Claims (12)
- Federkörper einer Einzelsegmentunterfederung eines Sitz- oder Liegemöbels oder einer Matratze mit jeweils aus einem Auflagerteller (11;31;51), mindestens einem Federkörper (1;21;41) und einer Grundplatte (12;32;52) bestehenden Einzelfederelementen (10;30,50), bei dem der Federkörper (1;21;41) aus in einer geraden oder gewölbten Ebene sich gerade oder geschwungen radial nach außen erstreckend um ein erstes, auf einer Mittelachse (2) liegendes Zentrum (6;26;46) und radial um die Mittelachse (2) herum angeordneten Federungsarmen (3;23;43) besteht, die an ihren äußeren Enden Rastmittel (4;24;44) aufweisen, die jeweils in einem auf die Mittelachse (2) und einem vom ersten Zentrum (6;26;46) beabstandeten zweiten, auf der Mittelachse (2) liegenden Zentrum (7;27;47) in einer Richtung oder zwei vom ersten Zentrum (6;26;46) beabstandeten zweiten Zentrum (7;27;47) und dritten ebenfalls auf der Mittelachse (2) liegenden Zentrum (27') in zwei entgegengesetzte Richtungen korbartig in Richtung auf die Mittelachse (2) zurückgebogenen Zustand dort in mit ihren Rastmitteln (4;24;44) korrespondierenden Rasten (5;25;45) einer Rastenaufnahme (8;28;48) eingreifen und dort formschlüssig festgelegt sind.

- Federkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine gewünschte Unterfederungshärte, Federhöhe oder Federrate über die Anzahl, Länge, die Form, die Stärke oder die Breite der Federungsarme (3;23;43) oder durch die Auswahl der Shore-Härte des Ausgangsmaterials vorherbestimmt ist.
- Federkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den zwei Zentren (6,7;26,27;26,27';46,47) ein zweiter, kleinerer Federkörper (19) mit kürzeren Federungsarmen (22) und/ oder ein zusätzliches Feder- oder Dämpfungselement (20) eingesetzt ist.
- Federkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vom ersten Zentrum (6) weitere sich radial erstreckende Verbindungsarme (9) ausgehen, deren Enden im Einbauzustand eines Einzelfederelements (10) mit benachbarten Einzelfederelementen (10) verbunden sind.
- Federkörper nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsarme (9) an ihren Enden Rastnasen (13) aufweisen, die in korrespondierende Rasten (14) in Auflagertellern (11) benachbarter Einzelfederelemente (10) eingreifen.
- Federkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastenaufnahme (8) mit den Rasten (4) einstückig mit der Grundplatte (12) zur Befestigung des Einzelfederelements (10) auf einer Federlatte (15) oder auf einer ebenen Fläche einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Federkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Auflagerteller (11;31;51) kraft- und/ oder formschlüssig oder stoffschlüssig auf dem obersten Zentrum (6;27;46) festgelegt ist.
- Federkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei oder mehr Federkörper (1;21;41;61) übereinander oder ineinander angeordnet sind.
- Federkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federungsarme (3;23;43) seitliche Laschen (16) mit zur Lasche (16) eines benachbarten Federungsarmes (3;23;43) korrespondierende Rasten (17) aufweisen, die im zusammengebauten Zustand eines Federkörpers (1;21;41) miteinander verrastet sind.
- Federkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er vollständig oder jeder Federungsarm (3;23;43;63) mit Latex oder latexähnlichem Material umschäumt ausgebildet ist.
- Federkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er oder ein damit gebildetes Einzelfederelement (10;30;50) in Ausnehmungen (19) einer Latexmatratze (20) eingesetzt ist.
