Claims (4)
- モータが取り付けられたブラケット;
ブラケット上の該モータによって駆動される被駆動要素を有する機器筐体;
上記ブラケットに形成された複数の貫通孔;
これらの貫通孔にそれぞれ装着された弾性材料からなる筒状の制振ブッシュ;及び
上記ブラケット表面からこれら複数の制振ブッシュにそれぞれ挿通され、上記機器筐体に形成された固定雌ねじ孔に螺合される固定ねじ;
を有するモータの制振取付構造において、
上記機器筐体に、上記固定雌ねじ孔と同軸に位置決め凹部を設け、
上記複数の制振ブッシュ内に、該制振ブッシュより硬質な材料からなるリテーナブッシュを挿入して、該リテーナブッシュの先端位置決め凸部を上記位置決め凹部に挿入し、
上記ブラケット表面から該リテーナブッシュ内に固定ねじを挿通して機器筐体の上記固定雌ねじ孔に螺合させたことを特徴とするモータの制振取付構造。 - 請求項1記載のモータの制振取付構造において、リテーナブッシュは、上記位置決め凸部となるブッシュ外突出部と制振ブッシュ内に位置するブッシュ内嵌合部とを有し、このブッシュ外突出部とブッシュ内嵌合部との間に、機器筐体の表面に当接するフランジが形成されているモータの制振取付構造。
- 請求項1または2記載のモータの制振取付構造において、複数のリテーナブッシュの先端位置決め凸部と対応する位置決め凹部に対する嵌合精度は、互いに異なっているモータの制振取付構造。
- 請求項3記載のモータの制振取付構造において、ブラケットの貫通孔、制振ブッシュ及びリテーナブッシュは、3カ所に設けられ、そのうちの一つのリテーナブッシュの先端位置決め凸部とこれに対応する位置決め凹部は、相対回動不能で一方向に直進微調整可能な非円形形状をなしており、残りの二つのリテーナブッシュと位置決め凹部は円形断面であり、一方の嵌合精度は他方の嵌合精度より高いモータの制振取付構造。
