技术领域
本发明涉及用于热密封用于生产可灌注食物产品的密封包装的包装材料的感应密封装置。本发明还涉及制造这样的感应密封装置的方法。
背景技术
存在在由纸基或纸板基的包装材料制成的包装中包装和销售的许多可灌注的食物产品(如果汁、不起泡饮料、奶、酒、蕃茄酱等)。这种类型的包装的典型示例是称为Tetra(利乐砖)的平行六面体包装,该包装是通过折叠并密封层叠的带状包装材料而做出的。所描述的包装在全自动包装机中生产,全自动包装机如应用形成-灌装-密封技术的TetraPakA3包装机。任选地,包装具有其中形成和灌装层压包装材料的预制造片材的类型,典型的例子被作为Tetra(利乐佳)销售。

发明内容
鉴于上述情况,本发明的一个目的因此是通过提供一种更耐损耗和耐腐蚀的密封装置来延长密封装置的寿命。本发明的一个目的是提供例如当经受例如那些存在于自动包装机中的苛刻条件时具有改进的性能的电感器,改进的性能例如延长的寿命时间。本发明的一个目的是提供在经受自动包装机中的环境时具有所期望的性质(当涉及到导电性时)以及寿命长的电感器。典型地,环境可使密封装置损耗,主要是由于在包装密封期间其作用机制。
上述目的通过用于对用于生产密封包装的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封装置来实现。所述密封装置包括由包含银(Ag)和铜(Cu)的合金制成的至少一个电感器。
本发明还通过一种通过提供包括由包含银(Ag)和铜(Cu)的合金制成的至少一个电感器(12)的感应密封装置(10)制造用于对用于生产密封包装的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封装置(10)的方法来实现。

具体实施方式
许多可灌注的食品产品,如水果汁、不起泡饮料、奶、酒、蕃茄酱等,在由纸基或纸板基的包装材料制成的包装中销售。这种类型的包装的一个典型的例子是称为Tetra(利乐砖)的平行六面体包装,其通过折叠和密封层压包装材料的幅材制成。
用于该类型的包装的典型的包装材料具有基本上包括纤维材料(例如纸或纸板)基层和覆盖基层的两侧的多层热密封聚合材料(例如聚乙烯膜)的结构。在无菌包装的储存和分配是在环境温度下进行的情况下,所述包装材料还通常包括气体阻隔材料和光阻隔材料(例如铝箔)层,该层叠加在塑料材料层上,并且进而用另一形成包装的最终接触食品产品的内表面的可热密封聚合材料层覆盖。
在无菌包装的生产中,包装材料在包装机中被灭菌。给包装材料灭菌的一种方法是施加如过氧化氢溶液之类的化学灭菌剂,一旦灭菌完毕,化学灭菌剂例如通过加热蒸发从包装材料的表面被除去。给包装材料灭菌的另一种方法是通过电子束的方式来照射它。包装材料的幅材在灭菌后被保持在封闭无菌的环境中,并被纵向折叠和密封以形成垂直管。该管在第一垂直方向上连续供给,并用经灭菌的或经灭菌处理的食物产品灌装(形成-灌装─密封技术),并且通过成对的夹爪在等距间隔的截面上被夹紧。更具体地,成对的夹爪循环并依次作用于管,热密封所述管的包装材料,以形成通过各自的横向密封区相互连接的连续的成排的垫状包装,该横向密封区在垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向上延伸。该垫状包装通过在相对横向密封区切断而分开。然后包装被输送到最终的折叠站,在折叠站它们被机械折叠成最终的平行六面体形状。
对于其它类型的包装,例如称为Tetra(利乐佳)的包装,包装材料可以作为片材被提供。通过密封片材的两个重叠的端部,每个片材在包装变换线中形成扁平套筒。在包装机中,扁平套筒竖立,套筒的一端被横向密封。食物产品被灌装到部分形成的包装中,并且在随后的站,包装的仍开放的端部被横向密封,以形成封闭的包装。在最终形成操作之后,包装被杀菌以使它们无菌。
本发明可以应用到任何上述包装类型中。
