Description

液体充填管热封装置
本发明涉及将装有液体饮料等的管子每隔相当于一个容器的长度横断地热封的装置。
在JP-A-4-154564中揭示了此种装置,该装置是用于对具有铝箔层的、以纸为主体的热封性积层体制管子进行热封的液体充填管热封装置,该装置沿着管子两侧在每隔相当于一个容器的长度处,于切断管子之前,在预定切断部两侧对管子进行热封;该装置备有:开闭自如的一对加压部件;相互平行地延伸的上下2个加压垫,该加压垫设在其中一个加压部件的加压面上,用于沿着管子两侧分别对管子的预定切断部两侧加压;带有相互平行延伸的上下2个笔直部的U字形高频线圈,该高频线圈设在另一个加压部件的加压面上,用于沿着管子两侧分别对管子的预定切断部两侧加热;在两加压部件闭合时,在另一个加压部件的加压面上,形成由上下加压垫加压的上下密封带域形成部;上下密封带域形成部的整个带域是平坦的,并且,在两加压部件闭合时,该上下密封带域平行于上下加压垫的前端面。
上述现有装置中,由于上下密封带域形成部平行于上下加压垫的前端面,所以,上下密封带域形成部的整个带域被均匀压力同时加压。
在这种装置中,为了良好地进行热封,对管子加压时,必须顺利地将液体从管子的密封带域排除。但是,管子内面不一定是完全平坦的,而有极小的凹凸。因此,用上述均匀加压的方法不能把进入凹凸处的液体排除出去,残存在密封带域内的液体造成密封不良。
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种在对管子加压时能顺利地将液体从管子密封带域排除而能进行完全热封的液体充填管热封装置。
本发明的液体充填管热封装置,是用于对具有铝箔层的、以纸为主体的热封性积层体制管子进行热封的液体充填管热封装置,该装置沿着管子两侧在每隔相当于一个容器的长度处,于切断管子之前,在预定切断部两侧对管子进行热封;该装置备有:开闭自如的一对加压部件;相互平行地延伸的2个上下加压垫;该加压垫设在其中一个加压部件的加压面上,用于沿着管子两侧分别对管子T的预定切断部两侧加压;带有相互平行延伸的2个上下笔直部的U字形高频线圈;该高频线圈设在另一个加压部件的加压面上,用于沿着管子两侧分别对管子的预定切断部两侧加热;在两加压部件闭合时,在另一个加压部件的加压面上,形成由上下加压垫加压的上下密封带域形成部;其特征在于,上密封带域形成部区分成挟着其中间高度部分L的下侧第1次密封带域形成部及上侧第2次密封带域形成部;下密封带域形成部区分成挟着其中间高度部分L的上侧第1次密封带域形成部及下侧第2次密封带域形成部;在两加压部件闭合时,上下密封带域形成部的第1次密封带域形成部平行于上下加压垫的前端面,同时,上下密封带域形成部的第2次密封带域形成部随着吃进各外侧而逐渐向远离上下加压垫前端面的方向倾斜。
第2次密封带域形成部的倾斜角度最好为4~10度。
在上下密封带域形成部的第1次密封带域形成部与第2次密封带域形成部交界处的所需部位,也可以设置突条。
在本发明的液体充填管热封装置中,由于上密封带域形成部区分成挟着其中间高度部分L的下侧第1次密封带域形成部及上侧第2次密封带域形成部;下密封带域形成部区分成挟着其中间高度部分L的上侧第1次密封带域形成部及下侧第2次密封带域形成部;在两加压部件闭合时,上下密封带域形成部的第1次密封带域形成部平行于上下加压垫的前端面,同时,上下密封带域形成部的第2次密封带域形成部随着吃进各外侧而向逐渐远离上下加压垫前端面的方向倾斜,所以,在对管子加压时,在上下密封带域形成部中,成为容器外侧的部分被第1次密封带域形成部强压,接着,成为容器内侧的部分被第2次带域形成部从外向内地依次减弱地加压。
因此,根据本发明,在管子加压后,为了密封而加热时,能把残存在内面树脂间的液体和溶融树脂顺利地从管子密封带域排出,能在第1次密封带域进行无残存液的完全热封。
另外,当第2次密封带域的倾斜角度不足4度时,第2次密封带域形成部的液体排除不充分;当倾斜角度超过10度时,第2次密封带域形成部的液体排除效果虽显著,但仅仅是第1次密封带域形成部的密封效果显著;当第2次密封带域的倾斜角度为4~10度时,密封带域被恰当的压力加压。
因此,溶融的树脂和残存在内面树脂间的极少量液体流动,在第1次密封带域形成部上得到完全的密封部。
此外,如果在上下密封带域形成部的第1次密封带域形成部与第2次密封带域形成部交界处的所需部位设置突条,则在密封带域形成部的加压之前,密封带域先由突条加压。
因此,能预先从密封带域中排除夹杂物。

