Claims (24)
1. Магнитная вставка для усиления магнитного поля устройства индукционного нагрева, отличающаяся тем, что магнитная вставка (302) изготовлена с помощью композиции, содержащей выполненную с возможностью формования полимерную матрицу и мягкий магнитный материал.
2. Магнитная вставка по п.1, в которой выполненная с возможностью формования полимерная матрица содержит PPS.
3. Магнитная вставка по п.1 или 2, в которой мягкий магнитный материал содержит никель-цинковый феррит.
4. Магнитная вставка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой концентрация мягкого магнитного материала составляет 30-70 объемных процентов.
5. Магнитная вставка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой полимерная матрица выполнена с возможностью формования литьем под давлением, термоформованием и/или литьевым прессованием.
6. Магнитная вставка по любому из пп.1-4, в которой полимерная матрица является печатаемой.
7. Способ изготовления магнитной вставки для устройства индукционного нагрева, содержащий этапы обеспечения композиции, содержащей выполненную с возможностью формования полимерную матрицу и мягкий магнитный материал, и формования упомянутой композиции в упомянутую магнитную вставку.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором этап формования упомянутой композиции выполняется посредством литья под давлением, термоформования, литьевого прессования или 3D печати.
9. Устройство (30) индукционного нагрева для запечатывания двух слоев упаковочного материала, содержащее
конструкцию (301) в виде основания, поддерживающую магнитную вставку (302) по любому из пп.1-6;
катушку (303) для индуцирования магнитного поля, расположенную на стороне магнитной вставки (302), противоположной конструкции (301) основания; и
конструкцию (304) в виде корпуса, выполненную с возможностью вмещения магнитной вставки (302) и катушки (303) после сборки.
10. Устройство индукционного нагрева по п.9, в котором магнитная вставка (302) выполнена литьем под давлением между конструкцией (301) основания и катушкой (303).
11. Устройство индукционного нагрева по п.9 или 10, в котором магнитная вставка (302) продолжается над верхней поверхностью конструкции (301) в виде основания, обращенной к катушке (303).
12. Устройство индукционного нагрева по любому из пп.9-11, в котором магнитная вставка (302) выполнена с рядом углублений для приема катушки (303).
13. Устройство индукционного нагрева по любому из пп.9-12, в котором конструкция (301) в виде основания выполнена из нержавеющей стали.
14. Устройство индукционного нагрева по любому из пп.9-13, в котором магнитная вставка (302) снабжена по меньшей мере одним скругленным, коническим или скошенным выступом (321) на ее верхней поверхности.
15. Устройство индукционного нагрева по любому из пп.9-14, в котором магнитная вставка (302) продолжается вдоль длины катушки (303).
16. Способ (500) изготовления устройства индукционного нагрева, содержащий этапы:
установки (51) конструкции (301) в виде основания и катушки (303) в первую форму;
литья (52) под давлением магнитной вставки (302) по любому из пп.1-6 между конструкцией (301) в виде основания и катушкой (303), с образованием в результате первого компонента;
установки (53) упомянутого первого компонента во вторую форму; и
литья (54) под давлением конструкции (304) в виде корпуса на первом компоненте, с образованием, таким образом, упомянутого устройства индукционного нагрева.
17. Способ по п.16, дополнительно содержащий этап выполнения конструкции (301) основания из нержавеющей стали.
