Abstract
一种手扶拖拉机座垫。该座垫采用弹簧连接上、下两个面而构成。其特征是上面由木框和聚丙烯藤编织起来的一个网状坐面。从而实现弹性好，防震强，通气好，减少职业病及提高使用寿命的目的。
Description
本实用新型属于手扶拖拉机座垫。
在此以前，手扶拖拉机座垫是用底板、左右两块侧板、弹簧、海绵体及人造革组装成的封闭式座垫。这种座垫防震差，长期乘座易损伤坐骨神经及患胃下垂病，热天易得汗斑疮，使用期短，损坏后又不能修理。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的通气式座垫，它能有效地提高抗震强度和使用寿命。
附图为手扶拖拉机座垫示意图。图中（1）为木框，（2）为聚丙烯藤编织网，（3）为竹制嵌条，（4）为弹簧，（5）为沉头螺杆及螺帽，（6）为木板条，（7）为铁皮，（8）底板，各弹簧两头均用螺杆穿过上、下面，用螺帽拧紧而连接。
本实用新型采用六根弹簧连接上、下两个面构成的手扶拖拉机座垫。底面为木板，在木板的长方向的三等分处用50毫米宽，275毫米长，10毫米厚的木板条钉上加固，在木板的左右两侧用0.5～0.8毫米厚，415毫米长的铁皮包边钉平，上部座面，采用木板外框，木框条四周宽度均为45～55毫米，由木框外沿向内30毫米处，刻一圈浅槽沟，沟宽与深各为5毫米，在槽沟内均匀地钻穿74或144个孔眼，以孔眼为支点，用聚丙烯藤编好经纬向五根托条，在托条上面用聚丙烯藤编织四向的八角孔眼网或二向的方格孔眼网面，再用与槽沟同规格的竹条嵌入沟内，把网面绷紧，并掩盖孔眼，提高美观感。
主要技术参数：
1、外形尺寸，长×宽×高
底面木板 650～760×270～330×15～30毫米
上部坐面 650～780×280～350×20～30毫米
2、坐面前高后低，有2～4度的仰角。
3、弹簧每根的压力为30～40千克。
本实用新型与已有技术相比，其优点在于：
1、弹性好，防震强。
2、可提高使用寿命6～7倍。
3、坐面柔软通气，可以减少职业病。
4、损坏时可以修理再用。
Claims (2)
1、采用六根弹簧连接上、下两个面构成的手扶拖拉机座垫，其特征在于，上部坐面由木框和聚丙烯藤编织四向的八角孔眼网或二向的方格孔眼网面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种手扶拖拉机座垫，其特征在于上部坐面前高低，有2～4度的仰角。