图1所示的管子T是将薄条W(图2)的一侧边缘内面与另一侧边缘外面叠合并热封而形成的。管子T内充填着饮料。
如图2所示,薄条W是由下列各层材料构成一体的叠层体,从作为容器外侧的一层起,构成该叠层体的材料依次是聚乙烯层11、纸层12、粘接剂层13、铝箔层14和内聚乙烯层15。
热封装置是在液面下每隔相当于一个容器的长度处,横断地热封管子T的装置。该热封装置备有左右一对摆动自如的臂21、22和彼此相向地固定在其上部的开闭自如的加压部件23、24。
如图3所示,在左加压部件23的加压面31上,设有相互平行延伸的一对上下水平槽32、33,橡胶制的上下加压垫34、35前端突出地嵌合在这些槽内。另外,在左加压部件23上,还备有在密封的同时切断管子的切刀(图未示)。在右加压部件24的加压面36上,设有U字形槽37,铜制的U字形高频线圈38和2个铁素体制的板带状磁性体39嵌入其中。在U字形槽32的直线部之间形成切刀切入槽40。
如图4所示,高频线圈38呈内部形成冷却水通道41的方筒状,备有相互平行延伸的一对上下笔直部42、43。两笔直部42、43的一侧面与右加压部件24的加压面36齐平。
如图5所示,在右加压部件24的加压面36上的高频线圈38上笔直部42附近,表示着上密封带域形成部44。在左右加压部件23、24接近时,该带域形成部44是被上加压垫34的前端加压的部分。该上密封带域形成部44从下往上区分为第1次密封带域形成部51、第2次密封带域形成部52和第3次密封带域形成部53。这些密封带域形成51~53将上密封带域形成部44约分成3等分。图5中,第1次密封带域形成部51和第3次密封带域形成部53是垂直的,第2次密封带域形成部52相对于垂直线倾斜预定角度θ。因此,在左右加压部件23、24闭合时,第1次密封带域形成部51及第3次密封带域形成部53平行于上加压垫34的前端面;第2次密封带域形成部52随着吃进各外侧而向着逐渐远离加压垫34前端面的方向倾斜。该第2次密封带域形成部52的倾斜角度θ为7度,但也可以在4-10度的范围内选择适当的角度。
再参见图4,在右加压部件24的加压面36上的高频线圈38下笔直部43附近,表示着下密封带域形成部45。下密封带域形成部45从上往下区分为第1次密封带域形成部51、第2次密封带域形成部52和第3次密封带域形成部53。这些密封带域形成部的排列与上密封带域形成部44的上下排列相反。
在两笔直部42、43的一侧面两端附近(图3),各形成2个突条61,该两个突条61的间隔比偏平状管子T的宽度稍窄。当密封时,这些突条61分别强压管子两边缘部,该突条61位于第1次密封带域形成部51的边缘部与第2次密封带域形成部52相接处。
突条61的大小可以这样选定:当偏平状管子的宽度为102mm,管子的厚度为0.4mm时,突条61的长度为10mm,上下各笔直部42、43的突条61的间隔为88mm。突条61的宽度为0.6mm,高度为0.2mm。突条61的横断面轮廓为圆弧形,其圆弧半径为0.325mm。
突条61的尺寸不限定于上述的例子,突条61的长度可在6mm~12mm范围内变更,管子的厚度可在0.2mm~0.5mm范围内变更。设管子的厚度为t时,突条61的宽度可在0.8t~2t、高度可在0.02t~0.08t的范围内变更。
磁性体39的横断面为方形,其宽度等于线圈38的饷嵌入深度方向尺寸,其厚度约为宽度的五分之一,沿着线圈38的上下笔直部42、43的外侧配设。
参照图6详细说明密封动作。密封时,当左右加压部件23、24闭合时,突条先加压管子T的两边,然后,第1次密封带域形成部51、第2次密封带域形成部52及第3次密封带域形成部53依次压力减弱地对管子T进行加压。在该状态下加热时,在密封带域形成部44、45处的溶融聚乙烯P朝着成为容器内外侧的部分挤出,最后形成分别对应于第1次密封带域形成部51、第2次密封带域形成部52及第3次密封带域形成部53的第1次密封带域71、第2次密封带域72及第3次密封带域73。可得到这样的密封状态:在第1次密带域71,可得到完全没有夹杂物的密封,在第2次及第3次密封带域72、73,是含夹杂物的密封。在远离第1次密封带域71中的突起61的部分(图6所示第1次密封带域71的下侧部分),也可能残存有一些夹杂物。
上述的第3次密封带域形成部53是平行于第1次密封带域形成部51的;但也可以通过延长第2次密封带域形成部52的方式来形成第3次密封带域形成部53,这样,第3次密封带域形成部53与第2次密封带域52倾斜同样的角度。

Claims (3)

1,一种液体充填管热封装置,用于对具有铝箔层的、以纸为主体的热封性积层体制管子T进行热封,该装置沿着管子两侧在每隔相当于一个容器的长度处,于切断管子T之前,在预定切断部两侧对管子进行热封;该装置备有:开闭自如的一对加压部件;相互平行地延伸的2个上下加压垫,该加压垫设在其中一个加压部件的加压面上,用于沿着管子两侧分别对管子T的预定切断部两侧加压;具有相互平行延伸的2个上下笔直部的U字形高频线圈,该高频线圈设在另一个加压部件的加压面,用于沿着管子两侧分别对管子T的预定切断部两侧加热;在两加压部件闭合时,在另一个加压部件的加压面上,形成由上下加压垫加压的上下密封带域形成部;其特征在于,上密封带域形成部区分成挟着其高度中间部分的下侧第1次密封带域形成部及上侧第2次密封带域形成部;下密封带域形成部区分成挟着其高度中间部分的上侧第1次密封带域形成部及下侧第2次密封带域形成部;在两加压部件闭合时,上下密封带域形成部的第1次密封带域形成部平行于上下加压垫的前端面;上下密封带域形成部的第2次密封带域形成部随着吃进各外侧而向着远离上下加压垫前端面的方向倾斜。
2,如权利要求1所述的液体充填管热封装置,其特征在于,第2次密封带域形成部的倾斜角度θ为4~10度。
3,如权利要求1或2所述的液体充填管热封装置,其特征在于,上下密封带域形成部的第1次密封带域形成部和第2次密封带域形成部交界处的所需部位设有突条。