在感应加热密封中,密封装置基本上包括由高频电流发生器供电的电感器。电感器由导电材料制成,并且所产生的电磁场与在包装材料中的铝层相互作用以诱导涡流并将塑料加热到必要的密封温度。根据本发明,电感器是由合金制成的电感器组成的。在本发明的一个实施方式中,合金是银(Ag)合金。电感器也可以被称为感应线圈。在本发明的一个实施方式中,合金是包含Ag、Cu和一种或多种其他元素的合金。

密封装置通常安装在第一钳口。另一个钳口,被称为砧座,包括:装配有由弹性材料制成的压力垫的反密封元件。砧座与密封装置协作以沿相对的横向密封区热密封管或套筒。更具体地说,密封装置局部熔化在钳口之间夹持的两层可热密封聚合材料。
此外,为了从管切割出包装,砧座可被布置有切割元件。特别地,切割元件可沿正交于第一方向和第二方向的第三方向朝向密封夹爪的密封装置滑动和滑动离开密封夹爪的密封装置,使得它根据先前描述将连续的成排的包装切割成单个包装。
用于两种情况的已知的感应器密封装置基本上包括具有一个或多个密封面的电感器。电感器部分地包封在支撑体中,至少具有在支撑体的外表面上露出的密封面,其用于在包装的形成过程中与所述包装材料协作。电源连接件也暴露在支撑体外。由磁通量集中材料(例如含有铁氧体的复合材料)制成的一个或多个插入件可以被布置在支撑体中,靠近电感器,以用于引导电磁场。
每个密封面可以包括凸脊,凸脊用于与包装材料配合并增大在其上的压力,从而在密封区域中造成包装材料的熔化的塑料材料的熔合。
虽然本发明如上所述,但下文描述了进一步更具体的实施方式。
图1示出了感应密封装置10。它包括电感器12,即从密封装置10的第一端部14直线延伸到相对端部16的感应线圈。它在第一端部14和第二端部16之间有纵向延伸部。电连接件(未示出)适于被连接到电感器12的电源连接件18,用于允许电流能流过电感器12,该电流由外部电源(未示出)供给。
取决于感应密封装置10将装配的夹爪系统的类型,冷却装置(未示出)可以设置在密封装置10内。一种冷却方式可以是在电感器12内设置一个或多个冷却液体管道。
也如图2所示,电感器12设置有两个密封面12a、12b。密封面平行设置并间隔开。电感器12沿直线路径从第一端14延伸到相对端16,从而形成第一密封面12a,如果电感器12改变方向并返回到第一端14,就形成平行于第一密封面12a的第二密封面12b。通过装备这种环型配置的电感器12,单一密封装置可以同时提供两个相邻的密封件。替代地,电感器可以是仅具有一个密封面的单密封型。替代地,电感器可以是具有两个以上的密封面(通常为四个密封面)的双环型。
如图1所示,电感器12被部分地封装在支撑体22中。密封面12a、12b暴露在支撑体22的外部的上表面24上,用于在包装的形成过程中与包装材料协作。支撑体22通常由聚合材料制成,优选由玻璃纤维增强聚合物材料,例如聚苯硫醚(PPS)制成。电感器12的电源连接件18也暴露在支撑体22的外部。槽20设置在电感器12的密封面12a、12b之间,用于允许切割工具在槽20中运行,由此可以有效的方式将包装从管分开。
现在转到图3,示出了感应密封装置10的横截面图。与例如图1相比较,很容易理解,该横截面图在正交于密封装置10的纵向延伸部定向的平面中。纵向延伸部是第一端部14和第二端部16之间的延伸部。如可以看到的,上表面24是基本上平坦的,以提供与包装材料沿感应密封装置10的整个长度的紧密接触。上表面24在电感器12的两个密封面12a和12b上方延伸,并在槽20处中断。电感器12的每个密封面12a和12b还包括沿每个密封面12a和12b的整个长度线性延伸的凸脊26。凸脊26用于与包装材料进行协作,以确保感应密封装置10和包装材料之间的充分接触,并增加在包装材料上的压力,因此在密封区域导致包装材料的熔化的塑料材料的熔合。在水平方向上看,每个脊26被定位成稍微偏移相应的密封面12a、12b的中心。对于两个脊26,该偏移使得在朝向槽20的方向上有一定距离。以这种方式,密封区域在朝向包装的内部的方向将比朝向切割端大,朝向包装的内部的密封区域充当无菌紧接头,在切割端密封区域仅作为机械接头。
