Claims (5)
- 蒸気を下流の機械類に供給するためのバルブであって、
蒸気流路を形成するほぼ環状のバルブシート(21)と、
その下流側に凹部(40)を有しかつ前記バルブシートへ向かう方向及び該バルブシートから離れる方向に移動可能である調節バルブヘッド(18)を備える、前記流路内に配置された調節バルブ(17)と、
前記凹部のほぼ内部に配置された停止バルブヘッド(20)と停止バルブ閉鎖位置において前記バルブシートに係合するシール面(41)とを有する停止バルブ(19)と、
前記バルブシートの下方に位置しかつ蒸気の供給を前記機械類に導く出口(16)と連通する出口通路(50)と、
一部を前記調節バルブヘッドの1つの側面により形成されかつ該調節バルブヘッドの前記バルブシートへ向かう方向の移動に応じて拡大する、該調節バルブヘッド上方に設けられた蒸気バランスチャンバ(60)と、
該バランスチャンバと連通して、前記調節バルブヘッドの前記バルブシートへ向かう方向の移動に応じた前記バランスチャンバの減圧を防止する、前記調節バルブに設けられたブリード開口(62)と、
前記調節バルブと前記調節バルブヘッドを前記バルブシートへ向かう方向に移動させるアクチュエータ(24)との間に連結されたバルブステム(36)と、
前記バルブステムと前記調節バルブヘッドとを互いに結合するバトレス・ネジ(66)と
を含むことを特徴とするバルブ。 - 前記機械類が蒸気タービンである、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記調節バルブの周りに配置されたスクリーン(54)を含み、該スクリーンの縁部(56)が、蒸気入口と前記バルブシートとの間に設置されかつ前記バルブへの入口通路の内部に凹設されかつ、それによって該スクリーンの構造的縁部は前記流路から引込んでいる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記出口(16)が、前記バルブシートを通過する蒸気流の方向に対してほぼ直角をなしている、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 当該バルブを通して蒸気を流すための当該バルブへの入口通路(14)を含み、前記ブリード開口(62)が前記入口通路(14)と連通している、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
