Description
Claims (4)
- 電動モータの回転を利用して内燃機関のバルブタイミングを調整するバルブタイミング調整装置に設けられて前記電動モータを通電駆動するモータドライバであって、
基板面の平行方向の両端側で互いに接合されるターミナルを有し、基板面の垂直方向に積層される第一及び第二基板部を備え、
前記第一及び第二基板部の一端側から他端側に向かう前記平行方向において、前記第一基板部の一端側のターミナルと前記第二基板部の一端側のターミナルとの配置順は、前記第一基板部の他端側のターミナルと前記第二基板部の他端側のターミナルとの配置順と同一であり、
前記第一基板部の一端側及び他端側に設けられているターミナルの先端は、前記第二基板部側に屈曲されており、
前記第二基板部の一端側及び他端側に設けられているターミナルは前記第一基板部と反対側に屈曲し、その先端は前記第一及び第二基板部の一端側から他端側に向かう前記平行方向と直交する直交方向に延びており、前記第一基板部の一端側のターミナルが前記第二基板部の一端側のターミナルに接近し、前記第一基板部の他端側のターミナルが前記第二基板部の他端側のターミナルに接近するように、前記第二基板部を前記第一基板部に対して前記第一及び第二基板部の一端側から他端側に向かう前記平行方向に沿って移動させることにより、前記第一基板部の一端側及び他端側のターミナルの屈曲した先端と、前記第二基板部の一端側及び他端側のターミナルの直交方向に延びた部位とが接触する構成となっていることを特徴とするモータドライバ。 - 前記第二基板部の一端側のターミナルは前記第一基板部の一端側のターミナルに前記平行方向の外側から接合され、前記第二基板部の他端側のターミナルは前記第一基板部の他端側のターミナルに前記平行方向の内側から接合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータドライバ。
- 前記第一及び第二基板部のターミナルは前記垂直方向に沿って接合されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のモータドライバ。
- 前記第一及び第二基板部のターミナル同士の接合は、溶接、半田付け、かしめ、又は半田付けとかしめとの組み合わせのうちのいずれかにより実現されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモータドライバ。
