Claims (4)
- 溶接ワイヤ(13)を包囲するワイヤコア(43)が、ハウジング(42)の自由空間(45)内で自由に横たわるようにアーチ状に配置されるようなハウジング(42)を有し、
ワイヤコア(43)の一端がハウジング(42)のエンド領域に固定され、測定手段(44)がワイヤコア(43)の偏向を検出するために設けられ、
ワイヤコア(43)は、案内エレメント(46)に対向エンド領域において変位可能に搭載され、
ワイヤコア(43)用のワイヤ案内ホース(50)との接続のための2つの結合機構(48,49)がハウジング(42)に配置されることを特徴とする溶接システム用の溶接ワイヤ収納装置。 - ワイヤコア(43)の最大偏向の範囲を規定するためのエレメント(51)が、ハウジング(42)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶接ワイヤ収納装置。
- ホースパック(23)を取り付けるためのエレメント(57)が、ハウジング(42)の自由空間(45)の対向側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の溶接ワイヤ収納装置。
- ハウジング(42)は、溶接装置(1)またはワイヤ供給器(11)と溶接トーチ(10)との間に配置され、
ホースパック(23)は、溶接装置(1)またはワイヤ供給器(11)と溶接トーチ(10)との間で、途切れることなく直接に接続され、
ワイヤコア(43)は、ハウジング(42)内で途切れていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の溶接ワイヤ収納装置。
