Description

本実施形態において、耐荷重面は相互作用する上段層と下段層とを含んでいる。上段層は複数のルーズに接続されたノードを備えている。本実施形態において、上段層は一体形接続セグメントにより相互接続された複数の成形シートである。上段層は、各ノードから下段層へ向かって延伸している一体形突起を含んでいてもよい。突起は下段層の対応する構造体に相互差し込みされていてもよい。複数層の耐荷重面が、上段層と下段層との間に配置されたスプリングエレメントを含んでいてもよい。スプリングエレメントは上段層又は下段層と一体になっていてもよい。例えば、下段層が、上段層の突起を受容するようになっている複数の一体成形フレキシブルアームを含んでいてもよい。実施形態において、下段層がディカップリングされた成形エラストマー膜であってもよい。

Claims (14)
- 成形エラストマー膜を具備する耐荷重面において、
前記成形エラストマー膜が、第一方向において第二の方向と比較してより大きな整列度を備えた結晶構造体を含み、以って、該成形エラストマー膜が、該第一方向と該第二方向とにおいて異なる耐荷重特性を有するようにした耐荷重面。 - 該第一方向が該第二方向から約90°の方向に配向されている請求項1に記載の耐荷重面。
- 該成形エラストマー膜が、該成形エラストマー膜のサポート構造体への取り付けを可能にするようになっている一体形端部を含んでいる請求項1に記載の耐荷重面。
- 更に、該成形エラストマー膜と一体に成形された複数のチャンネルを含んでいて、該チャンネルはほぼ該第一方向に延伸している請求項1に記載の耐荷重面。
- 更に、該成形エラストマー膜に形成された複数の穴を含んでいて、該穴はほぼ第一方向に細長くなっている請求項1に記載の耐荷重面。
- 更に、該成形エラストマー膜と一体に成形された複数のリブを含んでいて、該リブはほぼ第一方向に延伸している請求項1に記載の耐荷重面。
- 更に、該成形エラストマー膜と一体に成形された複数の正弦状の変形物を含んでいて、該変形物はほぼ該第一方向に延伸している請求項1に記載の耐荷重面。
- 更に、前記第一と第二の方向に延伸した複数の接続セグメントで相互接続された複数のノードを含み、前記第一方向に延伸している接続セグメントは、ほぼU字形弧状に形成され、前記第二方向に延伸している接続セグメントは、ほぼ平坦に形成されている請求項1に記載の耐荷重面。
- 耐荷重面の製作方法において、
エラストマー膜を成形する段階と、
該成形エラストマー膜の結晶構造体が一方向に十分に整列するまで、少なくとも該エラストマー膜の一部分を延伸することによって、該エラストマー膜の該一部分が該一方向において他の方向と異なる耐荷重特性を備えるように該一方向だけに配向する段階とを含んでいる製作方法。 - 耐荷重面の製作方法において、
エラストマー膜を成形する段階と、
該成形エラストマー膜の結晶構造体が一方向に十分に整列するまで、少なくとも該エラストマー膜の一部分を圧縮することによって、該エラストマー膜の該一部分が該一方向において他の方向と異なる耐荷重特性を備えるように該一方向だけに配向する段階とを含んでいる製作方法。 - 該配向する段階が、少なくとも該エラストマー膜の一部分を該一方向に該エラストマー膜の該一部分における初期寸法の少なくとも二倍に延伸する段階として規定される請求項9に記載の製作方法。
- 該配向する段階が、
該一方向に対応する少なくとも一つの非拘束側面を除くすべての側面における少なくとも該エラストマー膜の一部分を拘束する段階と、
該エラストマー膜の該一部分の材料が該一つの方向における該非拘束側面に沿って外向きに流動するまで、該エラストマー膜の該一部分を圧縮する段階とを含んでいる請求項10に記載の製作方法。 - 該エラストマー膜に一体形端部を成形する段階と、
該エラストマー膜を該一体形端部によりサポートに取り付ける段階とをさらに含んでいる請求項9または10に記載の製作方法。 - 該エラストマー膜が熱可塑性ポリエーテルエステルエラストマーブロックコポリマーから製作されている請求項13に記載の製作方法。
