Claims (17)
- 銀(Ag)と銅(Cu)とを備える合金からなる少なくとも1つの誘導子を備える、密閉されたパッケージを生産するために包装材料をヒートシールするための誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記合金が、Ag、Cu、及び1つ以上の他の元素を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記1つ以上の他の元素が、Li、Be、Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、Sc、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Zn、Ga、Rb、Sr、Y、Zr、Nb、Mo、Tc、Ru、Rh、Pd、Cd、In、Sn、Cs、Ba、Hf、Ta、W、Re、Os、Ir、Pt、Au、Hg、TI、Pb、Bi、Fr、Ra、Rf、Db、Sg、Bh、Hs、Mt、Ds、Rg、Cn、Uut、Uuq、Uup、及びUuhからなる群から互いから無関係に選択されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記1つ以上の他の元素が、Ni、Fe、Au、Cr、Be、Zr及びPtからなる群から互いから無関係に選択されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記合金は、少なくとも10重量%のAgと、少なくとも1重量%のCuを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記合金は、少なくとも50重量%のAgを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記合金は、少なくとも20重量%のCuを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記合金は、少なくとも50重量%のCuを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記合金は、50〜97重量%のAgと、3〜50重量%のCuと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記合金が、少なくとも0.1重量%のLi、Be、Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、Sc、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Zn、Ga、Rb、Sr、Y、Zr、Nb、Mo、Tc、Ru、Rh、Pd、Cd、In、Sn、Cs、Ba、Hf、Ta、W、Re、Os、Ir、Pt、Au、Hg、TI、Pb、Bi、Fr、Ra、Rf、Db、Sg、Bh、Hs、Mt、Ds、Rg、Cn、Uut、Uuq、Uup、及びUuhからなる群から選択された1つ以上の他の元素を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記1つ以上の他の元素が、ニッケル(Ni)、鉄(Fe)、及び金(Au)から選択されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記合金が、72〜78重量%のAgと、21〜27重量%のCuと、0.5〜2重量%のNiと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜11に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記合金が、約74重量%のAg、約24重量%のCu、及び約1重量%のNiを備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの誘導子(12)が、ポリマー物質を備える支持本体(22)に少なくとも部分的に封止されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの誘導子(12)には、シール中の包装材料との協働のために設けられた少なくとも1つのシール表面(12a、12b)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのシール表面(12a、12b)には、前記シール表面の長手方向長さに沿って延在する、包装材料との協働のため及びシール中の包装材料へのシール圧力を増加させるための突出する畝部(26)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項14又は15に記載の誘導式シール装置(10)。
- 銀(Ag)及び銅(Cu)を備える合金からなる少なくとも1つの誘導子(12)を備える誘導式シール装置(10)を提供することによる、密閉されたパッケージを生産するために包装材料をヒートシールするための誘導式シール装置(10)を製造する方法。
