面(406b)的第二反压垫顶部(408b)偏移于所述感应热封设备(300)的所述第一密封表面(314b)的所述第二顶部(316b)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的横向密封系统(400),其中所述感应热封设备(300)还包括保持所述电导体装置(306a,306b,306c,306d)的磁通集中装置(304a,304b,304c,304d),其中所述磁通集中装置(304a,304b,304c,304d)设有一个或者多个倾斜的磁通集中顶面(318a,318b,318c,318d),所述一个或者多个倾斜的磁通集中顶面(318a,318b,318c,318d)形成部分的所述第一和第二密封表面(314a,314b)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的横向密封系统(400),其中所述电导体装置(306a,306b,306c,306d)设有一个或者多个倾斜的电导体装置顶面(320a,320b,320c,320d),所述一个或者多个倾斜的电导体装置顶面(320a,320b,320c,320d)形成部分的所述第一和第二密封表面(314a,314b)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的横向密封系统(400),其中至少部分的所述第一和第二密封表面(314a,314b)是倾斜的,使得在所述感应热封设备(300)被压向所述密封带时,所述包装材料中的熔化的聚合物的移动方向受到控制。