任选地,由磁性通量集中材料(例如含有铁氧体的复合材料)制成的一个或多个插入件28被布置在支撑体22内,靠近电感器12。插入件28使在激活感应密封装置10时产生的磁场增强,从而需要较小的电流用于实现包装的足够的密封。
磁性插入件28可以沿着电感器12的整个长度方向延伸,或者它可设置为在电感器12的长度方向上的各种位置分布的分离部件。优选地,这样的分离的磁性插入件28可以被布置在电感器12的密封面12a、12b的端部,以及在电感器12的中央。因为在包装材料被折叠的情况下可能需要附加功率,所以端部的位置有利的。此外,位于中央的磁性插入件28可向其中存在包装的纵向密封因此需要热传输通过包装材料的附加层的区域提供额外的功率。
优选地,磁性插入件28设置有圆角,从图3可以明显看出。这是有利的,因为该聚合物体22将以非常稳固的方式围绕该插入件,从而减少在磁性插入件的的尖角情况下可能存在的被捕获的空穴或裂缝的风险。
如本发明上面描述的和在所附的权利要求中所描述的,电感器12由包括Ag和Cu的合金制成。
对本领域技术人员而言,显而易见的是,随着技术的进步,可以以各种方式来实现基本构思。因此,本发明及其实施方式不限于上述的实施例;相反,它们可以在权利要求的范围内变化。

10.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的感应密封装置(10),其中,所述合金包含至少0.1重量%的选自Li、Be、Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、Sc、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Zn、Ga、Rb、Sr、Y、Zr、Nb、Mo、Tc、Ru、Rh、Pd、Cd、In、Sn、Cs、Ba、Hf、Ta、W、Re、Os、Ir、Pt、Au、Hg、TI、Pb、Bi、Fr、Ra、Rf、Db、Sg、Bh、Hs、Mt、Ds、Rg、Cn、Uut、Uuq、Uup和Uuh中的一种或多种其它元素。
11.根据权利要求10所述的感应密封装置(10),其中所述一种或多种其它元素选自镍(Ni)、铁(Fe)和金(Au)。
12.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的感应密封装置(10),其中所述合金包括72重量%-78重量%的Ag、21重量%-27重量%的Cu和0.5重量%-2重量%的Ni。
13.根据权利要求12所述的感应密封装置(10),其中所述合金包含约74重量%的Ag、约24重量%的Cu和约1重量%的Ni。
14.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的感应密封装置(10),其中至少一个电感器(12)至少部分地封装在包括聚合物材料的支撑体(22)中。
15.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的感应密封装置(10),其中,所述至少一个电感器(12)设置有适于在密封期间与所述包装材料配合的至少一个密封面(12a,12b)。
16.根据权利要求14或15所述的感应密封装置(10),其中,所述至少一个密封面(12a,12b)设置有用于在密封期间与所述包装材料配合以及用于增大包装材料上的密封压力的沿所述密封面的纵向延伸部延伸的凸脊(26)。
17.一种通过提供包括由包含银(Ag)和铜(Cu)的合金制成的至少一个电感器的感应密封装置(10)制造用于对用于生产密封包装的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封装置(10)的方法。
